Abstract

The development of technology today allows many people to be able to maximize the use of the internet in meeting their daily needs. One of the applications used is Shopee with the Shopee Food service which offers many promos and various food options. The purpose of this research was to see the effect of the attributes in Webqual 4.0 on the projection of the Kano Model regarding customer satisfaction with ShopeeFood services. In this case, the researcher will conduct research on Indonesian Adventist University students as respondents to the research. The division of the questionnaire is divided into two main parts, namely the webqual method questionnaire which assesses the reality and expectations of the service, and the Kano model which assesses the functionality, dysfunctionality and importance of each feature or attribute. The results of the research show that the respondents were satisfied with the ShopeeFood service with a score of the Usability aspect with a score of 4.15, Information Quality with a value of 4.02, and Service Interaction Quality with a value of 4.00. The results of webqual data processing are supported by the results of the kano model questionnaire data processing. Where satisfaction with the ShopeeFood service is reflected in the presence of several features/attributes that meet the expectations of users. Overall, each feature/attribute is included in the Attractive category (A).

Abstract

Technological developments accompanied by increasing population growth rates in Indonesia affect people's lives in meeting their daily needs. With e-commerce that is present as an innovation in the use of technology and internet network assistance, it makes it easier for people to buy and sell goods online. Shoppe is one of the e-commerce with the most sales and visitors in Indonesia as of 2022 according to a national survey conducted by BOI Research. This research was conducted to analyze and provide information about the influence of the customer journey map consisting of the stages of discovery, use, and loyalty with 5 dimensions of service quality Service Quality Method which includes reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles on customer strategy design retention on Shopee e-commerce. The results of this study obtained the results that there is a positive relationship between the discovery and use process on customer loyalty in making purchases. Companies can evaluate this stage in designing strategies to gain customer trust and loyalty in order to make repeat purchases.

Abstract

One of the enormous sources of funds or income obtained by Private Universities (PTS) comes from tuition fees. Therefore, the number of students who register is an essential factor in determining the survival of the PTS. As one of the private universities in Indonesia, Telkom University seeks to increase the percentage of prospective students who continue registration. An action to elevate the desire of prospective students to continue registration is by implementing the right marketing strategy is intended to be made. As a part responsible for the new student registration process at Telkom University, PADMI Telkom University is currently developing an effective segmentation strategy, namely a marketing strategy in following the segment profile of prospective students. The research conducted through the CHAID method to design a segmentation strategy for prospective students. The results could be the foremost consideration in creating a marketing strategy developed by PADMI Telkom University by founding fourteen forthcoming student segments and eight proposed marketing strategies for each of the assembled prospective student segments.

Abstract

The means of transportation have played an important role in the development of North Sulawesi. With the number of vehicles, the number of traffic accidents increases, which results in an increase in the number of traffic accidents. However, in the current pandemic situation, traffic units are experiencing certain problems. Therefore, to prevent traffic violations, the police have implemented the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) System. However, this system has the possibility of problems that could interfere with its performance. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the level of readiness for implementing this system. One of the measurements is to use E-Readiness and the STOPE framework as the measurement method. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with the ATLAS.ti software. The results showed that the overall STOPE grade value was 3.174/4, which means that the E-Readiness level of the application of ETLE at the North Sulawesi Police Ditlantas is at level 3 (Good) based on the five-class scale contained in the STOPE framework.

Abstract

The development of mobile technology and the use of mobile applications are increasing, especially in the campus environment. The Information System for Certification of Graduation Supporting Documents (SISFO SKPI) UNIMMA is a system that functions as a storage and data processing place to help the process of issuing certification of graduation supporting documents for students. Currently, UNIMMA still uses a website-based application. However, the use of the SISFO SKPI UNIMMA website is not optimal and does not pay attention to good User interface (UI) and User experience (UX) design, so users feel uncomfortable when using the application. Therefore, this study aims to redesign the User interface (UI) and User experience (UX) of the SISFO SKPI UNIMMA application from the website to a mobile-based application using the Design thinking method. The Design thinking method was chosen because it is able to explore various possible solutions by involving users as the main subject. This research was conducted with the Design thinking stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The results of the study show that the UI/UX design of the SISFO SKPI UNIMMA application using the Design thinking method is able to improve the quality of the user experience in using the SISFO SKPI UNIMMA application. This is evidenced by the results of usability testing which show a significant increase in user satisfaction with the application. The UI/UX design of the SISFO SKPI UNIMMA application is expected to be a basis for further development of the SKPI UNIMMA application.

