Abstract

Penelitian tentang “KAJIAN PENGARUH PEMBERIAN DOSIS PUPUK SP-36 TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BEBERAPA VARIETAS JAGUNG MANIS (Zea mays saccarata strutr)”. telah dilaksanakan tanggal 18 Desember 2014 sampai 26 Februari 2015 di Green House Fakultas Pertanian UNISRI Surakarta. Green house tersebut terletak pada ketinggian 86 meter di atas permukaan air laut. Yang terletak di Kelurahan Kadipiro, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui konsentrasi pupuk SP-36 yang tepat yang dapat memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik, (2) untuk mengetahui varietas yang berpengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk SP-36 dengan varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan dasar rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang disusun secara faktorial dengan 2 faktor perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun kedua faktor perlakuan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut : Faktor 1 adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (K), terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : P0 = 0 gram, P1 = 1,5 gram, P2 = 3 gram, P3 = 4 gram Faktor 2 adalah varietas (V), terdiridari 3 macam yaitu : V1 = Sweet Boy, V2 = Jaguar, V3 = Sweet Boy Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) konsentrasi pupuk SP-36 tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis. Konsentrasi SP-36 terbaik adalah 4 gram karena dapat meningkatkan jumlah berat kering brangkasan per-tanaman, (2) Varietas berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis. Varietas terbaik adalah varietas Sweet boy karena dapat menghasilkan tongkol lebih berat. (3) Pengaruh interaksi hanya terjadi pada jumlah tongkol per-tanaman dan berat segar tongkol tanpa kelobot.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang “Pengaruh Konsentrasi Pupuk Pelengkap Cair Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata L.)” telah dilaksanakan mulai tangga 25 April 2015 sampai bulan Juni 2015 di Kelurahan Kadipiro, Kecamatan Mojosongo, Surakarta, Jawa Tengah pada ketinggian tempat 143 m diatas permukaan laut. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk pelengkap cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil pada kacang hijau (Vigna radiata L.) Penelitian disusun secara faktor tunggal dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap yang terdiri dari 10 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Adapun Perlakuan- perlakuan tersebut A = Tanpa PPC (0 g/l air), B = Pemberian PPC (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 5 g/l air, C = Pemberian PPC (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 10 g/l air, D = Pemberian PPC (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 15 grm/l air, E = Pemberian PPC (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 20 g/l air, F = Pemberian (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 25 g/l air, G = Pemberian PPC (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 30 g/l air, H = Pemberian PPC (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 35 g/l air, I = Pemberian PPC (Sampurna D) konsentrasi 40 g/l air, J = Pemberian PPC PPC (Sampurna D) 45 g/l air). Parameter-parameter yang diamati meliputi; jumlah cabang produktif tanaman, jumlah polong pertanaman, berat biji kering pertanaman, berat segar brangkasan, dan berat kering brangkasan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut; Perlakuan pupuk pelengkap cair berpengaruh terhadap jumlah polong pertanaman, berat biji kering pertanaman, berat segar brangkasan, dan berat kering brangkasan. . Perlakuan B (pemberian pupuk pelengkap cair Sampurna D dengan konsentrasi 5 gram/l air memberikan pertumbuhan terbaik pada jumlah cabang produktif tanaman yaitu sebesar 9., sedangkan jumlah cabang produktif tanaman terendah diperoleh pada perlakuan A (tanpa pemberian pupuk pelengkap cair) yaitu sebesar 3. Perlakuan B (pemberian pupuk pelengkap cair Sampurna D dengan konsentrasi 5 gram /l air) memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat biji kering pertanaman yaitu sebesar 11,27 g, sedangkan hasil terendah diperoleh pada perlakuan A (tanpa pemberian pupuk pelengkap cair) yaitu sebesar 5,57 g. Kata kunci : kacang hijau, pupuk pelengkap cair Sampurna D.

