Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis conducted to found : (1) Are there any significant between the effeteness of leadership of the head of public healthy center with the productivity of public healthy center employee, (2) Are there any significant between the satisfaction level of work with the productivity of public healthy center employee, (3) Are there any significant relationship by together between the effectiveness of leadership of the head of public healthy center and the satisfaction level of work with productivity of public healthy center employee, (4) the fide relationship between the effeteness of leadership of the head of healthy center with the productivity of public healthy center employee compeer with the satisfaction level of work with productivity of public healthy center employee. The total population of public healthy center employee of Blora of Blora regency is 52 people, to take the sample the writer using random sampling with census system. The summary of this research are : (1) the hypothesis state “quest that it have any positive and significant relationship between the efecticness of the leadership of the head of public healthy center with productivity of public healthy center employee” is proved, (2) the hypothesis state “quest that it have any positive and significant relationship between the satisfaction level of work with productivity of work” is proved (3) the hypothesis state “quest that it have any positive and significant relationship between the effecticnes of leadership of the head of public thy center and the satisfaction level of work with productivity of work” is proved, (4) the hypothesis state “quest that the variable level of satisfaction level of work or more tide relationship with productivity of work” is proved. Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research is (1) to know significant influence product, service, facility, security, and location to costumer satisfaction Banking Service. (2) to know factor which having an effect on dominant to costumer satisfaction Banking Service. This research type is quantitative, that is in research which aim to obtain get verification from a hypothesis, by using predicted parameter test (test t). to test question instrument used by validity test and reliability test, while classic assumption test which used by is heteroskedastisity, autocorrelation, and multicolinerity. Result of research show: (1) Examination of hypothesis by partial (test t) shall be as follows: (a) Product variable have an effect significant to consumer satisfaction proved by level of t-statistic value = 2,495 with probability value = 0,015 < 0,05. (b) Service variable have an effect significant of t-statistic value = 2,369 with probability value = 0,021 < 0,05. (c) Facility variable have an effect significant to consumer satisfaction proved by level of t-statistic value = 2,762 with probability value = 0,007 < 0,05. (d) Security variable haven't an effect significant to consumer satisfaction proved by level of t-statistic value = 0,911 with probability value = 0,366 > 0,05. (e) Location variable have an effect significant to consumer satisfaction proved by level of t-statistic = 2,044 with probability value = 0,045 < 0,05. (2) Examination of hypothesis accuracy of model (test F) show F value calculated equal to = 42,632 with level of significant 0,000. Probability value 0,000 < 0,05 matter give meaning that examination of used by model that is product factor, service, facility, security, and location proven by at a time have an effect significant to consumer satisfaction. (3) Service factor have strongest contribution in influencing consumer satisfaction. This matter because of level of regression coefficient value equal to = 0,287 is which the biggest to be compared with fourth of other variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research are followed to know the significant influence of variable: (1) In service training to the performance of teacher.(2) Motivation to the performance of Teacher. (3) Work Environment to the performance of Teacher. (4) In service training, motivation, and work environment to gether to the performance of teachers. (5) The most significant influences as follows be In service training, motivation, and work environment to the performance of teachers at elementary school in District Pulokulon Residence Grobogan.This research is for the teacher at elementary school in District Pulokulon Residence Grobogan. 2009. Population this research are 503 persons.in this research the writer used Census Method among populations as an obyect of the research, and all populations as respondent are 50 persons. The conclusion of the research: Hypothesis (1) “there is a significant correlation between in the service training to the performance of teacher at elementary school in District Pulokulon Residence Grobogan” is true. (2) “there is a significant correlation between motivation to the performance of teacher at elementary school in District Pulokulon Residence Grobogan” is true. (3) “there is a significant correlation between the work environment to the performance of teacher at elementary school in District Pulokulon Residence Grobogan” is true. ABSTRACT This research aim to to analysis the leadership influence Lead the Countryside to performance of countryside peripheral District of Kalijambe of Sub-Province Sragen, analysis leadership influence Lead the Countryside, cultural organization which moderate motivate the job to performance of countryside peripheral District of Kalijambe of Sub-Province Sragen Population research Countryside peripheral Kalijambe of Sub-Province Sragen amounting to 153 people. Sum up the sampel in this research counted 55 people. technique of Intake sampel use the proporsional random sampling. Result analyse the regression that organization culture which dimoderating motivate the have an effect on to performance of countryside peripheral District of Kalijambe of Sub-Province Sragen, from result this is can be said that the quality of leadership lead countryside District of Kalijambe of Sub-Province Sragen pickaback performance of countryside peripheral can improve the quality of and service to better society progressively To challenge global leader require to push the existence of countryside peripheral to powered human resource the interest development, education and practice also often study to compare in other area to increase resource of countryside peripheral so that can improve the quality of job and service to society. Abstract

