Abstract

The aim of this study was the effect of motivation on employee performance; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; the influence of compensation on employee performance; motivational influence on employee performance moderated by compensation; the influence of organizational culture on employee performance moderated by compensation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Janetra Sukoharjo as many as 30 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the difference between absolute and hypothesis testing performed by t test. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of motivation on employee performance; there is significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance; there is no significant effect on the performance employee compensation; compensation does not moderate the effect of motivation on employee performance; compensation does not moderate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Companies are advised may improve with better motivate employees and maintain the organizational culture of the company. Abstract

The results showed (1) style of leadership, not significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali, the first hypothesis is not proven true. (2) Motivation significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali. Thus the second hypothesis is accepted or proven true. (3) Discipline work not significant effect on the post office employee performance Boyolali, the third hypothesis is not proven true. (4) The effect of a significant style of leadership, motivation and discipline work together on employee performance in the Post Office Boyolali of Adjusted R2 value of 0,694 (69,4%) of the remaining 30,4% influenced by other variables outside the research model, meaning 4th hypothesis proved to be true. (5) The results of this study indicate that the determinants of employee performance Boyolali Post Office is work motivation, as well as the most dominant variables influence the employee's performance means that the hypothesis to 5 proved to be true. Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significancy betwen (1) leadership (2) of employee loyalty (3) the performance of employees on the quality services of The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kabupaten Ngawi.The population is all employees who work in The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kabupaten Ngawi as many as 32 employees. The analysis Technique usesdouble regression analysis with the classical assumption. Analysis results showed that leadership, employee loyalty and employee performance has positive and significant effect on service in The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Kabupaten Ngawi. The most dominant variable effect on the quality of service is the employee's performance because this variables has the greatest coefficient is 0, 689. Leadership, employee loyalty and employee performance positive effect on office services The Unit Layanan Pengadaan Kabupaten Ngawi was 82,4%.Keywords: leadership, loyalty, employee performance, quality of service

Abstract

(2) work environment significant effect on the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen. Thus the second hypothesis is accepted or proven true. (3) competention of teacher Discipline work is significant effect on the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen, the third hypothesis is proven true. (4) The effect of a significant style of leadership, work environment, competention of teacher and discipline work together on employee performance in the SMP PGRI 6 Kedawung Sragen of Adjusted R2 value of 0,752 (75,2%) of the remaining 34,8% influenced by other variables outside the research model, meaning 4th hypothesis proved to be true. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze: 1) effect of use information technology on employees performance, 2) effect of work culture on employees performance, 3) effect of motivation on employees performance, 4) effect of use of information technology on employees performance with motivation as moderation variables, 5 ) effect of work culture on employees performance with motivation as moderation variables. The research location in Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kebumen. The study population of all employees 55 and overall employee used as a sample with technique census. Types of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used the documentation, observation and questionnaires. Analysis techniques used test validity, test reliability test classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and test the difference in absolute. The results showed that the use of information technology had a significant effect on employees performance Kantor Pertanahan Kebumen District. Work culture had a significant effect on employees performance Kantor Pertanahan Kebumen District. Motivation had a significant effect on employees performance Kantor Pertanahan Kebumen District. Abstract

Teacher performance in a school has been influenced by many factors. This study aims at analizing the significant influence of leadership style, motivation, and communication on teacher performance, and finding out the most dominant influence on teacher performance. The population is all of Sekolah Dasar (SD) teacher in Kecamatan Serengan Kota Surakarta with the number 250. The sample has been taken by proportional random sampling and 48% or 120 teachers are found to be sample. This study uses qualitative and quantitative methods and uses questionnaire, documentation, and literature study for data collection technique. The study uses validity and realibility test to determine precision and accuracy of the data. Validity test result by significant level of 0,05 indicates all independent variables r count > r table. Reliability test result indicates all independent variables > cronbachs alpha.The result shows that leadership style, motivation, and communication simultaneously have insignificant influence on teacher performance. Influence testing partially sh that leadership style has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance, motivation has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance, communication has positive but insignificant influence on teacher performance. This is showed by t test results that all independent variables have significance value > 0,05, while the F test shows result of 0,041 < 0,05. Based on the regression coefficients, communication has the greatest value of 0,253. this indicates that communication has the most dominant influence compared to the other variables in making a positive impact on teacher performance.Keywords: leadership style, motivation, communication, performance

