Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia has a role innational economic development. The main problems of SMEs in addition tothe issue of capital in the development of SMEs is a matter of humanresources (HR). Abstract

The results showed (1) style of leadership, not significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali, the first hypothesis is not proven true. (2) Motivation significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali. Thus the second hypothesis is accepted or proven true. (3) Discipline work not significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali, the third hypothesis is not proven true. (4) The effect of a significant style of leadership, motivation and discipline work together on employee performance in the Post Office Boyolali of Adjusted R2 value of 0,694 (69,4%) of the remaining 30,4% influenced by other variables outside the research model, meaning 4th hypothesis proved to be true. (5) The results of this study indicate that the determinants of employee performance Boyolali Post Office is work motivation, as well as the most dominant variables influence the employee's performance means that the hypothesis to 5 proved to be true. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to: 1) analyze effect of size on profitability2) analyze effect of debt to equity ratio on probability. 3) analyze effect of sizeon firm value 4) analyze effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value 5) analyzeeffect of profitability on firm value 6) to analyze the effect of size on firm valuewith profitability as intervening variable 7) analyze the effect of debt to equityratio on firm value with profitability as intervening variable This type ofresearch is empirical research in food and beverages companies are listed inthe Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. A sample of 15 companieswith a total sampling technique. Analysis data used path analysis. The resultsshowed the size has no significant effect on profitability. Debt to equity ratiohas significant effect on profitability. Size has a significant effect on firmvalue. Debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on firm value. Profitabilityhas significant effect on fiirm value. Profitability does not mediate the effect ofsize on firm value. Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect implementation ofthe SIM-online system on public satisfaction (2) significance effectimplementation of the SIM-online system on performance of the policemembers (3) significance effect public satisfaction on performance of thepolice members (4) the effect implementation of the SIM-online system onperformance of the police members mediated public satisfaction. Location ofthis research in Surakarta regency police department, using samples of 100communities who using services of SIM-online system with accidentalsampling technique. Data collecting with questionnaire technique throughvalidity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The resultshows that (1) implementation of the SIM-online system has significanceeffect on public satisfaction, so the hypothesis 1 accepted; (2)implementation of the SIM-online system has significance effect onperformance of the police members, so the hypothesis 2 accepted; (3) publicsatisfaction has significance effect on performance of the police members, sothe hypothesis 3 accepted; (4) the effect implementation of the SIM-onlinesystem on performance of the police members mediated public satisfaction,so the hypothesis 4 accepted.Keywords: implementation of the SIM-online system, public satisfaction,performance of the police members

Abstract

Survey research conducted at the University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta(UNISRI), aims to identify and analyze the significance of the influence of theworking environment, discipline, motivation on the performance of educationpersonnel University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta (UNISRI), with motivationas a moderating variable. The samples using proportional random sampling,the number of samples are 82 educators. Methods of observation and datacollection using questionnaires that have been tested for validity andreliability. Types of qualitative and quantitative data. Mechanical analysisusing classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F,coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The resultsshowed that the working environment and work motivation had no significanteffect on the performance of education personnel UNISRI, work disciplinesignificant effect on the performance of educators UNISRI. Motivationmoderating influence on the performance of the work environment UNISRIeducation personnel. Motivation strengthen the influence of the workingenvironment. Motivation does not moderate influence on the performance oflabor discipline UNISRI education personnel, motivation actually weaken theinfluence of labor discipline on the performance of education personnelUNISRI.Keywords: work environment, discipline, motivation and performance

Abstract

This research aims to know the significant effects between: (1)Leadership on performance lecturer, (2) the work environment onperformance Lecturer (3) the motivation on performance lecturer at theChristian University of Surakarta. The population in this research is a lecturerat the Kristen University of Surakarta with the amount of 36 people.Determination of random samples with a total of 30 people. Engineering datacollection using the now through the test validity and reliability. Using linearregression analysis techniques with classic assumption test double. Abstract

This research aims to influence the employment of employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on employee performance, and which variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT Guwatirta Prosperous Karanganyar many as 40 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that there are significant positive working relationship on employee performance, there are positive influence work motivation on employee performance, there is a positive influence on the work environment on employee performance and work motivation is the variable most dominant employee performance. Advised companies can improve working relationships and motivate employees well and be able to create a work environment that is comfortable and safe. Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of budget participation,budgettargetclarity, accounting control, reporting system, decentralisation,functional supervision and organisation culture to ward the localgovermentsfinancial performanceaccountability of Karanganyar.Testinghypothesis in this research use the regressionanalysis with ttest, Ftest anddeterminationcoeficient (R2). The population in this study is the structuralemployees of regional work unit in Karanganyar. The sampling method ismultistage sampling. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze: 1) effect of security onpurchase intention online shop, 2) effect of trust on purchase intention ofproducts online shop, 3) effect of subjective norms on purchase intention ofproducts online shop, 4) effect of security on purchase intention of productsonline shop with subjective norms as moderation variables, 5 ) effect of truston purchase intention of products online shop with subjective norms asmoderation variables. This type of research is survey at consumers atSurakarta. A sample of 100 responden with with a purposive sampling andaccidental sampling technique. Data collection technique used questionnaireand librarty research. Analysis data used researh instrument test, classicalassumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, coefficientdetermination and test the absolute difference. The results showed that thesecurity has significant effect on purchase intention of products online shop.Trust has significant effect on purchase intention of products online shop.Subjective norms has significant effect on purchase intention of productsonline shop. Subjective norm moderating the effect of security on purchaseintention of product online shop.