Gapoktan Harjo Kinasih, Village of Wonoharjo, district of Wonogiri, been able to produce of cassava chips good-quality. The chip want further diversified into flour mocaf in order to achieve greater added value. but they are constrained by the limitations of funds of funds for the procurement of flouring machine, sieving, packaging (sealler), and the training to use these machines. Abstract

Farmers in the village Bakalan been utilizing dry land and yard by planting cassava in monoculture or intercropped with maize, beans, ground, and sweet potatoes. But cassava productivity is still low at an average of 13 t/ha. Efforts to improve the productivity of cassava has been carried out through the demonstration farm, namely the use of high yielding varieties (varieties Elephant) and biofertilizer Biotamax. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan bulan Oktober 2014 sampai Desember 2014 di Desa Sabrang Kulon, Matesih, Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah dengan ketinggian tempat 800 meter diatas permukaan laut. . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemakaian dosis pupuk hayati terhadap intensitas kerusakan hama Spdoptera litura dan Patogen Cercospora sp pada tanaman jagung semi, serta mengetahui besarnya intensitas serangan hama dan patogen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktor tunggal dengan tiga kali ulangan. Peubah yang digunakan yaitu Pengamatan Intensitas kerusakan hama dan patogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk hayati berpengaruh terhadap intensitas kerusakan hama Spodoptera litura dengan intensitas kerusakan terendah pada perlakuan Pupuk Custom bio dengan dosis pupuk 58,05 gr/ha namun tidak memberikan pengaruh pada intensitas patogen Cercospora sp serta pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung semi.Kata kunci : Pupuk Hayati, Intensitas Kerusakan, Hama, Jagung semi

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul “Pengaruh Konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair Dan Waktu Aplikasi Pupuk Organik Cair Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan hasil Tanaman Kacang Panjang (Vigna sinensis, L.) telah dilaksanakan di Green House Fakultas Pertanian Slamet Riyadi, di Kelurahan Kadipiro, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Sejak tanggal 16 Maret sampai tanggal 15 Mei 2015 dengan ketinggian tempat ± 143 m dpl, pada jenis tanah Grumosol dari Desa Kaliwuluh, Kecamatan Kebakkramat Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan rancangan dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), yang terdiri dari dua faktor masing-masing 3 taraf diulang 3 kali. Adapun faktor-faktor tersebut adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (1,5; 2,0; dan 2,5 cc/l air) serta waktu aplikasi pupuk organik cair (saat tanam, 10 HST, 20 HST). Parameter yang diamati jumlah daun, umur awal tanaman berbunga, jumlah polong, panjang buah, lingkar buah, berat buah, berat segar brangkasan, berat kering brangkasan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa:1. Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua parameter. Kecuali pada parameter panjang polong pertanaman.2. Perlakuan waktu aplikasi pupuk organik cair berpengaruh terhadap jumlah polong pertanaman, dan berat segar polong pertanaman.3. Interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk organik cair dan waktu aplikasi pupuk organik cair berpengaruh terhadap jumlah polong pertanaman, berat segar polong pertanaman, panjang polong pertanaman dan umur awal tanaman berbunga.Kata kunci : kacang panjang, pupuk organik cair ratu biogen

Abstract

Porang (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) is a plant that produces tubers and is widely found in various parts of Indonesia such as Central Java, East Java and East Nusa Tenggara. Porang is used to make glue, food and cosmetics. The high demand for porang requires intensification and expansion of the area to be carried out. The target of land expansion is marginal land, as well as intercropping on forest land or by agroforestry. Appropriate light intensity can increase plant growth and yield. The research was carried out from March to July 2020 in the Perum Perhutani BKPH Pojok, in sonokeling(Dalbergia latifolia) forest, Kemadoh Batur Village, Tawangharjo in Grobogan district. This one factor study used a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with 4 levels. The treatment factors were light intensity due to shade by sonokeling : (P1) 100% light intensity, (P2) 75-90% light intensity, (P3) 50-74% shading intensity, and (P4) 25-49% light intensity. Each treatment was repeated 6 times, each experimental unit consisted of 3 plants. Data were analyzed using 5% variance test and continued with 5% DMR test if there was a significant difference. Up to 25-49% the light intensity of the  sonokeling shade does not affect the growth and yield of porang plants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of initial immersion temperature and type of planting media on germination of Silk Tree seeds. The study was conducted in East Rejosari, Tersono, Batang Regency from December 2019 to February 2020 using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 factorials which were repeated 3 times. The first factor is initial immersion temperature is room temperature, 30˚C, 60˚C, and 90˚C, the second factors is type of planting media consisting of 3 levels namely soil: sand: goat manure, soil: sand: husk charcoal, soil : sand: cocopeat. Data were analyzed by F test, if there were significant differences between treatments, then further tests were performed using a 5% LSD test. Observation variables included germination speed, percentage of germination, plant height, stem diameter, longest root length, root wet weight, root dry weight, number of leaves, plant wet weight, plant dry weight. The results showed that initial immersion temperature was significantly different in all variables, except for the number of leaves. The optimum initial immersion temperature is 60˚C (S2). The treatment of different types of planting media is very evident on all variables, except for the percentage of germination. The best type of planting media is soil: sand: goat manure (M1). There is an interaction between initial immersion temperature and type of planting media, namely the variable plant height, number of leaves, longest root length, root wet weight and plant wet weight. The best interaction is achieved by initial temperature of 60 ° C and type of soil planting media: sand: goat manure (S2M1).

