Abstract

PMT / TQC system is an Objective Based Management (SBM / MBO) plus a Quality Control Circle (QCC / QCC) with mathematical formulations PMT / TQC = MBS / MBO GKM / QCC. Techniques used in decision-making by management model based on objectives / management by objectives does not vary much with Quality Control techniques are always based on the PDCA that span the hierarchy into eight steps, the second difference is the technique used in the MBS model number / scoring and on Quality Control PDCA is used which is based on statistics. Abstract

The study titled Factors Affecting Consumer Behavior Decision Making Purchase Product Brand Watches Guess Guess at Malioboro Mall Yogyakarta Showroom held in January to March of 2010 with respondents Guess Showroom Visitors Malioboro Mall Yogyakarta during January to March 2010. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) whether the factors Promotion, Price, Models and material effect on decisions to buy products at the Guess brand watches Guess Showroom Malioboro Mall Yogyakarta. Data collection methods used are questionnaires with data analysis method used is deskriptive and quantitative analysis method is by measurement methods that can be expressed in terms of numbers. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression equation with t test results can be seen that the promotional factors influencing consumers in making product purchasing decisions Guess brand watches with t calculate the size of the t table (3.852 > 1984), the price factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions at the product Guess brand hand with t calculate the size of the t table (5.605 > 1.984), the model factors influencing consumers in making product purchasing decisions Guess brand watches with t calculate the size of the t table (1.996 > 1984) and for material factors affecting consumer product purchase decision Guess brand watches with t calculate the size of the t table (2.017 > 1.984). In calculating the F test results also can be seen that the promotional factors, pricing, models and materials jointly affect product purchase decision Guess brand watches in the Guess Showroom Malioboro Mall Yogyakarta with calculated F value is greater than F table (15.047 > 3.089). Among the variables tested was the price factor Guess brand watches the most influence on purchase decisions Guess brand watches in the Guess Showroom Malioboro Mall Yogyakarta in January to March of 2010 with a beta coefficient of 0.810 larger than the promotion of factors that have a value of 0.316 factor Models with a value of 0.128 and 0.211 with the value of material factor. Simultaneously the product purchase decision Guess brand watches in the Guess Showroom Malioboro Mall Yogyakarta in January to March of 2010 is influenced by the Promotion, Price, Models and Materials with a regression coefficient of 0.848 or equal to 0.152 or 84.8% while at 15 , 2% influenced by other variables not included in this study Keyword : Behavior, Watch, Brand

Abstract

The study titled The Effect of Professional Commitment on Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Ethical Behavior Auditors, Case Study On Public Accountants Doli, Bambang, Sudarmadji & Dadang, was conducted in May to June 2010. This study aims to determine the influence of auditors professional commitment on job satisfaction, work motivation, organizational commitment and ethical behavior of auditors. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods of research done solely object or event described the situation in detail and depth. Data collection method used in this study are interviews and distributing a list of questions. While the methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method and quantitative measurement method which can be expressed by the form of numbers. Based on multiple linear regression analysis with t test results can be seen that the effect on Commitment Job Satisfaction of Professional Auditors with tcount greater than ttable 3.324 2.086. Work motivation affect the Commitment of Professional Auditors with 2.206 t value greater than t table value 2.086. Commitment Organsiasional affect the commitment of Professional Auditors with tcount 2.099. Ethical behavior affect the Commitment of Professional Auditors with tcount greater than the value 2.090 2.086 t table F count test results can also be seen that the variable of Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Ethical Behavior Auditors jointly affect the Commitment of Professional Auditors in Public Accounting Firm Doli, Bambang, Sudarmadji & Dada with 7.186 calculated F value is greater than F table 3.492 Keyword : Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Organizational, Ethical Behavior, Auditor

Abstract

With regard to gender, there was no interaction effect between the environment for managerial development and gender on the use of managerial skills, although gender itself affect the managerial skills. In other words gender in environmental CV. Nusantara Abadi has no effect on the working environment, where the working environment has positive influence on the use of managerial skills. Instrumentality-expressiveness views which say that women are more interested in the work environment than men and men tend to be interested in working careers than women did not apply to the working environment in CV. Abadi Nusantara. Both men and women together to create a supportive working environment for managerial development, so that a positive work environment affect the use manajerial.Bila skills associated with a previous study, the research conducted by the Ziguang Chen, Norihiko Takeuchi, & Mitsuru Wakabayashi, there similarities and differences in research results. The equation is proven first hypothesis which states that the environment for managerial development of positive effect on the use of managerial skills. The difference with previous research results of this study are: When this study found no effect of interaction between the environment for managerial development and gender on the use of managerial skills, then the previous studies found no effect of interaction between the environment for managerial development and gender in the use of managerial skills. Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship intend work motivation and the level of stress with employees performance in the Kentucky Fried Chicken UGM. Data used in this study is data from the Kentucky Fried Chicken Primary UGM. The analytical method used is a regression model, which used multiple regression. The results showed that, first there is a positive relationship between motivation working with work performance of 2.929, and there is a negative relationship between levels of stress with work performance of -572. Based on the R squere 0.523 = 52.3% stated the relationship between work motivation levels of stress with work performance is still in the medium category. The second figure 0.28 coefficient of work motivation, arttinya if moivasi as level of employment rose 1%, then presasi employment rose 0.28%, while the number of stress-level coefficient of -0.054 means that when stress levels increase by 1% then the performance increase 0.054%. Abstract

