Abstract

www.karanganyarkab.go.id is an official website launched by the government of Karanganyarregency, Central Java. Based on the comprehensiveness of the features and informationprovided, www.karanganyarkab.go.id is a great media fulfilling requirements to be a referenceand public information provider in obtaining information regarding Karanganyar regency,especially in Tourism in Karanganyar.The aim of this research is to find out the level ofeffectiveness with the official Karanganyar government website as a tourism information sourceamong teenagers in Karanganyar sub-district.The level of effectiveness with the official websiteas a tourism information provider among teenagers is almost fulfilling the requirements, butpromotion is still needed in developing the existence of the website in order to facilitate theinformation seekers in obtaining tourism information of Karanganyar regency.Keyword: Official Website of Karanganyar regency, Tourism Information, Teenagers

Abstract

The evolution of Information Technology of the 21st century growing increasingly. Cyberspace has become into a new arena in the dynamics of International relations. The United States notice a ―Wake-up Call‖ when The hacking of military base in the Middle East in 2008 and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in China's Internet Protocol address in 2012. This research focuses about the effort of The United State’s National Security of Cyber War in 2009-2013 by President Obama. This efforts it’s to response cyber attack conducted by the State or cyber terrorism.This research’s objective was to understand cyber security of the United State by President Obama in 2009 to 2013 against the threats of cyber war to protect the national interest in this case about the power of cyber security. The concept of national security and cyber security were used for further discussion. This descriptive analytical research used secondary data sources while its data collecting technique was library research. Data analysis technique included data reduction, data display, conclusions and verification. The results of this research indicate that the efforts made by President Obama in The United States cyber security in political and economic sector by increasing military resistance and technology, cyber diplomacy and keeping The Critical Infrastructure.Keywords : cyber security, cyber war, national security, The United States

Abstract

In this research method used is the method of survey eksplanatif that is associativewith research the relationship (correlation). Research location in the village of Jatirejo,district Jumapolo, Karanganyar Regency. The samples used in this study are teenagers aged 15-19 years as many as 38 people with random sampling, analysis techniques areused namely nalisis Kendall's tau correlation.. With the results of koefisisen correlation of 0.551and known values of count and .table, namely 0.551 > 0.025. Because t.count greater than t.table, then look that there was significant influence between the "Event of My Trip My Adventureagainst behavior on an audience with significant levels adequate for the 5% (0.05) trust, then thebehavior on coral midshipman Jatirejo Village, Jumapolo Sub-district, Karanganyar Regency isaffected by the events of My Trip My Adventure in Trans TV and the rest in influence by othervariables.Keywords: Event My Trip My Adventure, watching television, behavior

Abstract

Sister city is the concept of acculturation two different city locations and political administration with the aim to establish the relationship of culture and social contract between residents. Yogyakarta city is one of the cities in Indonesia which Sister city activity is quite high. Yogyakarta City is a relatively active in Suriname Commewijne District. Sister city cooperation between the city of Yogyakarta and Commewijne District officially started with the signing of the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) on 4 April 2011. The MoU Sister city of Yogyakarta and the Commewijne District agreed on cooperation in the fields of Culture, Tourism, Education, Agriculture, Health and Industry and Trade. Of all the areas of cooperation, the cultural sector is an area that stands out compared to other areas. This research using the theory of International Cooperation and the concept of Bilateral Relations and the research method used by researchers is the kind of qualitative research with data collection using data from interviews and literature. Researchers used primary data and secondary data.This Sister city Partnership lasted very active in the field of culture and a bridge towards improving bilateral relations. Realization of cooperation in the field of culture has been followed by the delivery of cultural delegations, both from the city of Yogyakarta to Commewijne District and viceversa. In this study the results show that cultural cooperation is to contribute in the improvement of bilateral relations and is able to promote the creative economy of Yogyakarta that having a Java character to the Republic of Suriname.Keyword: cooperation, culture, sisters city, district

Abstract

This research entitled "China's Foreign Policy" New Security Concept "In the China-Russia Relations In The President Hu Jintao". New Security Concept arise when the collapse of the Soviet Union that led to changes in the international political situation of bipolar becoming multipolar. China with New Security Concept trying to create security conditions in the region and make Russia a strategic partnership to meet its domestic needs, both in energy and military as well as counterbalance US hegemony in Central Asia and East Asia. This study aims to explain how the foreign policy of New Security Concept of China to the Chinese-Russian relations during President Hu Jintao. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method in which the author describes and outlines the relevant data for the study and then the data is reduced further presented and verified in order to obtain valid results related research. From these research it can be concluded that China continues to meet its national interests always forward peacefully and maintain security and stability in the region. China is also cooperating with Russia as one of the influential countries in the region to offset the hegemony of the United States so that China can stay focused on economic development in the country.Keywords: New Security Concept, Security, China-Russia relations, the US hegemony.

