Abstract

 ABSTRACT The research aims to (1) analyze significance effect of leadership on employee’s performance; (2) analyze significance effect of the organizational commitment on employee’s performance; (3) analyze significance effect of the collectivism culture on employee’s performance; (4) analyze effect of leadership on employee’s performance moderated collectivism culture; (5) analyze effect of the organizational commitment on employee’s performance moderated collectivism culture. This research uses population research while the population is all employee’s at the CV Pakis Aji in Purwodadi Sub District consist of 45 respondents. Data collecting with questionnaire technique. Results of this research showed that (1) leadership has a significantly effect to employee’s performance (2) organizational commitment has a significantly effect to employee’s performance. (3) collectivism culture has a significantly effect to employee’s performance. (4) collectivism culture has moderate the effect of leadership to employee’s performance. (5) collectivism culture has moderate the effect of organizational commitment to employee’s performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect (1) leadership on employee performance, (2) communication on the performance of employees, 3) motivation on employee performance, (4), communication on the performance of employees who moderated by motivation, (5) communication on employee performance moderated by motivation. Location of research in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Surakarta. The research population is all employees amounting to 86 people with a census technique. The analysis technique uses test validity, test reliability classical assumption test, linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results showed that leadership had a significant influence on the performance of employees, communication has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation moderated the effect of leadership on employee performance, motivation moderated the effect of communication on the performance of employees in the Department of Culture and Tourism Surakarta. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to: (1) analyze the significance of the influence of discipline on employee motivation, (2) analyze the significance of the influence of leadership on employee motivation, (3) analyze the significance of the welfare effects on employee motivation, (4) analyze the significance of the influence of discipline employee motivation are moderated by the variable welfare, and (5) analyze the significance of the influence of leadership on employee motivation are moderated by welfare variables. Research sites in the Health Office of Boyolali. The research population is all employees totaling 85 people comprising 77 civil servants and 8 Employee Variable (PTT). Study sample as many as 85 respondents with a total sampling technique. Types of data using qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses test validity, test reliability classical assumption test, linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results showed that (1) there is a significant influence employee motivation discipline, (2) there is a significant effect of leadership on employee motivation, (3) there is a significant effect on motivation employee welfare, (4) moderate the influence of disciplinary welfare on employee motivation obtained p value (0.019) <0.05 so the hypothesis that welfare moderating influence employee motivation discipline, (5) welfare moderating influence of leadership on employee motivation Health Office of Boyolali. Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of the research (Test F) are known the value of F = 125,473 significance 0,000 <0,05. Soit can be concluded jointly variables Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment has positive and significant impact on performance. From t tests concluded that the variables of leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment has positive and significant impact on performance. This can be proved by looking at the significance of each variable <0,05. R² obtained from test results for 0892 or 89.2 %. Which meanc the variability of the dependent variable can be explained by the variability of the indevendent variables not included in the regression models such as motivation, level of education and work environment. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to (1) analyze the significance of the effect of participation in budget preparation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment to performance structural officer. (2) analyze the effect of participation in the performance of official budgetary structural moderated by organizational culture (3) analyze the effect of budgetary participation on performance are moderated by officials structural organizational commitment. The population in this study were all middle and lower level leaders are involved in the preparation of the budget in as many as Pemerntahan Grobogan District 294 officials. Total sample as a whole by 74 respondents, taken using the technique of "Proportional Cluster Random Sampling". The data collection technique using a questionnaire through validity and reliability. Regression test requirements using classical assumption test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and regression testing moderating the absolute value of the difference and hypothesis testing conducted by t test. The results show that: (1) participation in the preparation of the budget is not exhibited significantly affect the performance of the officials in the Government District Grobogan structural, (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on the structural performance of the officials in the Government District Grobogan, (3) organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance District government officials Grobogan structural, (4) there is a significant effect of participation on performance budgeting at the district government officials structural Grobogan moderated by organizational culture, (5) there is a significant effect of budgetary participation on performance structural officials in the Government of the District Grobogan moderated by organizational commitment. Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of organizational culture moderate transformational leadership on employee performance, (2) the organizational culture of moderation effect in strengthening the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. This research locations in Education Department of Sukoharjo. Sample of this research uses 48 employees taken to the purposive sampling technique. Scope of research focuses on aspects of transformational leadership and its impact on employee performance with organizational culture as moderating. Based on the analysis of obtained results indicate that transformational leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,024 < 0,05. Organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,019 < 0,05. Interaction variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the p value 0,014 < 0,05. The findings of this research indicate that organizational culture moderate the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance in Education Department of Sukoharjo. Based on first regression analysis obtained the value of Adjusted R2 = 0,149. This Adjusted R2 in second regression increased to 0,243. From the regression analysis comparison of an increase in Adjusted R2 of 0,094. This shows that the organizational culture strengthen the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know: 1) the influence of a leadership toward the performance, 2) the influence of work discipline toward the performance, 3) the influence of a leadership toward the motivation, 4) the influence of work discipline toward the motivation, 5) the influence of motivation toward the performance. The data are collected from 55 respondents by using a census method. They are analyzed through the research instruments such as validity test by using a product moment test and the reliability test by using a cronbach alpha technique, path analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient. The research result show that 1) the influence is positif significant of a leadership toward the performance, 2) the influence is positif significant of work discipline toward the performance. 3) the influence is positif significant of a leadership toward the motivation, 4) the influence is positif significant of the work discipline  toward the job satisfaction, 5) the influence is positif significant of a job satisfaction toward the motivation, 6) the influence is not significant of a leadership toward the performance via motivation, and the influence is not significant of the work discipline toward the performance via motivation, 7) the coefficient determination shows that R Square is 0,601 or 60,1%, means that performance variable axplains is the leadership, the work discipline, and the motivation satisfaction are 60,1%, and while its remain 39,9% is explained by other variable which are not involved in regression model such as organization culture and job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of: (1) variables of leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) the work environment variables on job satisfaction, (3) motivation variables on job satisfaction, (4) variable moderating effect of motivation on the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction , (5) variable moderating effect of motivation on the effect of work environment on job satisfaction. Its population is 70 employees Mother and Child Hospital Award Semarang. Samples were taken 70 people by census method. The data collection technique using a questionnaire with validity and reliability. Engineering analysis using multiple linear regression with the classic assumption test. Conclusion of the study: (1) a significant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction verified, (2) The working environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Motivation significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) Motivation does not moderate the effect of leadership style on satisfaction employment, (5) Motivation moderating influence of work environment on job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of: (1) financial compensation to job satisfaction, (2) non-financial compensation to job satisfaction, (3) motivation to job satisfaction, (4) financial compensation moderated motivation to job satisfaction, (5) non-financial compensation are moderated by the motivation to work on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mega Cluster Surakarta. Bank Mega Cluster employee population Surakarta October 2011 totaled 346 people. Random sample as many as 70 people. The data collection technique using a questionnaire through validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and the absolute difference test. The results obtained by the analysis of (1) all of the variables proved valid questionnaires, (2) questionnaire questionnaire all variables proved reliable (3) test multikonolinearitas pass the test, pass the test heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test pass the test, pass the test and normality test. Conclusion of the study: (1) significant financial compensation to employee job satisfaction, (2) non-financial compensation significant effect on job satisfaction of employees, (3) motivation significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) financial compensation is not proven moderated by motivation (5) non-financial compensation is also not proven to be moderated by the motivation to work. This study population is the all of education personnels and educators on Kebakkramat District in the UPT, PUD, NFI and SD office Kebakkramat District by 40 respondents to the census sampling techniques. Types of data using quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data using primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. Analysis techniques using test validity, test reliability test classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination.
