Abstract

The village of Dawung has been a success implementing use of a village Fund phase oneprocess so that its success can be a guidance or inspiration to other villages. This research aimsto provide an overview of the implementation of the village Fund (DD) for infrastructuredevelopment and community empowerment in the village of Dawung sub-district of MatesihKaranganyar Regency. Abstract

This research aimed to describe the comparison news frame on Amnesty Tax policy inthe first period with Viva.co.id and Kompas.com online media model Zhondang Pan and GeraldM. Kosicki. This study aimed to describe the comparison frame pemberitaaan Amnesty Taxpolicy in the first period with Viva.co.id and Kompas.com online media model Zhondang Panand Gerald M. Kosick. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative.Data collection technique used REMEDY stage, the stage of data analysis, and interpretationphase. And data analysis techniques. The results showed framing Kompas.com against taxamnesty tax amnesty is seen as an effort to help grow the economy of Indonesia, while framingViva.co.id looking at tax amnesty as an alternative effort to help the Indonesian economy but thepolicy has many shortcomings that need a lot of socialization and revision.Key words: framing analysis, tax amnesty, Kompas.com and Viva.co.id

Abstract

This research was about communication marketing in an enterprise clothes called YESZY MFG.The purpose of this research is to explain and described of marketing communication clothingYESZY MFG in pulling the community to use products. In this research using the teory ofHermawan and the teory Kotler. A kind of research methodelogy used is research descriptionqualitative. The results of the study data shows that in communication marketing online YESZYMFG use social media including facebook & instagram as a means of promotion andcommunication marketing offline YESZY MFG is by means introduce products throughendorsment, sponsorship, flyering, submit clothes in retail store, follow the exhibition clothing,then marketing carried out through YESZY MFG employees.Key words: communication marketing online, communication marketing offline, YESZY MFG.

Abstract

This research was a descriptive-qualitative which try to describe the role of interpersonalcommunication which support the performance of employees in PT. Advantage SCM SurakartaBranch. By using the interactive analysis models belonging to the Sutopo (2006) , the resultsshowed that the interpersonal communications and diadik communications occurs in PT.Advantage SCM. The harmony of interpersonal communication and diadik communicationimpact on the result performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of interpersonal communicationof teachers and students as well as parents of students on the students motivation SMA Kristen 1Sragen. This type of research is explanatory research. The research location Christian HighSchool 1 Sragen. The study population was the students of class IX and X SMA Kristen 1 Sragentotaling 42 students in which the whole is used as a sample with a total sampling technique. Thetype of data using primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used multiple linearregression. The results showed that there was a relationship of teachers and studentsinterpersonal communication with students' motivation. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the news framing Ahok as Jakarta governor candidate inKompas. This study uses qualitative research methods to the analysis of framing. Sources of dataobtained from the text of the news about Ahok as a candidate for Governor of DKI in Kompas editionSeptember 2016. Data were analyzed using analysis of framing a model Pan and Kosicki consisting ofsyntax, script, thematic, and tetoris. The results showed that: (1) Kompas framing at Ahok as a candidatefor governor who is more concerned with the task of serving the people rather than a campaign, by therules leave the campaign, willing to not campaign if compulsory leave revoked, do not take advantage ofits position as a candidate incumbent, and supported by party winning the election; (2) Kompaspreferring the name Basuki than Ahok, this meant that the figure is seen more Ahok Indonesia, moreNjawani while reducing ethnic issues. This study aims to describe how obedience to parents ofchildren in the film spirited away.
