Abstract

Stemming is a process used to search root words. Stemming can be implemented as preprocessing in text processing. There are many stemming algorithms, one of them is Nazief Adriani and Idris. Nazief Adriani algorithm is an algorithm created by Bobby Nazief and Mirna Adriani to find the root word of Bahasa Indonesia. While the Idris algorithm is an algorithm created by Norisma Idris to find the root words of Malay language. Indonesian and Malay have similar language styles, so researchers want to find out whether the Idris algorithm can be used as one of the Indonesian stemming algorithms. To know which algorithm is better, then in this research will be explained about process speed and accuracy of result of each of those algorithm. Abstract

Sebagai lembaga keuangan selain bank konvensional, koperasi mempuyai peran serta dalam mengatasi perekonomian masyarakat didaerah-daerah. Kegiatan tersebut juga dilakukan oleh Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (KSPPS BMT) “Arta Jiwa Mandiri” Wonogiri yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha kredit simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan yang berlandaskan syariah. Pada proses bidang usaha kredit simpan pinjam koperasi memiliki ketentuan dalam memilih calon anggota yang layak untuk mendapatkan modal. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk mengatasi adanya permasalahan seperti anggota macet dalam pembayaran cicilan. Sehingga hal tersebut perlu adanya suatu aplikasi yang dapat meprediksi calon anggota kredit yang layak untuk mendapatkan pinjaman dari pihak koperasi dengan teknik data mining. Algoritma Naïve Bayes dimanfaatkan dalam kasus ini untuk memprediksi kelayakan calon anggota kredit simpan pinjam yang nantinya termasuk kategori lancar, kurang lancar atau macet waktu peminjaman. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai Accuracy sebesar 75%, nilai Precision sebesar 84% dan nilai Recall sebesar 86%. Maka dari itu aplikasi ini dapat membantu pihak koperasi dalam mempertimbangkan calon anggota kredit yang layak untuk mendapatkan modal. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v4i1.1831

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology today, the cost to meet the needs of life increasingly high, this is triggered by the amount of budget issued by the government to solve economic problems in Indonesia, especially in terms of National Welfare Guarantee. Kartu Indonesia Sehat is a card issued by the government and managed by the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) to alleviate the poor for health. Existing problems such as in the distribution of the card has not been on target because of the amount of data obtained so highly possible error happens in determining the recipient of Kartu Indonesia Sehat. The concept of data mining is considered to solve the problems faced in determining the recipient community or not the recipient of Kartu Indonesia Sehat. Classification methods are able to find models that distinguish the concepts or data classes, with the spesific goal of determining the class of an unknown object label. Therefore, the Naïve Bayes algorithm could predict future opportunities based on prior experience by considering some variables such as age, last education, occupation, monthly income and dependents of children that will determine the final outcome of a decision. The result of this research is a system that will predict the people who will receive Kartu Indonesia Sehat so that the government will distribute the card accurately to the public and the acquired results from the test obtained an average accuracy rate of 94.78%, 98.86% precision and 90.98% recall.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v4i1.1870

Abstract

Informatics Engineering Program University of Widyagama Malang has many volume of student databases. When properly excavated, so can known patterns or knowledge for a decision-making. Data that can be explored is the understanding of information about graduation students. This research to predict the passing rate of students with more efficient time, which can be known before the student graduated so that can be evaluated in their studies, especially in Informatics Engineering University of Widyagama. In this case using association methods and Apriori algorithm. This method calculates the support value that is the supporting value of an item with big golden rule 60% of the data of course grade. Abstract

Cognitive domain taxonomy bloom is a reference to classify examination based on difficulty levels on education world, the result of  those categories will be used to compile a variety of exam questions. In this research, Naive bayes classifier will be used to categorize the text about biology exam for high school. Chi-square is feature selection method that will be used to remove an unuse features on examination, and increase speed of process text categorization. In addition, naive bayes classifier is a method that causing missclassification result of categorization text, this case will be happen if testing data  is not found in training data, so we need another method to minimize it, that method called by smoothing method. In this research we will test perfomance and impact of smothing method for naive bayes classifier and chi-square as feature selection method. Abstract

The presence of students in the school is called by the term student presence. Understanding student presences contain two meanings, namely the problem of attendance and the absence of students in school.  The presence and absence of students in school is closely related to student achievement. The conventional student attendance system can be developed into an application by utilizing QR Code technology.  QR Code is the development of barcode (bar code) from one dimension into two dimensions.  Where is much more practical and can convey information quickly with fast response. The method used in the development of attendance system is a waterfall that starts from the stage of analysis, design, coding, testing and support.  While in the process of collecting data some of the methods undertaken are interviews, observation and literature study.  The development of student attendance system into a web-based application is able to help and facilitate the teacher in recording attendance data of students, avoid fraudulent attendance process, improve data security and speed up student absenteeism.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/jtmi.v4i2.2144

Abstract

Membuat surat penawaran adalah hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh kontraktor untuk mendapatkan proyek yang mereka inginkan tetapi karena banyaknya persaingan maka para kontraktor bersaing untuk membuat surat-surat penawaran yang sebaik-baiknya agar pihak penawaran lebih tertarik kepada penawar itu sendiri. Tetapi karena media aplikasi yang digunakan sekarang masih di anggap belum cukup fleksibel maka terkadang tidak sedikit kendala dalam pembuatan surat yang dilakukan selama ini. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian yang dilakukan, diharapkan dapat menghasilkan suatu kayra yaitu sebuah aplikasi yang diharapkan dapat membantu bagian administrasi maupun staf pada CV. Abstract

The market application of these futsal fields is to provide futsal tenants in determining field rentals by providing detailed information on each existing futsal field provider and also to help tenants of futsal field in getting real time information in real time, providing facilities in doing scheduling process futsal field without having to come directly to place futsal. Making this application is done by Waterfall method. This application is implemented with Codeigniter framework, and made with PHP programming language, and MySQL as database, and for system testing method using black box testing. This application can be done by 3 users, namely admin, provider and tenant. Admins can manage providers and tenants. Providers can manage detailed information provided, field data, rental rates, tournament info, info together, field quality info and field facility info. Abstract

Seleksi penerimaan karyawan merupakan proses elimininasi calon karyawan untuk mendapatkan karyawan terbaik. Jumlah calon karyawan yang mendaftar pada setiap pembukaan lowongan kerja pada PT. Sintang Raya sangat banyak, sedangkan jumlah staf yang menyeleksi sangat sedikit, terutama pada proses seleksi administrasi dan proses uji kompetensi. Penulis bermaksud melakukan penelitian untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang dialami oleh PT. Sintang Raya dengan merancang Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Karyawan. Rancangan sistem informasi penerimaan karyawan ini menyediakan fasilitas bagi calon karyawan seperti pendaftaran secara online, mengikuti seleksi ujian onlinedan pengumuman kelulusan. HRD dapat menyeleksi berkas administrasi dan menentukan hasil kelulusan wawancara, Tim Penyeleksi dapat mengolah soal, kunci jawaban dan mengoreksi jawaban dari calon karyawan, serta Direktur dapat mengakses laporan penerimaan karyawan secara langsung.
