Abstract

One of the reasons for the increasing use of smartphones today is the increasingly diverse mobile applications. With the increasing number of mobile applications circulating, more and more application makers are also competing to create applications that satisfy users both in terms of system and appearance. The user interface is one of the factors that influence the user experience. The user interface is not only concerned with aesthetics but also must create a good user experience. Not only the overall appearance, even small details such as buttons or icons can affect the user experience in using a mobile application. If users are happy with the appearance of the mobile application's user interface, users will certainly use the mobile application more often. In this study, an analysis of the user interface design components in the PeduliLindungi application was carried out on the user experience. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires referring to 10 variables of the Heuristic Evaluation method to respondents, where respondents gave an assessment of the aspects in the application to determine the severity rate. Severity rate is an assessment of the level of damage or deficiency in the application. From the calculation results, it is found that the average severity rate is 1,298, which means that it is on a cosmetic problem scale or just a simple design problem that is not a top priority for making application improvements.

Abstract

The design of an asset management information system for the Bangka Belitung State Manufacturing Polytechnic uses the prototype method. By using this prototype method, the BMN asset management staff is directly involved from the beginning to the end so that the information system built is in accordance with the wishes and needs of system users. at the prototype development stage using the UML model because the system built applies the object oriented concept and functional testing of asset information systems using the blackbox testing method. The integration of the QR Code in the asset management information system makes it easier to present asset information. The results of the measurement system in terms of time are obtained that by using an asset information system, the management and presentation of information is faster than using conventional methods. Asset management staff can easily filter data as needed.

Abstract

The spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID) is very disturbing for MSMEs, especially micro MSMEs. In this case, itinerant traders need convenience in trading during the pandemic because the government has imposed several policies to deal with COVID-19. The policy implemented was emergency PPKM which resulted in road access in several areas being closed. According to the Kemenkop MSMEs, it is estimated that 37,000 MSMEs will provide reports on the impact felt by the implementation of the new policy. Therefore, this application is designed by providing solutions as a form to make trading easier and increase Indonesia's economic growth. In this design using the design thinking method which consists of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. After the development, finally got the results to create a mobile application model with the name "Dagang.in" which is equipped with chat features, location track, turnover bookkeeping, and digital wallet. At the testing stage using the maze platform to facilitate application testing. There are 5 respondents in prototype testing. The average success of the test is 85% based on predetermined metrics in the form of task 1 having 80% success, task 2 having 90% success, task 3 having 75% success, task 4 having 100% success and task 5 having 80 success %. In the testing phase the user, can complete the task but there are some tasks that have difficulty completing. It can be interpreted that in this design it is necessary to improve performance so that users do not feel confused or have difficulties when using the product.

Abstract

The data processing of goods at UD. Maju Jaya Kopi still uses the manual method, to find out the manager of the goods in the warehouse must check the location. The calculation of the entry of goods every month is still written in the book because there is no sales system yet, resulting in some incoming data not being appropriate so that they have to suffer or suffer losses. In every business there must be sales data so that it can know the entry and exit of goods received. So this coffee sales system was made in order to assist in sales at UD. Maju Jaya Kopi. This sales system uses the Java language program and Mysql database, The method developed to help facilitate the interests of running the sales system. The Scrum method is considered to be able to produce good software quality as desired by the user. Scrum itself is a software which uses agile that stands on a team, additional processes and software development that focuses on speed and is carried out by realizing the end result.

Abstract

Stunting is a state of malnutrition that is dangerous during the growth period from the beginning of human life. For this reason, early prevention is needed, currently ,the Government, especially in the health sector such as the Health Office, has assisted in socializing or counseling stunting. However, the problem odetermining the distribution there are difficulties in determining it, especially in the Family Health and Community Nutrition Section of the Palembang City Health Office, due to the large number of Puskesmas in each Sub-district in Palembang City, so to help this, the purpose of this study is to apply the Partitioning Around Medoids method in helping to determine stunting disease counseling appropriately. The method used is PAM. The results of this study are in the form of clusters that are divided into two, namely groups 1 and 2. Cluster 0 obtained 9 Puskesmas, while cluster 1 amounted to 23 Puskesmas, the priority in determining couseling was in cluster 0. Furthermore, the number 0.272 was obtained, meaning that the cluster evaluation was quite good because the value was close to 0 from the test using the Davies Bouldin Index.

