Abstract

 ABSTRACT The population in this research is 200 officers of Sub Office of city planning and Cleaning Service of Public Works and transportation Traffic Department of Karanganyar Regency. The research employed 40 respondents or 20 percent of the population’s number as the sample of the study because of the limitation of the researcher. The result of t test performed that: job discipline variable contributed the significant effect to the Performance of the officers of Sub Office of city planning and Cleaning Service of Public Works and transportation Traffic Department of Karanganyar Regency. It was showed by the significance value as many as 0,016. The work environment variable significantly affected to the Performance of the officers of Sub Office of city planning and Cleaning Service of Public Works and transportation Traffic Department of Karanganyar Regency performed by the significance value as many as 0,014. Meanwhile, the job motivation variable affected the performance of the officers of Sub Office of city planning and Cleaning Service of Public Works and transportation Traffic Department of Karanganyar Regency significantly. Its significance value was 0,006. The result of the determination coefficient test performed that the adjusted R square value was 0,533. It means that the free variable of job discipline and job motivation can elaborate the binding variable of to the Performance of the officers of Sub Office of city planning and Cleaning Service of Public Works and transportation Traffic Department of Karanganyar Regency; it is 53,3 percent  and the 46,7 percen  left is elaborated by the other variables which did not be studied by the writer, such as the control, compensation, the job satisfaction, the job experience, etc.Keywords : job discipline, work environment, job motivation, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research into this by taking sample all employees PD BPR Bank Pasar Surakarta amounting to 40 people Target of this research to study and analyze leadership influence, trust, and job satisfaction on employees performance at PD BPR Bank Pasar Surakarta by partial and together. Result of this research show the existence of influence is significant between independent variable with dependent variable by partial and also together. Variable owning biggest influence is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction of employees can be formed to through: activity which mentally challenge, proper reward, job condition supporting, friend job according to, according to personality with job. Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research to study and analyze supervision influence, job motivation and leadership style to Moslem Chief performance in Religion Departmental office Sub-Province Karanganyar by partial and also together. Intake of samples with census to 25 chieftain. Its result indicate that by partial, supervision have an effect on significant to Moslem Chief performance, but job motivation and leadership style do not have an effect on significant. For that require to be improved by motivation pushing Moslem Chief performance and apply democratic leadership style, receptive and transparent of suggestion and also criticism from its staff. Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resource development is not only to increase the quality of human resource in Indonesia but also to increase the quality of government employees which have the trait and behavior based on loyalty, honesty, discipline, and has high motivation, so it give best services to society. This research takes the sample of 30 respondents of the employees in Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Surakarta. The analysis using in this research are multiple regression analysis with t test, F test, and coefficient determination test to the hypothesis. The summaries of this research are as follows: leadership does not influence individually to employee performance. Communication influence individually to employee performance. Motivation does not influence individually to employee performance. The suggestion given to this research are as follows: it is needed the higher attention to compensation to all employees in Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Surakarta in order to increase the employee performant it is done with giving the compensation to all employee wisely and correctly because compensation gives the influence to employee performance significantly. It is needed the higher attention to compensation to all employees in Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Surakarta in order to increase the employee performant. It is done with increase the relationship between leader and employee, employee and employee, and employee with follower. Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research to analyzed influence which is between motivation, environmental of job, and style leadership of headmaster to performance of teacher SMK Sub-Province Grobogan. Population is teacher SMK Sub-Province Grobogan year 2007 counted  428 people. Sample taken by random, counted 86. Technique data collecting use questionnaire through validity test and reliabilities. Analysis technique use doubled linear regression. Result of analysis show motivation variable, environmental of job and style leadership of headmaster have an effect on by significant to teacher performance. Coefficient determination test equal to 0,749; meaning motivation, environmental of style and job leadership of headmaster explain equal to 74,90 percent  to teacher performance, rest influenced by other variable. Abstract

