Abstract

Using green okra and red okra plant kinds, the researchers want to assess the growth response and yield of the plants after they have been fertilized with bokashi fertilizer, which is made by the use of tea dregs and water hyacinth. During the period September to November 2021, this study was carried out Harjosari Village is located in the Bawen District of the Semarang Regency. The study used a Split Plot Completely Randomized Design (RAKL) with two treatment components, and the findings were reported in Psychological Science.., namely okra varieties and bokashi fertilizer. The number of treatments was 8 and repeated 4 times. V1B0 ; Varieties of green okra without bokashi fertilizer (0 kg), V1B1 ; Varieties of green okra with bokashi fertilizer tea dregs (1 kg), V1B2 ; Green okra variety with water hyacinth bokashi fertilizer (1 kg), V1B3 ; Green okra variety with bokashi fertilizer mixed with tea dregs and water hyacinth (1 kg), V2B0 ; Varieties of red okra without bokashi fertilizer (0 kg), V2B1; Red okra variety with tea dregs bokashi fertilizer (1 kg), V2B2 ; Red okra variety with water hyacinth bokashi fertilizer (1 kg), V2B3 ; Red okra variety with bokashi fertilizer mixed with tea dregs and water hyacinth (1 kg). Furthermore, the measured parameters will be analyzed using Anova and further tested using the 5% BNT test. The study found that applying up to 1 kg of bokashi fertilizer containing tea dregs and water hyacinth had a highly significant influence on plant height growth and fruit yield.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of husk Charcoal and Dosage of NPK Fertilizer n Growth and Yield of Corn plan (Zea mays L.), this study aims to analyze the effect of husk charcoal and NPK fertilizer dosage on. Growth and yield of maize, which was carried out from August to November 2021. The research was conducted in Mendalan, Jipangan, Banyudono, Boyolali with an altitude of 158 meters above sea level. The type of soil used was regosol soil. This study used the Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) method which was arranged in a factorial manner consisting of 10 treatments, each treatment repeated 3 times. The fertilizers used were husk charcoal and NPK fertilizer. The data from this study were analyzed by using the LSD (Least Significant Difference) test at a level of 5%. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, number of cobs, weight of cobs with cob, weight of cobs without husks, weight of wet stover, dry weight of stove. The results showed that 1. In the growth phase, the treatment of husk charcoal and dose of NPK fertilizer had an effect on plant height and dry weight of stover. Treatment without husk charcoal 2 kg/tan and dose of NPK fertilizer 1.16 g/plant (A0N3), on plant height produces an average of 266.37 cm and dry stover weight of husk charcoal 2 g/plant and dose of NPK fertilizer 1.23 g/plant (A1N4) with an average of 434.33 g/plant. While on the number of leaves, the weight of wet stover slightly affected (tendency) which gave different results. The number of leaves without charcoal and the dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.16 g/plant (A0N3) with the highest yield of 15.33 strands and the weight of wet husk bnbbbcharcoal was 2 g/plant and the dose of NPK fertilizer was 0 g/plant (A1N0) with an average of - the highest average is 984.77 grams. 2. In harvest yields, the treatment of husk charcoal and the dose of NPK fertilizer had no effect on the treatment without husk charcoal and the dose of NPK fertilizer was 1.01 g/plant (A0N1). husk charcoal husks of 2 kg/plant and a dose of NPK fertilizer 0 g/plant yielded an average of 31.72 grams and the weight of cobs without husks was treated without husk charcoal and a dose of NPK fertilizer of 1.16 g/plant (A0N3) produced an average of 20 ,26 grams. Abstract