Modern marketing is not just oriented in a way to develop a good product, and has appeal to invite public attention. In this study, researchers used the title "Marketing Communication Strategy In Effort Introducing TATV Chocomania Products". This study uses the theory Terance A and Don E. Schultz on marketing communications strategies. The method is performed by penilitian descriptive qualitative, which attempt to explain a problem or situation and activities as they are. Abstract

This study aims to find out the bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and China in the fieldof technology transfer of Missile Defense Industries C-705 where each country has a nationalinterest that must be met from the economic, political, social, military security and it is thusthis cooperation forged by the two countries to solve the national problems of the twocountries. It describes the process of the cooperation between Indonesia and China regardingthe transfer of missile technology C-705. This cooperation is intended with the aim to meetthe needs and interests of both countries as well as the fulfillment of the purpose of thetransfer of this technology is for the independence of Indonesia's defense industry so thatIndonesia can produce The Main tool of defense system independently.With this cooperation,Indonesia can modernize The Main tool of defense Indonesia. Indonesian seeks for a goodfriend to not always depend on the west countries in the supply of The Main tool of defensesystem. In the economy is expected to eventually Indonesia The Main tool of defense systemmarket, in the field of security with the manufacture of C-705 missiles Indonesia's securitywould be stronger, especially in the maritime field. With the cooperation, China wants todominate politically Asian Countries through Indonesia because Indonesia is the largestcountry in Asia. Abstract

Most of Indonesians speak up their inability in facing the free trade era in Southeast Asia,including the SMEs as one of the Indonesia‟s economy props. The Batik Laweyan SMEs are apart of Indonesian facing the challenges in AEC implementation and a part of Surakarta‟seconomic stability. Therefore, this thesis explained about the faced challenge and the readinessof Batik Laweyan SMEs in AEC 2015.This thesis is written by using descriptive qualitative method. There are two kinds of data usedin this research, i.e. primary and secondary data. The primary data is collected through directlyinterview to Kepala Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Surakarta, Kepala DinasKoperasi dan UMKM Kota Surakarta, and two owners of Batik Laweyan SMEs. Data whichhave been collected are reducted, explained, and verified in its analysis.Based on this research, collected data show that SMEs are not only important for Indonesia, butalso ASEAN, so being the most concern in AEC. However, Batik Laweyan SMEs have not feltyet the impact of AEC. There is no significant escalation on sale. The problems faced by BatikLaweyan SMEs are the classical issues which have been happened for a long time.In this research, it can be concluded that Batik Laweyan SMEs face the challenge, such asrivalry price, minimum promotion, cultural preservation, and engagement inter-SMEs.However, Batik Laweyan SMEs have had the good readiness. Mean the role ofBHABINKAMTIBMAS in this research was all activity and activities was in line with duty, basicfunction and authority in achieving its objectives organization of BHABINKAMTIBMAS Is toachieve situation KAMTIBMAS ( a security and public order ) steady and dynamic. To knowbenchmark the role of BHABINKAMTIBMAS in the precinct Sumoroto that focuses on increasedservant security can be measured of various indicators. Indicators are: the role ofBHABINKAMTIBMAS as figurehead, the role of BHABINKAMTIBMAS as leader ( leader, therole of BHABINKAMTIBMAS as the officials intermediaries ) liasison manager.In this researchmethods used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. The data collected in this researchcollected by interviews directly then the result is collected and analysed qualitatively to get datadescriptive.After do it data analysis, obtained the result that of various the indicators used ingeneral the results show that the role of BHABINKAMTIBMAS in the precinct SumorotoKabupaten Ponorogo already run its work well and effective. Abstract

People in their life realize the importance of fulfillment their need toward theinformations, in this case a newspaper as a printing media has an important role. Newspapercan spread out the messages and vary informations to the public. The headline is the maininformation in the newspaper which is interesting to read for the public. One of the cases beingexposed by media is charlie hebdo case about the controversial of caricature and the attackincident.The purpose of the research is to describe the mufti opinions in Surakarta about the caseof charlie hebdo in Solopos daily. This research used different opinion theory by Mellvin D.Defleur and hegemoni theory by Mc. Quail. This method is qualitative descriptive which isdescribing situations, condition, or event. The technique of collecting the data used observationand interview in order to get the accuration. The data analysis used intercative analysis model.This research is among three components, they are : data reduction, data display, andconclusion drawing and verification. The result of the research was known that solopos newsvery influence toward the opinion of the religionist, as the charlie hebdo case. The news aboutthat, begin from the caricature of prophet Muhammad on the cover until the attack which iscaused the victim as in the Solopos daily, make a pro and contra toward public opinion.Keywords: Opinion Public, Charlie Hebdo, Ulama Surakarta