In Indonesia, the issue of corporate governance is relatively new is still felt in recent years. Since the crisis, more and more are getting interested parties to discuss important aspects related to the business of creating a mechanism to manage the business based on the ways that ought to enable companies to run economically, effectively and efficiently so that it can deliver value to various parties who interested parties.Some of study that specifically examined the relationship between corporate governance structure with information disclosure has been made by Forker (1992), Ho and Wong (2000), and Sabeni (2002) in Khomsiyah (2003). The importance of research on corporate governance and disclosure of information can be viewed from two perspectives. The study was conducted to determine the application of the principles of corporate governance, given the important role of Corporate Governance in business management structure and a modern economy is sustained by capital markets and financial markets (Witherell, 2000; Oman, 2001 in Khomsiyah, 2003), increase public trust in companies (Brayshaw, 2002 in Khomsiyah, 2003).

Abstract

" Fatwas have a high status in Islam. Fatwa considered to be one alternative that could break the ice in the development of Islamic law. Islamic law is the stipulation can not be separated from religious arguments (as-an-nushush syariiyah). Fatwas as ijtihad involves only the arguments that are dzanniy (not sure). The laws are already qathiy (certainly) not be extracted by the process of ijtihad. On Tuesday dated 09 March 2010 in Jakarta, Muhammadiyah's central leadership through the Legal Affairs Committee issued a fatwa haram smoking. Expenditure fatwa haram to smoke is because of Muhammadiyah feel the negative effects of cigarettes in the field of health, social, and economic. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), Indonesia is the third largest number of smokers. Other studies mentioned, 6 of 10 people were smokers, and 8 out of 10 people exposed to cigarette smoke. Student Affairs Faculty of Sharia Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta was chosen as respondents because other than as consumers, students, faculty better understand and further explore the science of the Personality (law) which must have its own views about the fatwa haram according to the criteria of sample diambil. From the analysis of MAM (multiatribute Attitude Model) Fishbein, the influence of illicit cigarettes fatwa is neutral views of the characteristics of age, based on attributes of the legal establishment of a fatwa (37.8), attributes the effectiveness of a fatwa (33.9), attributes of health considerations (45), attribute considerations social (40.6) and the attributes of economic considerations (39.7). Differences consumer attitudes towards illicit cigarette fatwa based on the characteristics of age, seen from the legal basis for the determination of attributes X counting 2.146 fatwa, fatwa effectiveness attributes X counting 2.322, attributes X counting 1.544 health considerations, social considerations attributes X counting 1.920, attributes X counting economic considerations 0.717, and 5.591 X table then there is no difference in consumer attitudes based on age characteristics of the fatwa haram rokok." Abstract

In an era of progress in science and technology today many people`s sense of being replaced by sophisticated machines. So that needs less and less human labor. But the machines that use advanced technology can not operate without a human role as an operator in the field. To operate a machine needs to be required qualified manpower in the field technology. Company objectives to be achieved can not be separated from the role of employees. In this case the employee is expected not as objects in achieving corporate objectives, but also noted as a principal or employee participation in achieving objectives. For that in the process of employee recruitment selection process needs to be done in accordance with applicable procedures. So expect to obtain prospective employees who have the skills and basic skills needed company. These skills is a product of the educational system and organizational other experience.From obtained from simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was obtained this information, the salary received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means that the higher the salary, the more the level of job satisfaction. Benefits received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the higher the allowance, the level of employee job satisfaction is also higher. Isentif received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the higher the Isentif then the level of job satisfaction also. Relationships Between Employees at SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the better the relationship between employees, the higher employee job satisfaction. SMTI employee facility in Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on satisfaction. This means better facilities, either physical or psychological work will impact the increased employee job satisfaction. Together turns Salaries, Allowances, Isentif, Relationships Between Employees, Working facilities have a significant influence on the level of employee job satisfaction. From the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the level of employee job satisfaction, 70.3% the cause is of these variables, while the remainder are caused by lain.

Abstract

Sleman District Health Office in charge of as many as 25 health centers UPTD. The number of employees in the Sleman district health offices as many as 101 people. Of functions and tasks performed by the office of Sleman District Health Office, the role of civil servants is very important. Obstacles in the Sleman district health development is not yet maximal employees in providing services. This makes the planning of programs and decisions, not based on accurate information (not evidence based). The effectiveness of the organization is heavily influenced by the effectiveness of individuals, so that the low performance of employees also affect the poor performance of the health department in keseluruhan.Penilaian employee performance according to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2000 is a tool that fosters the motivation to grow and improve the performance of which is less by showing his best. Therefore, the need for research on the Involvement of Employees Working in Sleman District Health Office. The size of the study concluded the involvement of employees in completing the work in Sleman District Health Office average height when seen from the analysis that there were 33 respondents from 40 respondents or 82.5%.