ABSTRAK Target in this research is to know influence significance ability of dean managerial  covering ability of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling to efficacy of curriculum program base on competition in Economic Faculty of Unisri, either through partial and by together. To be can finish head duty better as according to owned profession, dean require to have and master ability of managerial, so that can run duty lead and can improve performance all led lecturer. Concluded by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling by partial and also together have an effect on significant to curriculum program variable base on competition . Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed: 1) to analyze significant influence of leadership, motivation, and environment partially toward the official’s performance of Laweyan of Surakarta 2) to analyze significant influence of leadership, motivation, and environment simultaneously toward the official’s performance of Laweyan of Surakarta 3) to analyze the dominant variable of leadership, motivation, and environment toward the official’s performance of Laweyan of Surakarta. Population of this research is all the officials of Laweyan Surakarta as 33 officials. Because of the population is less than 100, therefore the entire population become sample in this research. Instrument used is questionnaire. Data analysis uses doubled linier regression, t test, F test, and R2 test. From result analyze data found the quotation of doubled linier regression as follows: Y = 3,659 + 0,487 X1 + 0,272 X2 + 0,600 X3. Leadership variable (X1) influences officials performance, from t account can be known the significant value is as 0,008 < 0, 05. Motivation variable (X2) influences officials performance from t account can be known the significant value is as 0,017 < 0, 05. Environment variable (X3) influences officials performance from t account can be known the significant value is as 0,001 < 0, 05. Because the significance value is less than 0,05, it can be concluded that there is significant influence of leadership, motivation and environment toward the official performance. The determination coefficient is as 0,744, means that the contribution of leadership, motivation and environment toward the official’s performance of Laweyan of Surakarta is influenced as 74,4% while another as 25,6% is influenced by another factor that is not included in the research. Environment variable influences dominantly toward official’s performance. Keywords: leadership, motivation, environment official’s performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The goal of the research is: 1) to analyze work achievement of between sub district and vilage officers of Tawangmangu in Karanganyar regency viewed by leadership style, communication and work environment; 2) analyze work achievement of sub district officers if sub district officers are better than work achievement of village Tawangmangu viewed from leadership style, communication and work environment. Sample in this research is amount of 60 people who consist of 30 peoples is sub district officers (from 3 sub district) and 30 people is village officers (from 3 villages). Based on the result of analysis is founded that there is no significance difference between work achievement of sub district officers and village officers viewed from leadership style, communication and work environment. Based on analysis result it is founded that work achievement viewed leadership style, communication and work environment showed average result which is better (mean) than village officers. There is still some weaknesses in this research, among of them are: instrument from the variables, namely leadership style, communication, work environment. The officers of sub district officers and village officers may be not yet able to express an urgent things from research variable. Data sources are sub deviation, because the difference of their backgrounds where sub district officers as state officers, while village officers are not state officers, although their function and assignment is similar. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of organizational culture moderate transformational leadership on employee performance, (2) the organizational culture of moderation effect in strengthening the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research locations in Education Department of Sukoharjo. Sample of this research uses 48 employees taken to the purposive sampling technique. Scope of research focuses on aspects of transformational leadership and its impact on employee performance with organizational culture as moderating. Based on the analysis of obtained results indicate that transformational leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,024 < 0,05. Organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,019 < 0,05. Interaction variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,014 < 0,05. The findings of this research indicate that organizational culture moderate the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in Education Department of Sukoharjo. Based on first regression analysis obtained the value of Adjusted R2 = 0,149. This Adjusted R2 in second regression increased to 0,243. From the regression analysis comparison of an increase in Adjusted R2 of 0,094. This shows that the organizational culture strengthen the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research aim is to give answers of problem that discussed, that is influence transformational (X1) and transactional (X2) leadership style, where is more dominant between two variables to job satisfaction (Y). Another aim is to know the influence X1 to Y and X2 to Y with motivation of achievement (X3), afiliation (X4), and powerfull (X5) as moderator variable. The resarch object is administration staff non structural with status civil government staff, with minimal job time is 2 years at 9 faculty in UNS scope. The sum of research object is 404 and taken 100 person as research sample, and taken with proportional simple random sampling technique. Variable X1 and X2 based to MLQ, X3, X4, and X5 based to RN Luser, and Y based to MSQ approach. Instrument of collecting data with questionare and scoring with likert scale 1 to 5. The validity test is find 1 item question at variable X2, and 2 item question at variable Y, invalid, and unused to reseach. The result of reliability test, point out that the 3 variables is reliable. The data analyze used the multiple linear regression and or interactive with t test, F test, and determination coefficient. More hipotesis to have proof, that is influence X1 Y bigger than X2. Another result that is X3, X4, and X5 as a partial, moderating influence X1 to Y. But, only X5 that moderating influence X2 to Y, and X3 and X3 nothing. The implication of the research is manager and middle manager must develop commitment to create job satisfaction of staff by increasing knowledge and application some concept and theories, so study result of staff motivation criticism and dinamism.
