Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memudahkan segala aktivitas masyarakat, salah satunya adalah berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan minat investasi generasi millennial di kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi millennial di kota Semarang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan fasilitas online trading, minim modal dan persepsi risiko mempengaruhi minat investasi secara bersama-sama. Secara parsial fasilitas online trading dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat investasi, sedangkan modal minimal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi.

Abstract

Positive values ​​from customers regarding the product as well as the company are a form of customer satisfaction with the company, the customer does not stop until the product purchase process but also evaluates the product such as the benefits obtained to compare products. If the customer is satisfied, then there will be an incentive to choose and reuse the same product. However, if what happens is disappointment, the customer will quit or go to a competitor. The purpose of the study is to determine, test, and analyze the effect of corporate image on customer value, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Based on the results of the study, it was found that there is a positive influence of the corporate image variable on customer satisfaction, there is a positive influence of the customer value variable on customer satisfaction, there is a positive influence of the corporate image variable on customer loyalty, there is a positive influence of the customer value variable on customer loyalty, there is The positive influence of the satisfaction variable on customer loyalty, satisfaction mediates the effect of corporate image on loyalty, satisfaction mediates the effect of customer value on loyalty.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention in a person can be formed by the external and internal environment. This study examines the attributes entrepreneurial intentionin students : role models, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and emotional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine a model of entrepreneurial intention among exact and non-exact college students. in Brebes and Tegal, Central Java. Respondents observed were exact and non-exact students at three tertiary institutions, namely Muhadi Setiabudi University (UMUS) Brebes, Polteknik Harapan Bersama (Poltek Harber) Tegal, and Pancasakti University (UPS) Tegal with a total of 301 students using a cluster random sampling. This research uses a quantitative analysis approach with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM), a method to test the attributes that make up the entrepreneurial intention model. The results showed that the exact entrepreneurial intention of the student group was formed by the attributes of entrepreneurial attitude, and emotional competence. Meanwhile, the non-exact student group was formed by the attributes of role models and entrepreneurial attitudes. The implication of this research is that universities can form entrepreneurial characters among students through a conducive and dynamic curriculum and academic atmosphere.

Abstract

Technology and growth sophistication makes the transparency process stronger and provide opportunities for fraud actions. The actions of fraud include misuse of assets, corruption, fraud of financial statements and others. Fraud's actions are all the bolds of violations, fraud, fraud and embezzlement that violate the law. This study aims to determine the influence between mass media and internal control of the risk of fraud on the kud makmur tani. This type of research uses quantitative research. Sampling using saturated sampling techniques. This research data is primary data in the form of questionnaires taken directly. The number of 32 respondents consisted of leaders and employees at KUD Tani Makmur. Data analysis uses pls-sem using SmartPLS 3.0. The significant value (P) used is 0.05. The results of the study, namely (1) the mass media has a significant positive effect on the risk of fraud with a value of p-values 0,000 (2) internal control has a negative effect on no significant risk of fraud with a value of p-values 0.038.

Abstract

This case study discusses the effect of Environmental Disclosure (EVN), Social Disclosure (CSR), Governance Disclosure (CG) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) disclosure on company performance, using control variables including asset turnover and asset growth. The variables that will be used in this study are the dependent variable (Return on Assets), independent variables (ESG disclosure, EVN disclosure, CSR disclosure, and Corporate Govenance Disclosure), and control variables (asset turnover and asset growth). The population in this sample will use manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a range of 2016-2020. Samples will be taken by purposive sampling method. Based on purposive sampling, it was found that there were 25 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX (2016-2020) that had complete data. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. In addition, this research also uses statistical techniques to test the hypothesys proposed in this study, namely panel data using SPSS. This study found that overall ESG Disclosure has a significant positive effect on company performance and CSR Disclosure has a significant negative effect on company performance.

Abstract

Earnings information is often the target of management engineering to maximize its satisfaction because there are parties who pay attention to profits so that it encourages management to take action in managing earnings or earnings management. One of the earnings management actions that are often carried out by several companies to beautify their financial statements is income smoothing. This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, bonus plan and income tax on income smoothing. The analytical method used in this research is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that return on assets has a positive and significant effect on income smoothing, the debt to equity ratio and bonus plan have a negative and significant effect on income smoothing, while income tax has no significant effect on income smoothing. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of Alfamart employees in Sawan District. The analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, analysis of determination and f-test test. The results showed that organizational commitment had an effect on the turnover intention of Alfamart employees in Sawan District. The results of hypothesis testing with the t-test showed that organizational commitment had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has an effect on the turnover intention of Alfamart employees in Sawan District. The results of hypothesis testing with the t-test show that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of the F test obtained that the F-count > F-table, (17.659 > 3.29), this indicates that the variables of organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a joint effect on turnover intention with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050

Abstract

This study aims to assist a non-profit organization in compiling financial reporting automatically through the application of a simple financial reporting system. Orphanage or LKSA is an institution engaged in the social sector which is a non-profit entity. A non-profit organization is an organization that is engaged in community services that does not aim to make a profit (profit) but in its activities also requires funds for its operations so that it requires a financial report. Like other types of non-profit organizations, LKSAs are also required to be able to present reports in an accountable and transparent manner. This research was conducted at LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma which was started by conducting a situation analysis regarding the need for a simple financial application. Furthermore, the researchers designed a simple excel-based financial reporting system and implemented it in the process of preparing LKSA financial reports. The results of the study shows that a simple financial application that has been designed can be used by LKSA Ananda Seva Dharma for the preparation of financial statements so that the preparation of financial statements can be done more easily and efficiently. In addition, the financial statements produced are in accordance with non-profit accounting standards and describe the financial condition of LKSAs in full, so that accountability for the resources provided can be better described through these financial statements.

Abstract

The share price is the value determined by the strength of the offer to buy and sell shares in a certain market mechanism and is the selling price from one investor to another. Stock price is one indicator of company management. Success in generating profits will provide satisfaction for rational investors. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of the variable eps, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 3 periods, namely 2018-2020. Based on the results of the study, it is proven that: Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices. Profitability Ratio (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices. Liquidity Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on stock prices. Solvency Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims and is useful to examine and analyze the impact of professional competence, work discipline, and transformational leadership on teacher performance, and whether professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance can be moderated by transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to explain, as well as expand from previous research, namely about how the influence of professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance with transformational leadership as moderating. The sample in this study was obtained using a simple random sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this research is all PNS Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Pekalongan City. This research shows the product that: (1). Professional competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3). Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership cannot moderate the effect between professional competence on teacher performance, (5). Transformational leadership cannot moderate work discipline on teacher performance.