Abstract

Avocado is a crops that grows in tropical and sub-tropical. This research has a purpose that want to knows about what is the effect if avocado is concentration of auxin growth regulator and entres length on growth of avocado plant seeds, and interaction. This research was did in Pododadi village, Wonorejo hamlet Karanganyar district, Pekalongan county, this research uses randomized block designthat has 2 factors with 3 time repeated, first factor the concentration of auxin growth regulator (without treatment, 100 ppm, 200 ppm and 300 ppm), the second factor are entres length (5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm). The data analyzed with “F” test and if the result are different with LSD test.The concentration of auxin growth regulator with regression test and entres lengthwere tested used ortogonal contrast. The result shows that concentration of auxin growth regulator is really significantly different for variables age of shoot growth, increase in shoot length, shoot length, number of shoots, number of branches, number of leaves, rootstock diameter and plant height and were significantly different in the variables of percentage of live connections and age of bud break, for concentration 200 ppm (K2) gives the best result to grows up of avocado plant seeds, the treatment for entres lengthare really significantly different to variable age of bud break, age of shoot growth, increase in shoot length, shoot length, number of branches, rootstock diameter and plant height and significantly different on the variable number of shoots. The interaction of concentration of auxin growth regulator and entres length are really significantly different on the variable length of shoots and significantly different on the variable length of entres and number of branches. The best interaction is the duration of concentration of auxin growth regulator and entres length for concentration200 ppm with 15 cmlength (K2P3).

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the concentration of growth regulators and water stress on the growth and yield of groundnut (Arachis hypogaea l). The study site was conducted at the Research and Collections Garden Faculty of Agriculture Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta  located on Jl. Jaya Wijaya No. 38 Joglo Village Banjarsari District Surakarta City Central Java 57136 with an elevation of ± 105 meters aove sea level. The study was conducted from  May 27 2021 to  August 25 2021. The design used was a completely randomized factorial design (CRD). The types of treatment are: Controlno treatment (D0); ZPT Dekamon 22.43 L with a content of 3.75 ml1 7.5 ml1 11.25 ml1 (D1 D2 D3); Water stress with concentrations of 600mlpolyag 1200mlpolyag 1800mlpolyag (C1 C2 C3). The treatment consisting of 12 treatments and 1 control  was repeated 3 times to otain 36 experimental units. The oserved parameters include visual oservation of the plant plant height (cm) numer of leaves (fiers) wet stem weight (gram) dry stem weight (gram) numer of fruits per tree (fruit) fruit weight per plant (gram) numer of seeds per plant (seeds) dry seed weight per plant (gram) mass of 100 seeds per plant (gram). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) if significant differences were found data were then  tested using Duncans multiple range test at 5%  to discriminate values. mean etween treatments. The results showed that  D2C2 treatment had the est effect on the visual morphology of plants. At the tree height parameter D3 with the highest average level of 39.63 showed a significant difference in efficiency. This is ecause  growth regulator Dekamon  is an artificial growth regulator that stimulates the growth of stems leaves and plant parts. In the wet stove weight parameter each stress treatment (C) showed a very significant effect the highest average was 15.7 in treatment C3. This is ecause water is needed to achieve maximum quality and quantity of results. The results of the response coefficient analysis (DC) showed that there was no significant difference in the parameters of leaf numer plant height wet stem weight dry stem weight numer of fruits fruit weight numer of fruits and numer of fruits. seeds mass of dry  seeds mass of 100 seeds. among all other treatments. This is due to the genetic nature of plants and external (environmental) factors such as soil water humidity temperature and light.
