Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work motivation, work discipline, leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. This research was held at the office of The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. Population of this study is an employee The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. Sample in this study were 78 respondents The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling, then the data in the process of using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study, based on simultaneous test proved that the discipline of work, leadership style, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance The Life Environment Service Work Rengency of Ponorogo. Partially, work discipline, leadership style, and job satisfaction have a significant effect at a significance level of 5% or 0,05%, while work motivation did not significantly affect performance.The result of the regression R2 analysis, showed that variable work discipline, work motivation, leadership style and job satisfaction can explain the dependent variable employee performance by 48,5% and the remaining 51,5% described other variable. Keywords: work motivation, work discipline, leadership style, job satisfaction, employee performance.

Abstract

Government as public servant must prioritize public services. The research aims to analyze the significance of the effect of training, compensation and motivation on the performance of extension agents in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries in Ponorogo Regency. The research population was 178 extension agents in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries in Ponorogo Regency. The research sample is 30% and is taken by using a cluster proporsive random sampling technique to obtain a sample of 54 people. The data analysis technique of the research uses descriptive analysis, research instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research show that training has no significant effect on the performance of extension agents in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries in Ponorogo Regency, compensation has a significant effect on the performance of extension agents in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries in Ponorogo Regency, and motivation has a significant effect on the performance of extension agents in the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries in Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. (2) Analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. (3) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment which is moderated by leadership style on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. The population and population used in this study were all employees of the Ponorogo Regency BPPKAD, amounting to 96 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has passed the test of validity and reliability. The regression requirements test uses the classic assumption test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with absolute difference test and hypothesis testing is done through t test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. So the hypothesis that states is significant. 2) The leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. So the hypothesis that states is significant. 3) Leadership style is not able / not proven to moderate the influence of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees.

Abstract

Aims to understand research significant influence between: (1) work environment to work satisfaction, (2) officials will have their income to work satisfaction, (3) work environment against the employee performance, (4) officials will have their income to the performance of, (5) satisfaction on the performance of work, (6) the effect of mediation work satisfaction to the influence of the performance of work environment, (7) the effect of mediation work satisfaction to the influence of officials will have their income to the employee performance kabupaten ponorogo inspektorat. The population is employees inspektorat kabupaten ponorogo in 2019 at a number of 35 people. Sample taken by using the sampling method of saturated, where all of an officer at the inspektorat kabupaten ponorogo which consisted of 35 employees used as a subject in this research. The technique of the collection of data using the practical and watchful such through reliability. Linear regression analysis using techniques and the worship of idols with classical test, the analysis, f and test test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study conclusion: (1) work environment significant impact on work satisfaction, (2) officials will have their income significant impact on work satisfaction, (3) officials will have significant impact on the performance of income, (4) work satisfaction significant impact on the performance of, (5) work environment has no significant impact on the performance of, (6) satisfaction mediate environmental influences on the performance of work, (7) satisfaction will have their working hours are not mediate the influence of income to the employee performance kabupaten ponorogo inspektorat.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to annul the significance of leadership style and organizational commitment to work discipline with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Yellow Force of the Environment Agency of Ponorogo Regency. The benefits of research can be practically used as a material for management decision making in improving the discipline of yellow troop work and academically can increase knowledge especially about the development of human resource management in general. The populations in this study were all of the Yellow Forces of the Environmental Agency of Ponorogo Regency as many as 177 people. In this study using the census method. This research data is primary data by filling out the questionnaire by respondents. After the data has been collected, an instrument test consisting of a validity test and a reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Then the t test, F test, R2 test, hypothesis test are performed. The analysis technique uses linear regression, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on work discipline and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on Yellow Force work discipline at the Environmental Agency of Ponorogo Regency. Keywords: style of leadership, organizational commitment, work discipline, job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of main keys in achieving organizational goals. Human resources have an important role as a potential activatorfor all organizational activities. The importance of human resources in an organization demands every organization to have qualified and productive employees. The results of this study show that: 1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of State Civil Officers in The Demographic and Civil Registry Service of Ponorogo District. 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on theperformance ofState Civil Officersin The Demographic and Civil RegistryService of Ponorogo District. 3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of State Civil Officersin The Demographic and Civil RegistryService of Ponorogo District. Abstract

This research aims to know (1) The financial performance of the Surakarta city government fiscal year period 2014 - 2018, (2) efficiency of the expenditure of Surakarta city government in the management of its resources year budget 2014 - 2018. The population in this research is the realization report of the Government of Surakarta. The samples studied were the realization report of the Government of Surakarta APBD year budget from 2014 to 2018. Sample editing using the Purposive sampling method. The source of the research data is secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive. The conclusion of the research: hypotheses that declare the financial performance of the Surakarta city government year period budget 2014 - 2018 views from (1) fiscal decentralization degree ratio is sufficient, is true, (2) PAD effectiveness ratio is effective, is true and (3) ratio effectiveness of PAD is effective, is true. Hypotheses that state Surakarta's government spending efficiency in its resource management year 2014 - 2018 budget is an efficient view of the (1) ineffective efficiency ratio, which is not true, (2) ineffective shopping efficiency ratio, So it is not true, (3) large operating spending ratio, so it is not true and (4) small capital expenditure ratio, so it is not true.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction, the significance of the influence of internal marketing on employee engagement, the significance of the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction and the role of employee engagement in mediating the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction on PT employees. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Solo Area. The population of this study is employees of the units of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk under the coordination of the Solo Area. Samples were taken as many as 97 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to research samples. Analysis tool with research instrument test, classic assumption test and path analysis. While for the influence of mediation, testing uses Sobel test. The results of the study show that internal marketing has a significant effect on job satisfaction; internal marketing has a significant effect on employee engagement; employee engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee engagement does not mediate the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of leadership style and work motivation on job satisfaction and analyze the mediating role of work satisfaction in affect leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is survey research. The study population was 85 employees of PT. BPR Syariah Sukowati Sragen and all of them are sampled by census technique. Data sources used primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that the leadership style has a significant effect on the work satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on work satisfaction. Leadership style has a significant effect on the employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the affect of the leadership style on the employee performance. Work satisfaction mediates the affect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The results of the calculations showed that multiple linear regression using the t test showed that the performance-based budgeting system had a significant significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo District office employees, so that hypothesis 1, which reads Performance Based Budgeting System, had a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD employees. Multiple linear regression using the t test shows that the Financial Accounting system has a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees, so that hypothesis 2 that reads the Financial Accounting System has a significant effect on the performance of the Ponorogo Regency BPPKAD office staff, is proven to be true.
