Abstract

ABSTRACT Universal principles of judiciary authority freedom covers such as personal independence, substantive independence, internal independence and institution independence as well. As it`s seen from normative dimension the freedom and independence of supreme court and constitution court as the ruler of judiciary authority in Indonesia has been in line with the universal principles of judiciary authority. As it`s seen from empirical dimension, freedom and independence of supreme court and constitution court as the ruler of judiciary authority hasn`t be done consistenthy. Abstract

ABSTRACTstandard is meant the answer of "how god is enough". In the filed of education (teaching and learning). passing point or cut score is a common terminology/concept. It is used as a standard to determine one's achievement (success). Standard is devided into academic content standard and performance standard. The former means what is supposed to know and to do by students. Where as the latter concorns how far students master knowledge and skills. There are three methods of setting performance standard(1) Nedelsky,(2) Angoff, (3) Ebel. The three methods are based on the fact that there is a group of students that belongs to border line. Based on the above explanation, it is concluded as follows : (1)passing point (cut score) is needed to determine student's competence for the sake of certification :(2) The standard is based on border-line student:(3) There is no best method. Method is determined by appropriatness due to certain/specific condition required.keyword : Performance and Standard Setting

Abstract

ABSTRACT The test is one of import functions of educational system. It is used to give many information for students, teachers, parents and decision makers. Based on that information they make many decisions better. In one hand, it can help them to make decision about everything are related learning and education as to decide a good class for the student, possibility to continue on learning and the other hand to give many feedback about effectively learning and educational process. Now, test paper pencil are based on Behaviorism Theory. Students are responded to stimulation from environment but really they need test more than just can make to relate stimulus and respon (9S-R Bond ). They need to improve how can make cognitive structure, how can use their knowledge to applied and how can do to solve many problems that they’re faund. We need Cognitive Theory beside Behaviorism Theory. Test based on computer ( TBoC ) are improved by the Cognitive Theory. It give a new perspective to the teacher and the student. It has values added more than test based on paper-pencil (TBoPP). There are many indicators of values added of TBoC: 1. To make a good feeling of the testee.2. Mean Score of Adaptif Test is Higher more than Paper-Pencil Test.3. Score accuration with computer is higher more than human manual procedures.4. Computer can make complicated tasks to simple tasks. Test Based on Computer has limited too beside values added, therefore we have to remember many condition for successing. The conditions we need are : Computer knowledge, We can’t effectively on applied Test based on Computer if without three conditions above, Keywords : Comparations, Test Based on Computer, Test based on Paper Pencil, Behaviorism Theory, Cognitive Theory.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is intended to know the effect of plant density and Polaris herbicide dosage applied in no tillage system on the growth and the yield of corn (Zea mays L). The highest weight of grains per plot (3153,54 g) per plot is achieved by the combination of plant density of 75 x 20 cm and Polaris dosage of 4 l/ha, and the lowest (1844,16 g) per plot is obstained by the combination of plant density of 75 x 30 cm and Polaris dosage of 2 l/ha Key word : plant density, Polaris herbicide, no tillage, corn

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was aimed to know the effective of Magnesium in foliar fertilizer to over come the attack of tikka disease on groundhut. The method was arranged in Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) done on regosol type of soil. The groundnut of “Gajah” variety was treated by Supermes plus 0,5% magnesium, Supermes plus 1% magnesium, Supermes plus 1,5% magnesium, Gandasil, and Tress. Each treatment was replicated three times and in each treatment, ten samples were picked up. The significant data were analyzed with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test 5%. The research indicates that foliar fertilizer application showed significant effect to the intensity of tikka disease, the number of filled pods, the weight of filled pods, the number of empty pods, the fresh weight of biomass and the dry weight of biomass. Supermes plus 1% of Mg shows the lowest intensity of tikka disease (30% on 45 days after sowing and 34 % on 66 days after sowing). It leads to being able to provide the best growth on the dry weight of biomass of 15,887 g and the highest on weight of filled pods of 20,801 g. Abstract

Abstrak Angka kematian Balita serta ibu melahirkan di Indonesia masih tinggi, salah satunya disebabkan keadaan gizi yang buruk. Beberapa sebab terjadinya kasus gizi kurang (malnutrition) adalah konsumsi pangan masih di dominasi karbohidrat dan kurang berkembangnya pemanfaatan pangan lokal sumber karbohidrat, protein, vitamin, dan mineral. Jagung merupakan bahan pangan local yang memberikan sumbangan energi tinggi dan mudah dicerna sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan dasar pangan alternatif untuk anak dan ibu hamil. Untuk memenuhi standar kualitas makanan khususnya dalam penyediaan protein, vitamin dan mineral, perlu dilakukan peningkatan mutu gizinya dengan cara foemulasi tepung komposit antara tepung jagung dengan tepung sumber protein. Tepung tempe sebagai sumber protein dengan bioavakibilitas tinggi dan komposisi asam amino lengkap dapat digunakan sebagai komposit pada makanan berbasis tepung jagung. Fortifikasi tepung jagung dan tepung tempe dapat dijadikan sebagai pilihan sebagai makanan pendamping ASI dalam bentuk biskuit untuk anak balita. Ketiadaan Gluten pada tepung jagung menjadikan formulasi ini mempunyai kelebihan tersendiri, yakni tidak menimbulkan alergi pada balita dan menjadikan jagung cocok dikonsumsi terutama oleh penderita autis. Komposisi campuran tepung tempe tidak lebih dari 15% dari total berat dan sebagai bahan makanan bagi balita, tepung komposit harus melalui ayakan 100 mesh Kata kunci: tepung jagung, tepung tempe, malnutrisi