Abstract The purpuse of the research were (1) to examine and analyse the significance of working motivation influence, working environment and the welfare toward private school teachers’ working parcially in Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency (2) to examine and analiyse the sicnificance of working motivation influence, the working enfironment, and the welfare equally toward’ private school teachers working in Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency (3) to know the dominant influence among working motivation, working, environment and welfare toward’ private school teachers working in Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency.The research population were all private school teachers in Tegowanu Dustrict Grobogan Regency. The total of private schools were 3 schools and the total of teachers were 50 teachers. The conclusion of the research were (1) the hypothesis which stated ”there is a significance working motivation toward the private school teachers’ working in Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency” was correct (2) the hypothesis which stated ”there is a significance influence in working, environment toward the private school teachers’ working in Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency” was correct (3) the hypothesis which stated ”therer is a significance in welfare toward the private school teachers’ working in Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency” was correct (4) the hypothesis which stated ”there is a significance in working motivation, working environment and welfare toward private school teachers working in Tegowanu District Grogogan Regency” was crrect (5) the hypothesis which stated ”the welfare is more influence then the working motivation and, working environment toward the private school teachers working in Tegowanu District Grobogan Regency” was crrrct. Abstract

Abstract The goal of this research is to analyze moderation effect of motivation on supervision influence against teacher work discipline of SMA Negeri I Karanganyar.This research located in SMA Negeri I Karanganyar. Population in this research is teachers of SMA Negeri I Karanganyar which is in amount of 78 peoples. Whereas the population is relative small, so this research is a census because the whole of the research are taken as sample. The space of the research is focused on supervision aspects and its influence against work discipline of the teachers with motivation as moderating. Based on the result of regression, it is gained that F value is 417,482. F value in this regression 2 decreased become 293,286. From the comparison of regression analysis experienced decreasing of F value in amount 124,196. This showed that moderation of motivation variable significant weakened supervision influence against work discipline. At the moment of supervision influence is strong, so motivation becomes weak, and on the contrary, if supervision influence is weak against work discipline, so motivation becomes strong. Abstract

ABSTRACT Research purposes are (1) to analyze signifincance influence of motivation, discipline, emotional intellegence, and teaching competency to Elementary School Teacher Performance in District Wonosari Sub-province Klaten partially. (2) to analyze significant influence ot motivation, discipline, emotional intellegence, and teaching competency to Elementary School Teacher Performance in District Wonosari Sub-province Klaten together. (3) to analyze the most dominant factor influencing among motivation, discipline, emotional intellegence, and teaching competency to Elementary School Teacher Performance in District Wonosari Sub-province Klaten. Population in this research is entire of Elementary School teacher in District Wonosari Sub-province Klaten, amounts of 417 persons devided into 41 Elementary School, and 4 Dabin. Sample taken as 97 teachers. Sampling taken technique has got by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used double linear regression. This result concludes that discipline is the most dominant factor influencing teacher performance, to improve teacher discipline suggested government accociates the rules, makes teacher awareness to their duties, accustoming teacher to do headmaster comand orally and also written, give construction to teacher about teacher done duties, observation and real action to teacher attendance, observation to atribute and uniform, and improving teacher awareness that they are reference for their students through the headmaster. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to for the analyze of influence which is significant between : (1) Motivation to employees performance (2) Environment work to employees performance (3) Motivation and environment work by together to employees performance (4) Influence most dominant between environment and motivation have an effect on to Performance Employees with Leadership as moderaring variable.Its population is employees of PT WISANKA, Baki, Sukoharjo Year 2009 which is counted 50 people. Sample as a whole counted 50 employees. Technique data collecting by using enquette through validity test and reliabilities. Analysis technique use doubled linear regression test with assumption test classical.Conclusion result of research; (1) Hypothesis sounding motivation have an effect on positive and significant to proven employees performance. (2) Hypothesis sounding activity environment have an effect on positive and significant to employees performance (3) Hypothesis expressing leadership [is] dominant variable which have an effect on to proven employees performance. (4) Hypothesis expressing variable motivate and environment work by together have an effect on positive and significant to proven employees performance. (5) Hypothesis expressing environment and motivation work effect to employees performance with leadership as improvable moderating variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The influence between budgetary participation and budgetary slack and information asymmetry and budget emphasis has been examined in several accounting studies with conflicting result. The conflicting evidence may reflect the influence of a contingent variable. This study examined influenced of budget participation as moderate variable in the information asymmetry and budget emphasis to budgetary slack.The sample of this research executed with mail survey method. The total 500 of questionnaires have been given to the population of this research, that are the manager of manufactur company in Indonesia, only 97 questionnaires back and ready to analyze. The result of study showed that budgetary participation and budgetary slack had negative and significant influence. The result also showed that of fit between budgetary participation and contingent variable information asymmetry decreased propensity to create budgetary slack. Otherwise, the result of study about the influence of fit between budgetary participation and contingent variable budget emphasis showed negatif and not significant to budgetary slack. Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research is to know influence by partial and also together coherent observation, division of labor and motivation to performance officer of PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu of Karanganyar regency and to know among variable coherent observation, motivation, or division of labor, which having an effect on dominant to performance officer of PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu of Karanganyar regency.This research take location at PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu of Karanganyar, regency with reason of that the office there are interesting problems relate to coherent observation, division of labor and motivation. Besides, in PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu of Karanganyar regency available adequate data in order to supporting this research. Population in this research is all officer of PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu of Karanganyar regency counted 143 people and as sample taken by counted 58 people with technique of proportional random sampling. Result of analysis test t indicate that coherent observation, division of labor and motivation to performance officer of PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu of Karanganyar regency by partial. Result of F test indicate that coherent observation, division of labor and motivation have an effect on to officer performance in environment of PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu of Karanganyar regency by together. Coefficient of determinant mean that variation of change officer performance really can be explained by variation of change coherent observation, factor motivate and division of labor equal to 88,9 and the rest 11,1% outside model.
