Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of budget participation,budgettargetclarity, accounting control, reporting system, decentralisation,functional supervision and organisation culture to ward the localgovermentsfinancial performanceaccountability of Karanganyar.Testinghypothesis in this research use the regressionanalysis with ttest, Ftest anddeterminationcoeficient (R2). The population in this study is the structuralemployees of regional work unit in Karanganyar. The sampling method ismultistage sampling. The study contains 22 regional work units as a sample.The result of this research are budget participation is not influencing thefinancial performance accountability, budget targets clarity is givingsignificant influence to the financial performance accountability,theaccounting control is giving significant influence to the financial performanceaccountability, the reporting system is not influencing the financialperformance accountability, desentralisation is not influencing the financialperformance accountability, functional supervisionis giving significantinfluence to the financial performance accountability and organisation cultureis giving significant influence to the financial performance accountability.Keywords: financial performance accountability, budget participation,budget target clarity, accounting control, reporting system,decentralisation, functional supervision, organisation culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership,organizational culture, professionalism and work satisfaction to employeeperformance. The others to knows work satisfaction are moderated effect ofleadership, organizational culture and professionalism to employee performancein the Mental Hospital of Central Java Provincial Government Owned. Thepopulation of as many as 1,382 employees. Samples taken as many as 10% ofthe population with cluster random sampling method so that a sample of 140people.. Analysis techniques used multiple linear regression and test the absolutedifference. The results showed that the leadership have a significant effect onemployee performance. Organizational culture have a significant effect onemployee performance. Professionalism have a significant effect on employeeperformance. Job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.Work satisfaction moderate the effect of leadership on employee performance.Work satisfaction moderate the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect ofcurrent ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, net profit margin andsize of the company profit growth. This type of research is empirical researchin the pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015. A sample of 8 companies with totalsampling technique. Data collection technique used documentation.Mechanical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The resultsshowed that the current ratio of no significant effect on earnings growth. Debtto equity ratio significant effect on earnings growth. Total asset turnover havea significant effect on earnings growth. Net profit margin significant effect onearnings growth. Abstract

This research is conducted to analysis the effect of: Transformationalleadership style to the satisfaction work nurse, organisastion climate to thesatisfaction work nurse, work stress to the satisfaction work nurse, whichvariable which most dominant influence the satisfaction work nurse.Thepopulation is entire nurse at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Surakarta asmany as 225 nurses. The sample is taking by purposive sampling, as manyas 80 nurses. The technique of gathering the data is using questionerthrough validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses doubleregression with classical assumption.The conclusion of the research:Transformational leadership style have significant influence to satisfactionwork nurse. Organizational climate have significant influence to satisfactionwork nurse. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to: 1) analyze effect of size on profitability2) analyze effect of debt to equity ratio on probability. 3) analyze effect of sizeon firm value 4) analyze effect of debt to equity ratio on firm value 5) analyzeeffect of profitability on firm value 6) to analyze the effect of size on firm valuewith profitability as intervening variable 7) analyze the effect of debt to equityratio on firm value with profitability as intervening variable This type ofresearch is empirical research in food and beverages companies are listed inthe Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. A sample of 15 companieswith a total sampling technique. Analysis data used path analysis. The resultsshowed the size has no significant effect on profitability. Debt to equity ratiohas significant effect on profitability. Size has a significant effect on firmvalue. Debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on firm value. Profitabilityhas significant effect on fiirm value. Profitability does not mediate the effect ofsize on firm value. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of brand awareness andbrand image, either directly or through the mediation of brand attachment tothe purchasing decision of customers of PT Indiva Media Kreasi. Thepopulation in this research are active customers of PT Indiva Media Kreasi inthe period August 2015 to August 2016. The total population are 980customers. Samples were taken based on random sampling of 10% of thepopulation, namely 98 and rounded to 100 customers. Data collectiontechniques using questionnaires through validity and reliability test.Mechanical analysis through path analysis (path) with the classicalassumption. Validity of test results, research instruments of variable brandawareness, brand image, brand attachment and consumer purchasingdecisions valid. Reliability test results are reliable. From the classicassumption test, multicollinearity test pass the test, heteroscedasticity testpass the test, autocorrelation test pass the test, and normality test pass thetest. The analysis showed that brand awareness and brand imagesignificantly influence brand attachment. Brand awareness and brand imageindirectly influence the purchase decision. Brand attachment significantlyinfluence purchasing decisions. Brand attachment mediates the effect ofbrand awareness and brand image on purchasing decisions.Keywords: brand awareness, brand image, brand attachment, purchasedecision.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of product and customerqualities either directly or with customer satisfaction as mediating variable onthe customer loyalty of DGC Coffeeshop in Solo, Kutoarjo, and Sragensubsidiaries. The sample consisting of 108 customers was taken from July 7to 23, 2017. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire throughvalidity and reliability tests. Technique of analyzing data used was pathanalysis with classical assumption test. Technique of collecting data usedwas questionnaire through validity and reliability tests. Techniques ofanalyzing data used were path and classical assumption tests. From theresult of validity test, the research instrument of product quality, customerquality, customer satisfaction and product loyalty was valid. The result ofreliability test was reliable. From classical assumption test, multicoloniearity,heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation and normality tests passed through thetest successfully. The result of analysis showed that product and servicequalities affected customer satisfaction. Product and service qualities did notaffect directly the customer loyalty. Customer loyalty affected significantly thecustomer loyalty. Customer satisfaction affected significantly the customerloyalty. Customer satisfaction mediated the effect of product and servicequalities on customer loyalty.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, customerloyalty

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work involvement andorganizational culture on performance clerk with organizational commitmentas intervening variable. This study used a survey method, the type of datathe data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used theprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study are allemployees of the Department of Cooperatives and labor Boyolali Regencytotaling 76 employees. The number of samples in this research as much as76 employees, so it is a research census. Methods of data collection wereused: questionnaire. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity,reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, and path analysis. Theresults of the analysis of the data obtained: the conclusion that theinvolvement of the workforce and organizational culture organizationalcommitment significantly to influential officials of the Department ofCooperatives and labor Boyolali Regency. Work engagement, organizationalculture and organizational commitment effect significantly to the performanceof the employees of the Department of Cooperatives and labor BoyolaliRegency. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivationand welfare to the performance either directly or indirectly through jobsatisfaction at the administrative staff at the Regional General Hospital(RSUD) dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen Regency. This research takes placeat the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragenregency with research variables of work motivation, welfare, job satisfactionand performance. The population that exist in this research is alladministrative employees at the RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragenregency which amounted to 198 with the sample number 50 respondents.Data collection in this study using questionnaires and documentation. Dataanalysis technique used is path analysis. The results of research workmotivation and welfare affect the performance either directly or indirectlythrough job satisfaction at the administrative staff at the RSUD dr. Abstract

This research aims to know the significant effects between: (1)Leadership on performance lecturer, (2) the work environment onperformance Lecturer (3) the motivation on performance lecturer at theChristian University of Surakarta. The population in this research is a lecturerat the Kristen University of Surakarta with the amount of 36 people.Determination of random samples with a total of 30 people. Engineering datacollection using the now through the test validity and reliability. Using linearregression analysis techniques with classic assumption test double. Analysisof the results obtained (1) the now valid, the now leadership variableenvironment variables work valid, the now valid motivation variables.Reliability test result is reliability, (2) Test multicolinearity testheteroscedastisity test passes, passes a test, the test passes, theautocorrelation test normality test and the test passes.Keywords: leadership, work environment, motivation, performance lecturer