Abstract. Black rice is a functional food ingredient that is very beneficial for human health, but in general, black rice varieties are mostly upland rice with low productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of mycorrhiza biofertilizer and intercropping with soybean on growth and yield of two promising lines of black rice in an aerobic irrigation system. The experiment was carried out in Dasan Tebu, Kediri, West Lombok, from May to September 2020, which was arranged according to the Split Split-Plot design with three blocks and three treatment factors, namely black rice genotypes (G3; G9) as the main plots, intercropping with soybeans (T0: without intercropping; T1: with intercropping) as the sub-plots, and mycorrhiza biofertilizer application (M0: without; M1: with mycorrhiza) as the sub-sub-plots. The results indicated that both black rice genotypes were different only in the percentage of unfilled grains, i.e. lower in G3 (10.43%) than in G9 (14.39%). Additive intercropping with soybean significantly increased growth and yield components of black rice, with a higher grain yield was on black rice intercropped with soybeans (38.42 g/clump) compared to monocrop rice (32.62 g/clump). Application of mycorrhiza biofertilizers also significantly increased tiller number, dry straw weight, and grain yield per clump, and decreased the percentage of unfilled grains, with a higher grain yield was obtained in black rice supplied with mycorrhiza biofertilizer (38.47 g/clump) than without mycorrhiza (32.57 g/clump). However, there were significant interactions between the treatment factors, especially on grain yield, indicating that G9 was more responsive to application of mycorrhiza biofertilizer than G3.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the effectiveness of the addition of Growing Regulatory Substances (ZPT) to shoots growth and roots at micro cuttings of Amorphophallus muelleri blume) and Xanthosoma undipes k.koch. Complete Random Design (RAL) was used in this study with 8 treatments: Z1 = Amorphophallus without ZPT(control), Z2 = Amorphophallus + Auxin 1.5 ml / L, Z3 = Amorphophallus + Thidiazuron 1 ppm, Z4 = Amorphophallus + Auksin 1.5 ml / L + Thidiazuron 1 ppm, Z5 = Xanthosoma without ZPT, Z6 = Xanthosoma + Auksin 1.5 ml / L, Z7 Xanthosoma +Thidiazuron 1 ppm, Z8= Xanthosoma +Auxin 1.5 ml/L + Thidiazuron 1 ppm, each treatment is repeated 5 times. The data was analyzed using ANOVA, if there were significant differences between treatments followed by BNT Test 5 %. The addition of auxin, thidiazuron and combination both have a noticeable effect on the percentage of cuttings growing, the height of seedlings, the number of leaves, the length and number of roots. The ability to grow in vegetative propagation is also influenced by the type and size of planting material and the presence of growing points on cuttings. Micro Cuttings of Xanthosoma undipes K.Koch have a higher regeneration ability comparing with Amorphophallus muelleri Blume.

Abstract

Effect of dose of NPK fertilizer and goat manure on growth and yield of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) aged 100 days. Conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta on November 22, 2021 – March 2, 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of goat manure and NPK on growth and yield of 100-day-old cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The two factors are NPK fertilizer (N) with 4 levels, namely: control (N0), dose of 2.5 grams/polybag (N1), dose of 5 grams/polybag (N2), dose of 7.5 grams/polybag (N3), goat manure consisting of 4 levels, among others: control (K0), a dose of 80 grams/plant (K1), a dose of 160 grams/plant (K2), a dose of 240 grams/plant (K3). The results showed that the application of NPK (N) fertilizer had an effect on when flowers appeared and fruit diameter was the fastest at 49.00 and the largest fruit diameter was 1.00 cm. The application of goat manure (K) did not affect all observations. The interaction between the application of NPK fertilizer (N) and goat manure (K) did not affect all parameters

Thisi studyi aimed toi determinei thei effecti ofi various doses ofi POC Intanpari and ABi Mixi on thei growthi ofi Pakcoyi plantsi using the Wick hydroponic method. Thisi studyi isi a factoriali experimenti consistingi ofi twoi factors arranged according toi ai Completelyi Randomizedi Designi (CRD). iThe treatmenti is as follows: the first factor is Organic Fertilizer Intanpari 5 cc / L, Organic Fertilizer Intanpari 10 cc / L, Organic Fertilizer Intanpari 15 cc / L, the second factor is Control Without AB Mix ( 0 ), Nutrition AB Mix 2.5 cc / L, Nutrition AB Mix 5 cc / L, Nutrition AB Mix 7.5 cc / L. Thus there were 12 treatment combinations with 3 replications, so 36 experimental units were obtained.
