Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influnce of social eWOM in instagram on brand attitudes and purchase intentions with Oppo smartphone object in Surabaya. The type of research is basic research. In this study 3 variable are use (social eWOM, brand attitudes and purchase intentions). Source of data used is primary data that is by distributing questionnaires. The samples used in this study was 110 respondents that distibuted in Surabaya. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling and the data will be processed using SPSS 18.0 for windows and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study indicate that social eWOM has a significant influence on brand attitude and purchase intention, and brand attitudes also have significant effect to the purchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze and determine the influence of brand communication, brand image, brand satisfaction, brand trust would effect brand loyalty Teh Pucuk Harum in Surabaya. This study uses 170 respondents residing in Surabaya, minimum highschool education or equal, buying and consuming the product of teh pucuk harum, have seen the promotional activities of teh pucuk harum and know the difference between teh pucuk harum with other ready to drink tea.This research using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach with Lisrel 8.7 for Windows. Sampling technique used in this research are non probability sampling with this type of purposive sampling. The data were collected directly from respondents who meet the characteristics of the population by spreading questionnaires.The results of this study showed found that brand communication, brand image, brand satisfaction and brand trust have a positive and significant influence toward brand loyalty teh pucuk harum in surabaya.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out influence food quality, personal interaction quality, physical environment quality, perceived value, and relationship quality (satisfaction, trust, and commitment) would affect word of mouth intentions of the customers of the ethnic Indonesian restaurant industry in Surabaya. The research was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and the statistical package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 18 and Lisrel 8.70.200respondents were chosen from the customers visiting and recomendating on of the ten ethnic Indonesian restaurant in Surabaya within the last 6 months. The result of the research found that food quality, personal interaction quality, physical environment quality, and perceived value have positive and significant influence on satisfaction. The satisfaction perceived by the customer has positive and significant influence on trust, commitment, and word of mouth. Trust and commitment have no significant effect on word of mouth intentions. The customers satisfied of the whole ethnic Indonesian restaurant service in Surabaya will be loyal to the restaurant, suck as having positive word of mouth to other people around them.

Abstract

Indonesia is the majority of the country's population of Islam, even as many as 13% of Muslims in the world are citizens of Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of religiosity dimension on attitude towards fashion on Muslim consumers in Surabaya. This research uses purposive sampling technique which is a sampling technique based on consideration or personal assessment of the researchers related to the characteristics of the appropriate population to be used as research samples. The characteristics are respondents who have been paying attention, follow and buy fashion products in Surabaya at least 1 year. Respondents in this study amounted to 278 people. Analysis in this study using SEM and processed using software version SPSS 18.0 and LISREL version 8.70 for measurement and structural testing. The results of this study indicate that 4 of the 5 hypotheses are not supported, namely ritualistic dimension and experiential dimension toward attitude towards fashion.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Reputation on Recommendation, the influence of Functional Value on Recommendation, the influence of mediation from functional and emotional value variables that can mediate the relationship between corporate reputation and recommendation. And the influence of tour leader performance moderation on the relationship between corporate reputation, perceived value, and recommendation at PT Al-Madinah Citra InternasionalinSurabaya. This study used a sample of 160 respondents. This research uses quantitative approach through statistical test. The test is done by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through AMOS software version 22.0 (Analysis of Moment Structures) to test the measurement and structural model. The results of this study indicate that Corporate Reputation proved to have a positive effect on the Recommendation at PT Al-Madinah Citra International in Surabaya. Functional Value proved to have a positive effect on Emotional Value at PT Al-Madinah Citra Internasional in Surabaya. Functional Value is not proven to mediate the relationship between Corporate Reputation and Recommendation at PT Al-Madinah Citra Internasional in Surabaya. Emotional Value proved to mediate the relationship between Corporate Reputation and Recommendation at PT Al-Madinah Citra International in Surabaya. And Tour Leader Performance is not proven to moderate the relationship between Corporate Reputation, Perceived Value, and Recommendation at PT Al-Madinah Citra Internasional in Surabaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived waiting time andsatisfaction with waiting environment on waiting time satisfaction and service satisfaction in X restaurant Surabaya. Descriptive analysis along with Partial Least Square is used in this research. The result shows there is a positive significant effect between perceived waiting time and waiting time satisfaction also from waiting time satisfaction and service satisfaction, and also a positive but not significant effect from satisfaction with waiting environment and waiting time satisfaction also from satisfaction with waiting environment and service satisfaction. It also found a negative but not significant effect from perceived waiting time and service satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of the brand equity on the customer satisfaction and the brand loyalty of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or Maxx Coffee coffee shop’s customers. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is the strongest competitor of Maxx Coffee. The results of this study found that staff behaviour, ideal self-congruence, and lifestyle-congruence are factors that have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Physical quality and brand identification are factors that have no significant effect on customer satisfaction at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Physical quality and staff behavior are factors that have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Maxx Coffee. Abstract

