Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to analyses (1) to analysing interest influence, motivation, prosperity and communications to employee’s performance, (2) variable the most influencing towards employee’s performance.This research uses population research while the population is all officer in Education Department of Sukoharjo Regency consist of 85 respondents. Data collecting with questionaire technique through validity and reliability test. The data analyse use multiple linear regression and hypothesis test uses t test.The analysis results which could be reported are : (1) The questionnaire of all variables are valid and the variability’s result is reliable, (2) The result of classical assumption test show that the model is no multicolinierity, no heteroskedasticity, no autocorrelation and the residual is normal.The analysis result shows the regression equation is : Y = 4,808 + 0,265 X1 + 0,214 X2 + 0,187 X3 + 0,222 X4 + e; (1) The t test variable of competence, motivation, communication, and welfare with p value 0.000; 0.003; 0.014; and 0.001; so the four independent variables are individually affect to the employee’s performance. (2) Competence variable have most dominant influence to the employee’s performance, because standardized of coefficient regression (b1 = 0,324) are bigger than another variables. (3) Coefficient determination test is Adjusted R2 = 0,474; it means that the competence, motivation, communication, and welfare are explain as 47,4% of the employee’s performance only, further more influenced by the other variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of the research is to analyses (1) the impact of leadership towards employee’s performance, (2) the impact of motivation towards employee’s performance, (3) the impact of communication towards employee’s performance, (4) the impact of work environment towards employee’s performance, (5) variable the most influencing towards employee’s performance. The analysis result shows the regression equation is : Y = -3,675 + 0,417X1 + 0,213X2 + 0,148X3 + 0,572X4 + e. ; (1) The t test variable of leadership, motivation, communication, and work environment with p value 0,018; 0,041; 0,178; and 0,005; so the variables of leadership, motivation, and work environment have a positive anf significantly effect on the employee’s performance, but communication variable has not significantly effect on the employee’s performance. (2) Work environment variable have most dominant influence to the employee’s performance, because t-value of work (3,040) are bigger than another variables. (3) Coefficient determination test is Adjusted R2 = 0,792. The conclusion of the research that: (1) Leadership had a positive and significance effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (2) Motivation have a positive and significance effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (3) Communication has not significantly effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (4) Work environment have a positive and significance effect to the employee’s performance of the Jumantono Subdistrict in Karanganyar Regency, (5) Work environment variable have most dominant influence to the employee’s performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research target which will be reached is to (1) Searching empirical evidence there are leadership influence significant, discipline, work load, work motivation to teacher performance (2) Analyzing leadership influence significant, discipline, work load and dominant work motivation to teacher performance Problem of work load need resolving which do not easy to because accounted on work load and executed by teacher have been arranged in expert duty and guidance and function to teacher. Beside learn to be claimed to execute study process which is innovative and is maximal, but having to can finish administration becoming its obligation. Workmanship of Book administration represents authentic evidence to a teacher in executing its duty in class and also outside class. Curriculum not possible to be altered because representing guidance learns in study burden although study very felt by is teacher in study with existing time. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to to know the influence which signifikan among/between : (1) Tangibles to consumer satisfaction, (2) responsiveness to consumer satisfaction, (3) assurance to consumer satisfaction (4) empathy to consumer satisfaction  Public Hospital Area Sub-Province Sragen. Its Population is service user public hospital health service area Sub-Province Sragen. Sampel taken at random counted 70 people. Technique analyse to use the doubled linear regresi with the classic assumption test. Conclusion result research : (1) Hypothesis expressing variable tangibles have an effect on to consumer satisfaction public hospital area tested its truth, (2) Hypothesis expressing variable responsiveness have an effect on to consumer satisfaction public hospital area not tested truth. (3) Hypothesis expressing variable assurance have an effect on to consumer satisfaction public hospital area not tested its truth (4) Hypothesis expressing  variable empathyberpengaruh to consumer satisfaction public hospital area tested its truth (5) Hipotesis expressing fourth free variable by simultan have an effect on to consumer satisfaction tested its truth. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is conducted to know the significancy between : (1) the officer behavior to the officer productvity, (2) the work satisfy to the officer productvity. The population is the officer at secretariat DPRD districk of Sukoharjo 2008 as many as 33 persons and the sample are 33 person. the technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet through validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses simple regression with classical assumption uses SPSS program version 12. The analysis results are : (1) the inquiry of the officer behavior variable is valid, the inquiry of work satisfy variable is valid. the variability’s result is reliable, (2) the multicolinierity test shows there is multicolinierity so one of variable must be deleted on test; heteroskedasticity test shows the free variable does not of affect to the residue; the autocorrelation test shows that there is no autocorrelation and normality test shows that the residue distribution is normal. The conclusion of the research: (1) hypothesis which says: “assumpted there is a significant influence between the work satisfy to the officer productivity at Sekretariat DPRD District of Sukoharjo” is true, (2) hypothesis which says "assumpted that thework satisfy is more influencing to the officer productivity at Sekretariat DPRD District of Sukoharjo" is true. