Abstract

The high performance of the employee is leadership, competency andcompensation is a factor in improving employee performance in a company.Good performance improvements will make progress for the company, sothat planned goals can be achieved. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work involvement andorganizational culture on performance clerk with organizational commitmentas intervening variable. This study used a survey method, the type of datathe data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used theprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study are allemployees of the Department of Cooperatives and labor Boyolali Regencytotaling 76 employees. The number of samples in this research as much as76 employees, so it is a research census. Methods of data collection wereused: questionnaire. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity,reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, and path analysis. Theresults of the analysis of the data obtained: the conclusion that theinvolvement of the workforce and organizational culture organizationalcommitment significantly to influential officials of the Department ofCooperatives and labor Boyolali Regency. Work engagement, organizationalculture and organizational commitment effect significantly to the performanceof the employees of the Department of Cooperatives and labor BoyolaliRegency. Abstract

A success from school originally based on the leadership, discipline, and competency from headmaster and teachers in order to improve the productivity through high loyalty. In practice there are some problems including headmaster leadership, discipline, competency and loyalty that influence to teacher works. There are some teachers who have the high level of discipline, competency, and loyalty will produce the high productivity and the contrary. In this research, the sample is 53 people of populations of teacher in SMP N 4 Surakarta. Form instrument test shows that all variables that use in this research are valid and reliable. The classis assumptions also shows that all the variables in this research are allowed to process for next level. From test result shows that leadership, discipline, and competency are parcially influencing work prodctiviy withsignificant result and loyalty as mediation variable can influence all variable (leadership, discipline, and competency). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of theinfluence of the work environment, compensation and job satisfaction onperformance and job satisfaction on the moderation of the influence of theworking environment and compensation to performance.This study tookplace in the Forestry and Plantation Sragen with variables research ofworking environment, compensation, job satisfaction and performance. Thepopulation in this study were all employees in the Department of Forestry andPlantation in the Sragen regency totaling 38 employees. The collecting datain this study was using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used totest the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and absolutedifference.The results of data analysis we concluded that: (1) The hypothesissaid that "the working environment have a significant effect on theperformance of staff at the Department of Forestry and Plantation Sragen"not verified, (2) The hypothesis said that "compensated significant effect onthe performance of staff at the Department of Forestry and PlantationSragen" was verified, (3) The hypothesis said that "the job satisfaction have asignificant effect on the performance of staff at the Department of Forestryand Plantation Sragen" was verified, (4) The hypothesis said that "jobsatisfaction moderate the influence of the working environment on theperformance of staff at the Department of Forestry and Plantation Sragen"was verified, (5) The hypothesis said that "job satisfaction moderatinginfluence compensation to the employee performance of Forestry andPlantation Sragen" not verified.Keywords: work environment, compensation, employee job satisfaction,performance.

Abstract

The objective of the research to analyses (1) effect of restaurant imageto behavioral intention, (2) effect of restaurant image to customer satisfaction,(3) effect customer satisfaction to behavioral intention, (4) effect of restaurantimage to behavioral intention, through customer satisfaction as the mediatingvariable. Population on this research are all customer of restaurant inKaranganyar. The samples of this research consist of 100 respondent, takenwith accidental sampling. To test the hypothesis, the researcher using thepath analysis. Result of this research reveals that (1) restaurant image havesignificance effect to behavioral intention; (2) restaurant image havesignificance effect to customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction havesignificance effect to behavioral intention; (4) effect of restaurant image tobehavioral intention mediated by customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research is conducted to analysis the effect of: Transformationalleadership style to the satisfaction work nurse, organisastion climate to thesatisfaction work nurse, work stress to the satisfaction work nurse, whichvariable which most dominant influence the satisfaction work nurse.Thepopulation is entire nurse at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Surakarta asmany as 225 nurses. The sample is taking by purposive sampling, as manyas 80 nurses. The technique of gathering the data is using questionerthrough validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses doubleregression with classical assumption.The conclusion of the research:Transformational leadership style have significant influence to satisfactionwork nurse. Organizational climate have significant influence to satisfactionwork nurse. Abstract

This research aims to analyses the role of job satisfaction as mediatingvariable of the effect intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation onorganizational commitment. This study is sensus research, using location inState Treasury Service Office/KPPN Surakarta areas,, using sample of 109employees. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1)intrinsic motivation has significance effect on job satisfaction, so thehypothesis 1 accepted; (2)extrinsic motivation has significance effect on jobsatisfaction, so the hypothesis 2 accepted; (3) ) intrinsic motivation hassignificance effect on organizational commitment, so the hypothesis 3accepted; (4) extrinsic motivation has significance effect on organizationalcommitment, so the hypothesis 4 accepted; (5) has significance effect on jobsatisfaction, so the hypothesis 5 accepted; (6) effect of intrinsic motivation onorganizational commitment mediated job satisfaction, so the hypothesis 6accepted; (7) effect of extrinsic motivation on organizational commitmentmediated job satisfaction, so the hypothesis 7 accepted.Keywords: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, job satisfaction,organizational commitment

Abstract

Teacher performance in a school has been influenced by many factors. This study aims at analizing the significant influence of leadership style, motivation, and communication on teacher performance, and finding out the most dominant influence on teacher performance. The population is all of Sekolah Dasar (SD) teacher in Kecamatan Serengan Kota Surakarta with the number 250. The sample has been taken by proportional random sampling and 48% or 120 teachers are found to be sample. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods and uses questionnaire, documentation, and literature study for data collection technique. The study uses validity and realibility test to determine precision and accuracy of the data. Validity test result by significant level of 0,05 indicates all independent variables r count > r table. Reliability test result indicates all independent variables > cronbachs alpha.The result shows that leadership style, motivation, and communication simultaneously have insignificant influence on teacher performance. Influence testing partially sh that leadership style has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance, motivation has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance, communication has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance. This is showed by t test results that all independent variables have significance value > 0,05, while the F test shows result of 0,041 < 0,05. Based on the regression coefficients, communication has the greatest value of 0,253. this indicates that communication has the most dominant influence compared to the other variables in making a positive impact on teacher performance.Keywords: leadership style, motivation, communication, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivationand welfare to the performance either directly or indirectly through jobsatisfaction at the administrative staff at the Regional General Hospital(RSUD) dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen Regency. This research takes placeat the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragenregency with research variables of work motivation, welfare, job satisfactionand performance. The population that exist in this research is alladministrative employees at the RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragenregency which amounted to 198 with the sample number 50 respondents.Data collection in this study using questionnaires and documentation. Dataanalysis technique used is path analysis. The results of research workmotivation and welfare affect the performance either directly or indirectlythrough job satisfaction at the administrative staff at the RSUD dr. Abstract

Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work accomplished by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to the employees. Some important factors to improve performance is work motivation, work environment and work Discipline. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work Discipline on Employee Performance Office of Timor Tengah Selatan regency tourism. The population in this study were all the staff of Department of Tourism of Timor Tengah Selatan regency totaling 32 people, the samples in this study were all employees of the department of tourism of Timor Tengah Selatan district used as the respondents (32 respondents). The sampling technique in this study using sampling methods saturated. The data in this study were obtained directly from the results of questionnaires. The analytical tool used is Test Instruments Research, Classical Assumption Test and the Linear Regression Test, Test F and Test R2. The results showed that work motivation significantly influence the performance of employees, working environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees, working Discipline significant effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable influence on employee performance is the motivation work because these variables have the greatest regression coefficient (0,990). The conclusion was that work motivation, work environment and work Discipline everything positive and significant effect on the performance of employees.
