This research is descriptive qualitative which trying to described the motive of the use ofinstagram as a tourism reference on students of UNISRI Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to know the quality of service of making Electronic Population Sign Cards(KTP-el) in the Colomadu subdistrict of Karanganyar Regency refers to a decision of theMinister of State for Administrative Reform (PAN) number: 64/KEP/URM.PAN/7/2003 aboutthe guidelines of the Organization of the public service. Abstract

Judging from the indicators used to determine the implementation of the revitalization ofIvory Markets of Surakarta, communication is done by implementing policies in promotingpolicies that have been made to the target group. Factors resource that includes humanresources (HR), budget, facilities, and information and authority. Disposition, behavioraltendency executive officers in carrying out their responsibilities. Bureaucratic structure thatincludes two things: the mechanism and structure of the bureaucracy itself. Indicators toassess the success of the implementation of the market that has been done by implementingpolicies which starts from the delivery of the policy pursued by way of policy disseminationand then continued with the process of revitalizing itself and manufacturing SOPs that serveas guidelines for officers in providing services to those users who have adapted to the marketSurakarta ivory market vision has been implemented properly so that it can be said thatpolicy implementation has been carried out successfully.Conclusion The purpose of the revitalization of the market that is changing the negativeimage of traditional markets to improve the competitiveness of traditional markets in the eyesof the public in accordance with the vision that has been set.Key Word: implementation, revitalization of the market.

Abstract

Tourism is one of industry which is able to real income of a regency.this can be seen because adeveloping regency is influent by touris factor. Sragen regency has several potencial factor,oneof them is tourism. It has several tourist object and they are very attractive whose specialdestination. There for, this reseach is aimed to fine and to describe the duty and function oftourism, youth and sport office in the effort of tourism object development in Sragen Regency.The method of reseach uses qualitative reseach. Method which is used to reseach naturalsituation. It placed the reseach is a key instrument, the tecknique of collection data will be donecombinely, inductive analisys, and the result of the reseach is more meaning than generalizingqualitative. The duty and function is a task which is done by institution it is stated. Tourism,cultur, youth and sport does the duty and function in partly regency state which is based onautonomic principle and has a task to support in the tourism, cultur, youth and sport. By doingthe best duty and function, it can develope and be a developing and organisation of touristobject in definitive by regency is going to regulary move and the economic activity in tourismsector is going to increased shoothly and in the end it is going to result several income. Thebest duty and function makes tourist object development has increased valve of the real incomeof regency and the local tourism development. Abstract

The cultural heritage is a relic of the past which was passed on from generation to generation ofmore protected, preserved, and maintained ownership. This study explain the efforts of theSurakarta local government enhances its appeal. Data collection techniques using observationand interviews. In the process of qualitative data analysis researchers used an interactivemodel. The results of the study point out that efforts to increase the attractiveness of the city ofSurakarta at the international level through: arts, ceremonies, events of an international nature,as well as other efforts to bolster the attractiveness of the city of Surakarta through the means ofcommunication that include international territories. The function of internationalcommunications in this study were: 1) Mendinamisasikan international relations by creating theslogan "Solo The Spirit Of Java", 2) Supporting efforts to achieve objectives of internationalrelations by joining the Organization World Heritage Cites (OWHC), 3) support the politicalIndonesian overseas through the middle power in the cultural aspect.Key words : International Communications, heritage culture, culture.

Abstract

The research with the title ―Foreign Politic of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Terrorism in India‖. The minister Manmohan Singh is an actor of decision maker. Terrorism case of India is not conducted by Islamic fundamentalist group, but also Hindu fundamentalist. Mujahiddin Deccan and Mujahiddin India are Islamic-based terrorism, whereas saffron group is terrorists of Hindu fundamentalist. Terrorism cases of India caused anarchy condition both in India and South Asian regions. The terrorism occurring in India had impacts for the country itself such as a delayed achievement of national interest, threaten territorial intact and disturb domestic political condition.The research described how foreign politic of Manmohan Singh in handling terrorism. Author analyzed the problem by using international terrorism concept, theory of national interest, national security concept, regional security theory and foreign political theory. The research is a qualitative one and uses literature to obtain data. Conclusion of the research is Manmohan Singh performed his foreign politic by determining an internal policies, namely strengthen the country’s military, and external policy was bilateral and regional collaborations and military alliance.Key words: international terrorism, national interest, national security, regional security, foreign politic