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is conducted to know the significancy between : (1) Characteristic of Personal (age & education) to organizational comitment, (2) Job Characteristic (significance duty, skilled variation, job specification, job access information, autonomous of job) to organizational comitment (3) Job experience (year of service) to organizational comitment. Employees of Hospital population in year 2008 a number of 340 people. Sampel taken 20% with method of proporsional sampling random cluster, counted 68. The conclusion of the research: (1) Hypothesis which says: "assumpted there is a significant influence between the age to the organizational comitment" is true, (2) Hypothesis which says: "assumpted there is a significant influence between the education to the organizational comitment" is not true; (3) Hypothesis which says:"assumpted there is a significant influence between the skilled variation to the organizational comitment" is true; (4) Hypothesis which says "assumpted there is a significant influence between the job access information to the organizational comitment" is not true, and (5) Hypothesis which says "assumpted there is a significant influence between the autonomous of job to the organizational comitment" is not true. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to to know the storey;level of significance difference mount the bank health of before and after merger of at finance ratio : (1) capital Sufficiency (Capital Adequasy Ratio), (2) Quality Of Productive Asset (KAP), (3) Productive Asset Abolition Exclusion (PPAP), (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) of at PD. Technique analyse to use the different test two mean.Result of analysis obtained (1) Difference of ratio of Capital Adequasy Ratio (CAR) mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05, so that Ho refused so that first hypothesis that there is difference of significance of ratio CAR of before and after merger proven. (2) Difference of ratio KAP mount the significance 0,00 < 0,05 so that both/ second hypothesis supported by result of this research. (3) different Test of ratio PPAP mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 so that hypothesis raised to be supported by this research result. (4) different Test of ratio ROA mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 so that hypothesis raised to be supported by this research result. (5) different Test of ratio BOPO mount the significance of equal to 0,001 < 0,05 so that hypothesis raised proven. ( 6) different Test of ratio of Cash Ratio mount the significance of equal to 0,000 < 0,05 so that hypothesis proven. Abstract

ABSTRACT The influence between budgetary participation and budgetary slack is has been examined in several accounting studies with conflicting result. The sample of this research executed with mail survey method. The total 500 of questionnaires have been given to the population of this research, that are the manager of manufactur company in Indonesia, only 97 questionnaires back and ready to analyze. The result of study showed that budgetary participation and budgetary slack significant influence. Keywords : budgetary participation, budgetary slack.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The organization goal reach and organization management more effective and efficient while job performance officer’s support. In fact, job performance every office influence by guidance, work discipline, organization culture and leadership. Goal of the research is knowing influence guidance, work discipline, organization culture and leadership to officer’s job performance on Departemen Agama of Karanganyar Regency by partially and together, and to know among guidance, work discipline, organization culture and leadership that dominant influence to officer’s job performance on Departemen Agama of Karanganyar Regency. The research take location on Departemen Agama officers of Karanganyar Regency with the reason problem at the officer’s job performance. Population and samples of the research is all officer on Departemen Agama of Karanganyar Regency counted 51. Collecting data doing with anquete, observation, bibliografi and documentation. Analyze data technique is multiple regression, t test, F test dan determination test Result of t test is guidance, work discipline, organization culture and leadership to officer’s job performance on Departemen Agama of Karanganyar Regency influence partially. Result of F test that guidance, work discipline, organization culture and leadership to officer’s job performance on Departemen Agama of Karanganyar Regency influence together. That is variation of officer’s job performance influence by guidance, work discipline, organization culture and leadership. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is conducted to know the significancy between : (1) The Discipline to the work productivity group farmer in Desa gayam district of Sukoharjo, (2) The motivation to the work productivity group farmer in Desa gayam district of Sukoharjo, (3) The discipline to the work productivity group farmer in Desa gayam district of Sukoharjo, (4) the discipline, motivation and discipline to the work productivity group farmer in Village Gayam districk of Sukoharjo.The population is the group farmer in Village Gayam district of Sukoharjo Regence of Sukoharjo 2008 as many as 51 persons. The technique of gathering the data is using inquiry sheet through validity test and reliability test. The conclusion of the research: (1) Hypothesis which says: “assumpted there is a significant influence between the discipline to the work productivity group farmer in Vilaage Gayam, district of Sukoharjo” is true, 2) Hypothesis which says: “assumpted there is a significant influence between motivation to the work productivity group farmer in Village Gayam, district of Sukoharjo” is not true; (3) Hypothesis which says: “assumpted there is a significant influence between discipline to the work productivity group farmer in Village Gayam, district of Sukoharjo” is true; (4) Hypothesis which says “assumpted there is a significant influence between the counselling, motivation and discipline to the work productivity group farmer in Village Gayam, district of Sukoharjo", is true, and (5) Hypothesis which says "assumpted that disciplin is more influencing to the performance of the work productivity group farmer in Village Gayam, district of Sukoharjo" is true .
