Abstract

In this globalization era, the need for security is increasing, in addition to data or information security but also a sense of physical security, therefore security guard services are still needed to protect certain places or regions. In this case, PT. Bravo Security Indonesia as a security guard distributor company, requires many prospective security guards to be able to work in various public or private agencies. The purpose of this study is to design an online-based recruitment system that can be used by applicants as well as the personnel department at PT. Bravo Security Indonesia. The expected analysis and design is to be able to analyze the information or data requirements for the recruitment process aimed at prospective security guards who want to apply for this company. The design uses the waterfall model, whose modeling requires Need Analysis (Recruitment Analysis), System Design (System Design), Program Code Making (Coding), Implementation and Testing (Testing), and Support and Maintenance (Support and Maintenance). The results are in the form of an online recruitment system specifically for the personnel department, because personnel will have the information needed to be able to assess applicants before they are called to proceed to the direct interview session. In addition to simplifying the process of recruiting security guards, this system is also expected to make data collection of new security guards easier and integrated with the system, and suggestions for the future are that the system can be developed to recruit employees other than security guards.

Abstract

One obstacle for flower farmers is how to market the crop products that are produced, and this is the basis of research on designing a web-based sales system for flower plant farmers in Cihideung village. The reason for designing the online sales system is because farmers in the village of Cihideung have not used a system that can assist in the sales process. The purpose of designing an online sales system is to be able to help flower plant farmers in managing sales data to be more effective. The design of this sales system applies the waterfall model, which approaches the design process systematically, which starts at the level of system analysis, design, code, and testing. The results of the system design make it an online sales system that can help flower plant farmers sell their products and increase flexibility for customers who want to shop without having to come to the place. However, the system still has disadvantages, namely not having a security system for online payment transactions, because the payment system is carried out only through transferring bank accounts to buyers and sellers. Therefore, it is recommended that there be further research that can improve the function of the security system for online transaction payment systems, so that it can make it easier for web visitors abroad who want to transact or buy flower plants.

Abstract

Technology is a part of human life today in support of daily activities and as a tool used to facilitate the work. One example that is experiencing problems in the field of technology, namely Advent Indonesia University on payroll student labor which is still done manually. The design that I have done is build an application using PHP and HTML programming language and MySQL database 2015. The procedure is designed to bring student KTM (Student Identity Card) to RFID Reader, then RFID Reader will read the identity of the card if it is registered, and put it into database. This research is done so that student labor can be easy to do attendance and receipt of salary every month. At run time, this application can save data to MySQL 2015 database that has been created. The author hopes that in the future this system can be developed so that this application can function better and more complete again.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology has become one of the important aspects to support the work carried out in every field that exists. Parongpong is one of the sub-districts in West Bandung Regency which has a fairly extensive agricultural fields. The reporting system for cropping and harvesting results is a web application that has an important role to interact with farmers in the area around the agricultural area under the auspices of the Regional Agricultural Service or the Regional Government. To help farmers determine the commodities to be planted on their available land and realize the current market price stability. The purpose of this study is 1) Can provide information on what commodities should be planted by farmers in the West Bandung Regency. 2) Can help the Regional Government of West Bandung Regency and farmers to equalize the planting of a commodity. 3) Can help the Regional Government of West Bandung Regency to do equal distribution of prices from the yield of a commodity. Information system application design methods the author uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. From the results, the authors can draw conclusions are 1) The Agricultural Service Information System designed only includes data collection of reports inputted by farmers, and the admin can only retrieve data in accordance with what is displayed. 2) This Information System can help Farmers to know statistics and price predictions going forward. 3) Information systems built can store data that is in accordance with what is desired. 4) With this Information System, the Agriculture Service will simplify work in monitoring farmers and recording existing data. The suggestions given from the author are 1) The website address or url link is only known by certain parties or using the official site. 2) There is information on the quota for planting a crop, in a location from the West Bandung District Agriculture Service.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the diseases of blood vessel disorders. In Indonesia, people with hypertension disease increased by 3.6% every year. The occurrence of hypertension increases due to the lack of care of the public for health, as well as the lack of time to consult a specialist or an expert. The purpose of this study (1) the data obtained can be used to predict a person suffering from hypertension. (2) Applications are made easy to use and have high accuracy prediction. The method used in this research is data mining with Naïve Bayes Classification method which is a classification method using probability and statistic. In collecting data required for Data Mining, researcher giving questionnaires to patients who visited hospital X for 3 weeks with questionnaire attributes that contains age, sex, weight, height, smokers, type of cigarette, the number of cigarettes, the consumption of alcoholic beverages, physical, sleep hours, meat consumption, vegetable consumption, salt level, history of father's hypertension, history of maternal hypertension. Conclusion (1) by using Data Mining, the patient can immediately find out whether the patient is suffering from hypertension based on the lifestyle he/she has. (2) Applications that have been developed can be used and has a fairly high accuracy of 88% and has a sensitivity of 77%, and 96% of specificity. (3) The use of Naïve Bayes to predict a person suffering from hypertension can be used because it has a high accuracy of 88%.