Abstract

Human trafficking is a form of modern slavery where people profit from the control andexploitation of others and diplomatic effort have been made by the Indonesian government withconduct preventive diplomasi. Almost every country in the world is affected by humantrafficking, whether as a country of origin, transit or destination for victims. The purpose of thisstudi is to determine the preventive diplomacy Consulate General of Republic of Indonesia inKota Kinabalu in the case of human trafficking against Indonesian workers in Sabah Malaysia.The conclude of this research that Workshop Trafficking in Persons as result of bilateraldiplomacy between Consulate General of The Republic of Indonesia with stakeholders inSabah. Multilateral diplomacy conducted by the International Organization such as IOM, ILO,and UNODC produced a basic training that gave recognition that the two members of citizenservice Consulate General in Kota Kinabalu entitled to declare a case as a category of humantrafficking. Through preventive diplomacy conducted Consulate General of The Republic ofIndonesia in Kota Kinabalu, Indonesian workers receive appropriate education and producegood cooperation with Sabah.Key words: diplomacy, illegal, human trafficking

Abstract

Master Class is the teacher that helps Principals to guide students in the discipline embodiesclass, as Manager and motivator to evoke a passion for beprestasi students in the/minat class.Good communication between teacher and student homeroom will have a major impact with thelearning achievements of students ' Research aims to find out whether there is influencecommunication master class student achievement against. Respondents research as many as 40children. Research methods are survey in which this research aims to test the hypothesis.According to Joseph a. Devito, Interpersonal communication is the process of sending andreceiving messages between two people or between a small group of people, with some effectsand some feedback instantly. Homeroom Teachers here as Communicators and students asKomunikan while Learning Achievements is as back feed. To answer these problems aboveauthor utilise the research field (field research). Method of data collection consists ofobservational methods, data processing, norm research, questionnaire, and draw conclusions.As for the formula used in the problem solving is the formula of using the formula ProductMoment. The formula is based on the authors can conclude that the appropriate calculation ofthe data processed by the correlation Coefficient using the formula Moment product. From theresults of the analysis of data obtained by the value of the correlation between influencecommunication teacher homeroom student achievement against 228 8 0,545 of Surakarta.Results analysis to the data consulted with table level correlation, whose value is between 0.600until 0.800.Based on the research of teacher walikelas (X) in the low category heading. Whilebased on student achievement SMP 8 Surakarta (Y) on the category heading. Then it can beknown based on Correlation table that the magnitude of the communication of the homeroomteacher against student achievement SMP 8 Surakarta is 0545. This means that there arepositive influences Influence communication between homeroom teacher against studentachievement SMP 8 Surakarta enough, then the hypothesis is accepted.Key Words: Interpersonal Communication, Master Class, Learning Achievements

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants of this research were gathered from the purposive sampling followed by snowball sampling the source of data used in this research is in form of primary and secondary data. The techniques of collecting data are by interview, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis tecnique used in this research is an interactive analysis which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The result of the research of KPU Surakarta’s performance in executing the general election of President and vice President in increasing political participation in 2014 is considered good, in terms of : (1) it is conformed with the applicable laws and regulations; law number 15 of 2011, law number 42 of 2008, law number 14 of 2008, and the regulation of electoral commision that regulates the technical issues. (2) The KPU of Surakarta used strategy and partnership based-approach (office Channeling), like structural approach, Status Classification approach, and cultural approach. (3) The budget for the implementation of the Presidental and vice Presidental election in Surakarta is fully financed by APBN (national budget) in its implementation, it had been effective and efficient, with the presence of DIPA (the checklist of the budget use), from the accountability aspect of the budget use, KPU of Surakarta had been good administration. Moreover, the administration had been reported regulary in accordance with the applicable regulations. (4) The human resources of KPU of Surakarta was very adequate in implementing the 2014 Presidential election as many 11.654 people. (5) The approach used was administrative, consultative, and also supported with the existence of KPU of Surakarta website. (6) the factors that influenced the level of political participation in the Presidental election held in Surakarta were: Personage, Leadership, the effectiveness of the socialization of KPU of Surakarta, The same hope, The quality of the Voters, vision-mission and programs offered by the candidates of President and vice President. (7) The KPU of Surakarta had served all citizens of Surakarta fairly. (8) The research’s result indicate that there is 81,23 % of correlation between the KPU of Surakarta’s performance and the political participation in presidential election of 2014 in Surakarta.Key Words: Performance, KPU of Surakarta, Political Participation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication strategy undertaken by the Rumah BacaTeratai community in forming a positive image the society of Sangkrah especially Dadapsarivillage. Data collected from informants who know the problems facing the Dadapsari village.Subsequent data analysis was performed using the method of analysis componential after all thedata is ensured validity. Data validation was taken with the technique of triangulation of datasource. The results showed that the communication strategies used by the community of RumahBaca Teratai read that emphasizes direct communication that are informal in the planningdone, simple implementation and proven to yield positive response of society in general andcapable of forming a positive image of the Dadapsari village.Keyword: Communication Strategies and Positive Image