Abstract

Survey research conducted at the University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta(UNISRI), aims to identify and analyze the significance of the influence of theworking environment, discipline, motivation on the performance of educationpersonnel University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta (UNISRI), with motivationas a moderating variable. The samples using proportional random sampling,the number of samples are 82 educators. Methods of observation and datacollection using questionnaires that have been tested for validity andreliability. Types of qualitative and quantitative data. Mechanical analysisusing classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F,coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The resultsshowed that the working environment and work motivation had no significanteffect on the performance of education personnel UNISRI, work disciplinesignificant effect on the performance of educators UNISRI. Motivationmoderating influence on the performance of the work environment UNISRIeducation personnel. Motivation strengthen the influence of the workingenvironment. Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance of the effect service quality on customer satisfaction (2) significance of the effect service quality on the airline image (3) significance of the effect service quality on customer loyalty (4) significance of the effect customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (5) significant of the effect airline image on customer loyalty (6) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction (7) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated airline image. Location of this research in the region at Surakarta and DIY, using samples of 100 customers of the Garuda Indonesia Airline with purposive sampling technique. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) service quality has significance effect on customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis 1 accepted; (2) service quality has significance effect on the airline image, so the hypothesis 2 accepted (3) service quality has significance effect on customer loyalty, so the hypothesis 3 accepted; (4) customer satisfaction has significance effect on customer loyalty, so the hypothesis 4 accepted (5) airline image has significance effect on customer loyalty, so the hypothesis 4 accepted; (6) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction, so the hypothesis 6 accepted; (7) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated airline image, so the hypothesis 7 accepted. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to analyze: 1) effect of current ratio on firm value, 2) effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value, 3) effect of dividend policy on firm value, 4) effect of current ratio on firm value with dividend policy as moderation variables, 5 ) effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value with dividend policy as moderation variables. This type of research is empirical research conducted in real estate companies and properties companye are listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. A sample of 42 companies with a total sampling technique. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Source data used secondary data. Data collection technique used documentation. Analysis data used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The results showed that current ratio has positive and significant effect on firm value. Debt to equity ratio has negative and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy has positive but not significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy does not moderate the effect of the current ratio on firm value. Abstract

This study aims to determine the service quality dimensions thatinfluence participant satisfaction waiter community entrepreneurshipeducation program at the Institute of Training Courses and Wonogiri. Thisstudy enhance the perception of service quality dimension refers to servqualby adding the dimension of perception of service quality and timeliness ofservice. Timeliness of service is considered to have a significant positiveeffect on satisfaction entrepreneurship education program participantcommunity. Courses and training institutions must pay attention to timelinessin providing services during the implementation of the program, with thehope of community entrepreneurship education program participants getsatisfaction as perceived by participants of community entrepreneurshipeducation program. Data analysis was conducted using classic assumptiontest, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test.From the analysis of data and has escaped from the classical assumption, itcan be discussed for each of these hypotheses has been formulated.Judging from the t test factors of physical evidence and the timeliness ofpartial effect significant effect on service satisfaction entrepreneurshipeducation program participants society (PKM) on Courses and TrainingInstitute in Wonogiri Regency. While variable reliability, responsiveness,assurance and attention partially no significant effect on service satisfactionentrepreneurship education program participants society on Courses andTraining Institute in Wonogiri Regency. Viewed from the F test variablephysical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and attentionsimultaneously significant effect on service satisfaction entrepreneurshipeducation program participants society on Courses and Training Institute inWonogiri Regency. Based on the determination coefficient indicates that thevariable physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, attentionand timeliness affect the service satisfaction entrepreneurship educationprogram participants society on Courses and Training Institute in Wonogiriby 80,3% while the remaining 19,7% influenced by other variables that arenot used in the study.Keywords: service quality, satisfaction, dimensions program participant,PKM
