Abstract

To change and neutralize attitudes and thoughts about Muhammadiyah which is considered anticultureand tend to be rigid, after KH. Ahmad Dahlan, then at Tanwir Muhammadiyah in Bali,followed by Tanwir and congress in Makassar and agreed to affirm cultural dakwah as one ofda'wah approach in planting Islamic values and community empowerment. So this research ismade to know the pattern of information flow of Muhammadiyah cultural propagationcommunication is the same with cultural dakwah Walisongo and NU.This research basically uses qualitative approach with descriptive case study technique. Wherethe report obtained from the field later, either from the results of interviews, documentation andobservations described descriptively.From the result of the research, the Muhammadiyah communication pattern is detected by usingthe combination theory of information flow in Joseph A Devito's organization that is wheelpattern (Leader becomes the central figure in deciding every policy and delivering the messageformally) and Y pattern from Message Spoken by Leader but member can send and Received amessage. Where this proves the theory of communication which states in certain conditionscommunicant can exchange the role of communicator when Muhammadiyah in the lower level tochannel Islamic information with cultural approach in the area. There are five cultural da'wahstrategies: (cultural da’wah through local culture, cultural da’wah in the context of globalculture, cultural da’wah through art appreciation, cultural da’wah through multimedia, culturalda’wah through pilgrim movement and da’wah jama’ah), and prove cultural mission carriedMuhammadiyah has Covering a wider scope that suits the culture of modern society. Abstract

The research is research quantitative by using the method research a survey of is eksplanatif.As for the result of obtained in this research be: ( 1 ) based on product moment there is apositive connection significant and strong enough .( 2 ) based on a partial correlation knownthat the position is a significant while salary has a negative correlation but significant .Basedon the results of the analysis can be concluded that the quality of employees communicationimpact on satisfaction work .Position strengthen links while salary is weakened relations .Salary can weakened the relationship between ualitas employees communication on the levelof satisfaction work because a lot of factors affect.Key Words : the quality of communication upward, employees communication, satisfactionwork.

Abstract

This event will be based on research by the phenomenon of lack of child learningactivities in communication the communication of parents and peers in district Gerih Ngawi.Research results obtained correlation coefficients Kendal Tau variables between Parent-childCommunication (X1) learning activities with variable grade 6 ELEMENTARY SCHOOLStudents in district Gerih, Ngawi (Y) of 0.411 α assignment with 5% and turns the count value isgreater than the table 0.025.33 τ = 0255 which means there is a positive and significantrelationship between both variables. While the results of the test statistic relationship betweenPeer Communication (X2) with learning activities of ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Students inDistrict 6 Gerih klas Ngawi (Y) obtained the value of the coefficient of correlation of Kendal Tauof 0.350 α, with 5% where the value of the count turns out to be bigger than the table 0.025.33 τ= 0255 which means there is a positive and significant relationship between both variables.Based on the findings of the research results it can be concluded that the higher the parents 'communication with the higher students learning activity.Keywords: parent-child communication, communication peers, learning activities

Abstract

Sabah is a state in Malaysia which has a huge number of Indonesian Migrant Workers. Thepopulation of migrant workers are pretty much the responsibility of the Consulat General ofIndonesia in Kinabalu., including the issue of education is a right that must be fought by theIndonesian state irrespective of existence that are outside the territory of Indonesia. By usingthe theory of national interest, diplomacy, and nationalism, researchers conducted a study onhow the role of the Consulate General of Indonesia in Kinabalu to improving access ofeducation for the children migrant worker in Sabah. This study used a qualitative descriptivemethod using primary and secondary data., when Andhika Bambang Supeno as the ExecutingSocial and Cultural Consulate General of Indonesia in Kinabalu and Shelya Regina as ateacher of art and culture at Indonesian School in Kinabalu. Results can be concludedConsulate General of Indonesia in Kinabalu‟s role in improving access of education forchildren of migrant workers in Sabah which is done through a function representing,negotiating, and protecting not optimal because. 1. Internal factors, namely the limited financialand human resources support. 2. External factors, consent of the State Government of Sabah. 3.The lack of awareness of parents of children of migrant workers on the importance of educationalso that educational access location of residence. Abstract