Background :The occurrence of Methotrexate drug shortage at Ulin Banjarmasin Regional Hospital caused a change of Rheumatoid Arthriris (RA) therapy in outpatients, which was originally used Methotrexate turned into using Leflunomide (Arava) and later on Azatioprine (Imuran). It was necessary to analyze the efficacy between Methotrexate with Methotrexate replacement therapy. Method : Design of the study was anobservational research with retrospective retrieval data.Data analysis using One Way Anova and paired t test. The efficacy of patient therapy RA analyzed from the Disease Activity Score 28 (DAS28) and efficacy persentage. Result :The results of One Way Anova analysis showed no significant difference between all treatment groups (P> 0.05). From a Post Hoc LSD test it was found that there were significant differences between the initial DAS28Methotrexate with the final DAS28Imuran (P = 0.0034), and between the final DAS28 Arava with the final DAS28 Imuran (P = 0.049). And in the Paired t test there were significant on mean differences between the initial and final DAS28Methotrexate, the initial and final DAS28Arava, and the initial and final DAS28Imuran. Conclusion : There was a difference in the efficacy of Methotrexate with Arava and Imuran with Arava but there was no differences in the efficacy of Methorexate with Imuran in outpatient RA patients in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin

Abstract

Pneumonia is an infection of lung tissue caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses or parasites. Antibiotics is a major therapy in pneumonia. The aim of this study was to determine the amount of antibiotic use in DDD / lOO patient-days and to know the profile of germs map in pneumonia patients in Pulmonary Room Dr. Iskak Hospital, Tulungagung period January-June 2Ol7. Observational research method with retrospective data retrieval from patient medical record data and antibiotic usage data from Pharmacy Installation and microbiology culture result data of patient, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed the total amount of antibiotic in l3O unspecified pneumonia patients non ICU inpatient in Pulmonary Room Dr. Iskak Hospital, Tulungagung period January-June 2Ol7 was 5l.28 DDD/lOO patient-days. The most antibiotic types are levofloxacin iv 4O,l4 DDD /lOO patient-days and ceftriaxone 8.7l DDD /lOO patient- days. The profile of the pneumonia-causing germs map can not be determined because there is no data on microbiological culture test results from the patient.

Abstract

“Aplikasi Pembantu Pemandu Wisata” is an application that created to help the work of tour guides in explaining the travel guides. Refer to their difficulty of giving an explanation, especially in crowded conditions, is the main concept of this application. With voice broadcasting feature that is captured from a cell phone guides and sent to all mobile phone participants can relieve guide jobs. The sound will be sent through a wifi connection-direct connected with the guide. In addition to the voice broadcasting feature, also a feature to send notification that serves to remind the participants if the time has come to gather. User interface implemented on the concept of one-handed operation that allows the user to operate easily with one hand. After implementing and testing with survey and observation, the result showed that the tour guide helper application is made to facilitate the tour guides and tour participants.