Abstract

In the current era, most people look for school information only through online media, one of which is the school website. SMK N 1 TAMBANG is one of the vocational high schools in Kampar Regency. Tambang District, Rimbo Panjang Village, which was established in 2016 with 4 majors, namely, office administration, light vehicle engineering, motorcycle engineering and mechanical engineering. This school does not yet have a special website to introduce the school to the public through online media. Therefore, a user interface design is made that makes it easier for users to understand the appearance of the design to be designed. This special design design for the SMK N 1 TAMBANG school will be made using the design thinking method. Design thinking is the process of solving problems using a practical and creative solution approach using a user-side approach. The design design is made using figma and balsamiq tools. The results of this user interface design can be used by the school to create a special website for this school. The design of the user interface design using the Design thinking method is expected to help SMK N 1 TAMBANG in developing services for students and for prospective students in increasing school ratings to be better, so that schools can compete with other schools.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan pedoman utama didalam agama Islam. Al-Quran terdiri dari 30 Juz, 114 Surah, dan 6236 Ayat. Dalam membaca Al-Quran terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kemampuan untuk membacanya. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain, kemampuan Bahasa, sikap dan minat, kebiasaan membaca, keadaan membaca, pengetahuan tentang cara membaca, labilnya emosi dan sikap, pengalaman yang dimiliki, dan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran. Dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Quran, terdapat 3 hal yang diajarkan kepada siswa. Diantaranya, identifikasi huruf, makharijul Huruf, dan Tajwid. Sebelum membaca Al-Qur’an Siswa sebaiknya mampu membedakan bunyi huruf hijaiyah atau yang dikenal dengan makhorijul huruf. Namun, dimasa pandemi ini membuat pengajar membaca Al-Quran harus berpikir keras kaitan dengan media pembelajaran Al-Quran itu sendiri. Terdapat banyak media pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti-peneliti sebelumnya. Ada yang memberikan hasil yang positif dan ada juga masih memiliki masalah kaitan penggunaan media pembelajaran tersebut. Augmented Reality merupakan sebuah teknologi terbaru dan sedang tren saat ini. Teknologi Augmented Reality menawarkan cara baru dalam menampilkan objek digital secara efektif, inovatif, dan menarik. Mengingat pentingnya mempelajari makhorijul huruf hijaiyah serta media pembelajaran sebagai perantara mempelajarinya di masa pandemi ini. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran Huruf Hijaiyah dan Makharijul Huruf berbasis Augmented Reality dengan beberapa fitur yang dapat mempermudah pengguna dalam mempelajari Huruf Hijaiyah dan Makharijul Huruf. Untuk membuktikan hal tersebut, pengujian dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) dan memperoleh nilai rata-rata responden 80,1. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut aplikasi yang dibangun sudah (adjective) dan dapat diterima (acceptable) serta bersifat promoter dalam segi NPS.

Abstract

In the current era of technological advances, all daily activities undergo changes, which were initially manual to digital. Currently, activities are dominated by using mobile applications, for example, in payment transaction systems that are carried out digitally. DANA is one of the most widely used e-wallets by people today. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of service provided by the DANA application and the attributes that have an influence on consumers and the presence or absence of attributes that can change the level of customer satisfaction. The method used is the servqual Method and Kano Model. The Servqual method measures service quality by measuring customer expectations about service quality and their perceptions of the services they receive, then the Kano Model has or no attributes that can change the level of customer satisfaction. the higher the service quality of DANA, the higher the profit and the company lasts longer. This research was conducted in the area of ​​West Bandung with the object of society aged 18-25 years. Based on the results of the analysis using the servqual method, each Servqual indicator has a negative GAP, which means that it is necessary to improve its services by the Fund. The responsiveness dimension has the highest average Gap value of -0.89. While the results of the management using the canoe model there are 10 attributes that affect the level of customer satisfaction. Attributes X6 and X7 are Basic Needs (must have), X8 and X9 affect customer satisfaction based on their desires (O) then the presence of attributes X2, X3, X4, X5, X10 and X11 will increase customer satisfaction, but if there is none it will not lower their satisfaction (A). The Fund should improve its services in this Attractive category because it can increase customer satisfaction significantly. Based on Servqual Method Analysis and Kano Model, Dana needs to improve indicators for customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis has become a crucial aspect in understanding people’s opinions and emotions on various issues. In this study, we conducted sentiment analysis on tweets related to hospital services during the COVID-19 pandemic using LSTM, BiLSTM, GRU, and SimpleRNN models. The data collection process was carried out using the Twitter API and resulted in 15,093 tweets. The data preprocessing process includes data cleaning, case folding, tokenization, filtering, and stemming. The dataset was divided into 80% for training and 20% for testing. The results showed that the BiLSTM model had the highest accuracy of 86%, followed by the GRU model with an accuracy of 86%, the LSTM model with an accuracy of 85%, and the SimpleRNN model with an accuracy of 75%. The BiLSTM model also had the highest MCC of 71%. The study concludes that the BiLSTM model outperformed other models in predicting the sentiment of tweets related to hospital services during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study’s findings may have significant implications for healthcare providers in enhancing their services’ quality and improving patients’ satisfaction during pandemics.

Abstract

Effective information technology governance (ITG) is vital for managing risks and ensuring proper oversight of IT in government organizations and enterprises. However, many organizations struggle with implementing effective ITG strategies, resulting in a higher likelihood of cybersecurity breaches, operational inefficiencies, and financial losses. This study addresses the urgency of improving ITG by assessing the capability level of ITG within the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO) in Bitung, North Sulawesi, using the widely recognized COBIT 2019 framework. By conducting interviews with key IT personnel, the study quantifies the capability level of eleven core models and highlights areas that require improvement. The results underscore the critical importance of designing and implementing effective IT governance to mitigate risks and enhance IT oversight in government organizations and enterprises. The study's findings can serve as a foundation for future efforts to improve IT governance in KOMINFO and other organizations, ultimately contributing to a safer and more secure IT environment.