The standard and target group of the program was good because it is given to peoplewith disabilities who are poor and still productive, this program has not been able to meetthroughout the disability who need help it is evident that from 273 disabled people only 125people with disabilities who helped by this programs. Human resources were well and effectivebecause it includes all stakeholders, from the city bureaucrat to the lowest bureaucratic orderi.e. village. Budgetary resources have not been sufficient for all of the recipients in Surakarta.Facilities or infrastructure in the implementation of the program is already good because it suitsthe needs of the disabled. Communication between the implementing organization andcommunication is done by other government agencies are already good but communication withprivate institutions is very less. The economic environment, social and political policy is givenon the disabled which have low economic conditions or can be found on the poor citizens. Socialconditions showed that the target group not yet peace. Managing the disposition has a goodcommitment in assisting the implementation of the development programme infrastructure caredisabilities and trauma.Key words: policy implementation, construction of infrastructure, the disabled and trauma

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of interpersonal communicationof teachers and students as well as parents of students on the students motivation SMA Kristen 1Sragen. This type of research is explanatory research. The research location Christian HighSchool 1 Sragen. The study population was the students of class IX and X SMA Kristen 1 Sragentotaling 42 students in which the whole is used as a sample with a total sampling technique. Thetype of data using primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used multiple linearregression. The results showed that there was a relationship of teachers and studentsinterpersonal communication with students' motivation. Abstract

This research entitled "The Impact of Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) TradingScheme Towards The Indonesian Cocoa Trade to The European Union (2009-2014)". Thisresearch begins from the fact that Indonesia is the world‟s third largest cocoa beans'producer. As the top cocoa beans' producer, Indonesian cocoa trade is relatively low. InEuropean Market−world‟s most potential market for cocoa−Indonesia can not compete wellwith the other countries and even those which not a cocoa beans producer. The cause is thetariff which is the provision of a Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) trading scheme.GSP is an international economic policy in the field of trade by the European Union, which isintended to facilitate developing countries to have better access to enter the European marketwith tariff reduction mechanism. However, these benefits were not perceived by Indonesia.Losing in competition with other countries in the European market makes Indonesia sufferedmany losses whether in quantity as well as quality. Tariff in this scheme is a form ofprotection applied by the European Union against imported products. Although suchprotection has been reduced, Indonesia still experience significant barriers in its cocoa tradewith the European Union. Intergovernmental diplomacy needs to be done so that theIndonesian cocoa obtain better trading facilities. Abstract

Background of this dispute is the annexation of territory taken by the Malaysian in Camar Bulan region in 2011-2012. This is done by the Malaysian because based on the covenant in Kinabalu (1975) and in Semarang (1978) in which the Malaysian side to enter the territory Camar Bulan as Outstanding Boundary Problem (OBP) region of Sarawak, Malaysia. Of the dispute, a peaceful solution chosen by both parties. Peaceful settlement made by Indonesia through bilateral diplomacy. In bilateral diplomacy, the Indonesian government talks and negotiation of ministerial talks to the head of state-level negotiations. The problem of this research is how the bilateral diplomacy role in resolving disputes that occurred in the border areas of Indonesia and Malaysia, precisely in Camar Bulan, Sambas, West Kalimantan. Methods and research techniques used in this research is the method kualitatif and data collection techniques through the study of literature. Based on the framework and approach system is used, resulting in an image that is that the border dispute that occurred in Camar Bulan occur because of the actions of Malaysia who claim unilaterally on an area of 1,400 hectares belonging to Indonesia and bilateral diplomatic action as the action taken by the Indonesian government in resolving disputes tersebut.Dari frontier research results concluded that bilateral diplomacy Indonesia still has not managed to do this because there is found a bright spot in the settlement of disputes in Camar BulanKeywords: Camar Bulan, Border Dispute, Bilateral Diplomacy

Abstract

Program Smash Your Ass is one of the special programs featured in the Solo Radio broadcastedonly once a week ie every Thursday at 10 pm and specifically to provide information and playmetal music, which becomes interesting in the program Smash Your Ass this only provideinformation and play metal songs. in the solo city jonly one program that carries similar themesin Indonesia alone even if they rarely any metal music program like Smash Your Ass. During theresearch, the writer interviewed the people involved in the production as the informants, did thedirect observation to the field of research, and did the literature study. The writer aimed to digdeeper on the works of radio production in Indonesia and the management of radio as well.Based on the research result, the management in production process of Smash Your Ass programis already in line with the four management function. However, in its application the productionresults have not yet effective and efficient. It is on the writer’s best interest to make this researcha useful additional reference and a little contribution for the study of management production ofradio program, as well as to give more understanding about the world of radio in Indonesia.Keywords: production management, radio station, descriptive