Abstract

The use of a smartphone as a device access to information was growing very rapidly. Moreover, many mobile applications were created to make the required information easily accessible. Not only as a device for communication, but had been converted to a device that facilitates the work of human kind. Smartphones with Android operating system had advantages with fast internet access but the price is relatively cheap when compared to other smartphones. These advantages make the various parties competing to develop applications on the Android operating system, was no exception with the Online Information System for The Grades of Kindergarten. Authors used Android technology for designing Grades Information System Online on Android-based smartphone. With this application, users no longer need to open System Information Online Grades kindergarten in the browser with the support of computers, but only by using a smartphone based on Android. The purpose of this study is to easily provide information on the results of learning outcomes of students from the school to parents or guardians of students. The methodology used in this research is Waterfall method, where author analyzes requirements, design the system, making the system, test the system, and implementing the system. This application is built using Android Studio as an IDE (Integrated Development Environment). For communicating with the database server, this application used the JSON Parse as a bridge to exchange data with the database server. Broadly speaking, the application had been able to go well as access to student data, teacher data, daily reports, report cards and change the password of the user. However, this application still needs to be developed in parts of the user interface and development on various platforms other than Android.

Abstract

Current technological developments are developing very rapidly. All of that aims to provide convenience for technology users in carrying out their work. Document archives are currently still managed in a conventional manner. The purpose of this study is to help employee document archiving to be more systematic, structured, to simplify the process of finding employee document archives. The method in this study uses SDLC and by conducting interviews. The conclusion of this study is that employee document archiving applications assist in terms of digital document storage so that data becomes computerized and not easily damaged, employee document archiving applications facilitate in terms of searching employee document data, so that the employee document search process can be done more easily and quickly, Document archiving applications can already share data and the download process is done properly and correctly, the application already has access rights to each user so that the system can share data in accordance with user access rights. The suggestions from this study are expected that this application can be made in the form of mobile-based on Android and iOS so that this application can be more easily accessed, it is hoped that this application can be made into a staffing application so that its use is more complete and easier for future users.

Abstract

The purpose of establishing System of planting and harvesting reports based on SMS Gateway is as a supporting tool to send information to farmers efficiently and quickly. Information Technology that being used to build SMS Gateway Application for System of Planting and Harvesting Report in Agriculture Department based on PHP and using Gammu as interface that connects mobile phone or modem with computer. As Method Research used SDLC method. This system uses a modem and Mobile as a medium of sending and receiving incoming messages. This system is built by configuring your gammu to work properly, creating a system capable of replying to sms registrations and information with autoreplay. From the results of research and testing that have been implemented, obtained the conclusion that Gammu can be configured with modem and database through device manager. This system can detect incoming messages in the inbox sent by the farmer and can send a reply according to the needs of farmers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and design the needs of information system in the plantation industry, especially for palm plantation to perform planning, execution and reporting of daily work activities. The methodology used in this research is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), by applying Waterfall model that consist of stages such as: Analysis; Design; Implementation; Testing; and Maintenance. The result of this research is a design of information system that can be used in palm plantation company to help to manage data and reporting for their activities such as spraying, clearing, fertilizing and harvesting of palm. It is expected that the results of this design can be implemented directly in the real situation so that it can be known of the effectiveness and efficiency of the system.

Abstract

Pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan, pencatatan kehadiran siswa atau presensi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan merupakan bagian dari proses akademik. Selain itu, pencatatan presensi siswa juga dijadikan sebagai alat ukur seberapa baik proses pembelajaran dilakukan. Pada pendidikan dasar dan menengah, presensi dapat digunakan oleh orang tua untuk memantau dan mengontrol tingkat kehadiran anak di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan presensi siswa berbasis mobile. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metoda pengembangan sistem SDLC metoda Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisa sistem, pemodelan, pengkodean, pengujian sistem dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan dapat melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan presensi siswa dengan baik, akurat dan realtime. Guru kelas dan guru BP dapat mendeteksi siswa yang memiliki tingkat ketidakhadiran yang tinggi dan orang tua dapat mengetahui dan mengontrol kehadiran anak di sekolah secara langsung dan realtime.