Abstract

This research was conducted to design and develop an android-based application for building construction services in North Sulawesi. The main purposes which this research was conducted it is because seeing the impact of COVID-19 that effect many people lose their jobs and as the times progressed, many people were looking for work or offered jobs via the internet. This research will bring together parties who need people to work and people who need work. This concept is based on e-commerce applications that trade goods, but the difference is that these applications trade services. Service is an action that is invisible, but the results can be seen. This research will focus on the services of construction workers, carpenters, and kitchen set workers. Where a construction worker will build or renovate a building, a carpenter will make wood products (tables, cabinets, chairs), and a kitchen set service will make a kitchen set. In making this application, we will use the 'throw-away prototyping' method, where researchers will create a prototype according to user needs so that users can get an overview of the application, then implement it into an application. So, in conclusion, making this application is intended to support and make people easier to find workers and jobs related to buildings. In this study, researchers have made applications and implemented existing designs so that they can produce applications that are operational and in accordance to the needs of users.

Abstract

Indoor positioning system technology is one of the solutions to problems that cannot be done by positioning technology for objects determined by the Global Positioning System (GPS) when the position is in a multi-storey building. To determine the position in the room, there are several methods, including the fingerprinting method and the dead reckoning method, which are methods that will be analyzed in comparison between the two methods by testing their performance or accuracy, the advantages and disadvantages of each method and providing recommendations for the use of the appropriate method. appropriate in certain situations. Where Fingerprinting is more accurate in situations with lots of obstructions and high signal density, while dead reckoning is more suitable for use in situations with lots of movement and few obstructions.

Abstract

Orami is an e-commerce website that provides products for babies, children, and pregnant women. This research discusses a vulnerability in the Orami website that allows an attacker to cancel orders from another user's account and impersonate their identity. The potential impact of exploiting this vulnerability could lead to a loss of user trust in the Orami site, especially if it is widely abused. Additionally, financial losses could occur if many orders are canceled fraudulently and users choose to purchase from other sites deemed more secure. The vulnerability was exploited by obtaining the victim's order code through the order history feature and then modifying the parameter value in the cancellation order feature on the attacker's account. This research includes vulnerability analysis, impact evaluation, solution identification, vulnerability reporting, and solution implementation. The results of the study show that the Orami website is vulnerable to Broken Access Control attacks and the website developers has fixed the vulnerability.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a common and serious health problem worldwide. Early diagnosis of ARTI is crucial for appropriate treatment and disease control. However, ARTI diagnosis requires time, cost, and high expertise. Therefore, an automated method is needed to assist in the ARTI diagnosis process. This research applies the concept of Non-deterministic finite automata (NFA) in the diagnosis of ARTI. NFA is a mathematical model that can describe non-linear and unstructured systems. The aim of this study is to develop an automated method that can identify complex patterns in ARTI symptoms and provide accurate diagnoses. The research method employed in this study is experimental, utilizing NFA implementation using the J-Flap application. The data used consists of ARTI symptom data from previous studies. The NFA design is created based on ARTI symptoms and the possible transitions between these symptoms. Testing is conducted using different ARTI cases. The research results demonstrate that the NFA successfully recognizes patterns in ARTI symptoms and provides diagnoses that align with the input data. The use of NFA in ARTI diagnosis using J-Flap can achieve high accuracy. Furthermore, this research offers improved diagnostic options compared to previous studies. Consequently, this study addresses the challenges posed by the complexity of ARTI symptom variations by applying the NFA concept. The developed automated method can provide accurate diagnoses for ARTI and overcome the limitations of the traditional diagnosis process.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate and analyze the usability of the LegoBoost Builder application by employing the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The LegoBoost Builder application is an in-house developed product by Lego Corporation, featuring animations of robot models that can be assembled using Lego kits. The application is intended for user as an interactive learning tool for animation and robotics. The selection of the System Usability Scale (SUS) method is considered an appropriate and significant evaluation approach to measure the usability of the application. Based on the conducted tests, the LegoBoost Builder application obtained an average of 70.52, categorizing it as GOOD with grade scale C. This score indicates that users find the application useful and beneficial in the educational context. In other words, the LegoBoost Builder application has fulfilled the needs and goals of users in supporting the learning process of animation and robotics.
