Abstract

The research thesis under the title Influence on Service Quality Customer Satisfaction. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Marketing Branch Office in Yogyakarta held in August 2008 to October 2008 with respondents Customer. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Yogyakarta Marketing Branch. This thesis research aims to determine whether the effect on Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Yogyakarta Marketing Branch. Data collection method used in this study are interviews and questionnaires. While the methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method and quantitative measurement method which can be expressed with numbers. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression equation with t test results can be seen that the variables affect the reliability of Customer Satisfaction with t calculate the size of the t table (2.699> 1.984), Response variables affect customer satisfaction with t calculate the size of the t table (1.996> 1.984 ), the variables affecting Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with t calculate the size of the t table (2.725> 1.984). In calculating the F test results also can be seen that the variable Reliability, Response and Security jointly affect Customer Satisfaction with calculated F value is greater than F table (15.047> 3089). Among the variables tested was variable Assurance has the highest value (dominant) that is equal to 2.725 compared with variable Reliability and Responsiveness in influencing customer satisfaction with the beta coefficient of 0.212 is greater than the reliability of the variables that have a value of 0.204 and Response with a value of 0.121.Customer satisfaction is dominantly influenced by the Guarantee given by PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Yogyakarta and Marketing Branch Reliability and Response variable with a value of 0.566 or 56.6% while 43.4% influenced by other variables other non-teramasuk in this study. Abstract

Perception research with the title of Leadership Style Effect With Employee Productivity was conducted in October 2008 until December of 2008 with respondents Employees Cooperative Boarding School "Dasa Honor" Proponsi Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine whether leadership style affect the productivity of Cooperative Employees´ Boarding School "Dasa Honor" Proponsi Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. While the methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method and quantitative measurement method which can be expressed with numbers. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression equation with t test results can be seen that there is leadership style has strong relationships and significant effect on the employees of Cooperative Work Productivity Boarding School "Dasa Honor" with a t value greater than t 4.871 2.011 table so that the hypothesis proved with a value of 0.624 which means that the perception of leadership style affects employee productivity Cooperative Work on Boarding School "Dasa Honor". Abstract

This research focused to know what factors are affecting the movement of mobile phone brands use among students at the University Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. In addition, this study also aims to determine why students are choosing a particular brand of mobile phones as a communication tool, find the displacement using a mobile phone brand to another brand, make projections of the global handset market share among the students of the University of Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Methods of data collection in this research is the questionnaire method by using Likert scale. To predict the market share of each brand of mobile phone use Markov Chain analysis, so that the resulting market share of Nokia in 2008 by 49%, 19% S. Ericsson, Motorola 10%, Samsung at 8%, Siemens 11%, and LG 3%. In 2009 Nokia market share of 51%, 18% S. Ericsson, Motorola 9%, 9% Samsung, Siemens 8%, and LG 6%. Year 2010 Nokia market share of 50%, 18% S. Ericsson, Motorola 9%, 8% Samsung, Siemens 7%, and LG 9%. Nokia 2011 market share of 49%, 17% S. Ericsson, Motorola 8%, 8% Samsung, Siemens 7%, and LG 12%. Multiple linear regression analysis used to determine the influence of external factors which consist of the price (X1), feature (X2), design (X3), durability (X4) and ease of operation (X5) to transfer the use of mobile phone brands among college students (Y). Data analysis was performed with the aid of SPSS 12.0 for Windows software aimlessly following regression equation: Y = 3.397 + 0.237 X1 + 0.270 X2 + 0.208 X3 + 0.335 X4 + .210 X5 Based on the above equation can be seen that the variable pricing, features, design, durability, and ease of operation have a positive influence on movement of the use of mobile phone brands among. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation factor product, price, promotion, location and service employees who are influential on the level of consumer satisfaction in Omi Minimarket located at Wonocatur Banguntapan Bantul, Yogyakarta. The formulation of the problem in this research is to know whether the factors product, pricing, promotion, location and service employees and Which factors most affect the level of satisfaction Omi Minimarket consumers on Yogyakarta. The samples in this study using the technique of incidental sampling. Incidental sampling is a sampling technique based on needs, namely those who by chance met the researcher can used as a data source. The rationale for incidental sampling method is because the number of population is not known for certain. Based on the method sampling is determined the number of samples in this study as many as 100 people. Results of testing hypotheses simultaneously and partially show significant relationship of the variables product, price, promotion, location and service employees, to the level of consumer satisfaction in Omi Minimarket Yogyakarta. The coefficient of determination showed the product variable has a relatively large effect among other variables for 0.199. Abstract

The study titled Factors Affecting Interest in Indonesian Workers Abroad This was conducted in August to October of 2008 with the Labor Candidate Indonesian respondents from PT. Asa noble Virma Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) whether the Demands of Economic Interest in Candidate influence on Indonesian Workers Abroad?, (2) whether Job Opportunities affect the interests of Candidate Indonesian Manpower Abroad?, (3) whether the Standard Salary affect the interests of Candidate Indonesian Manpower Abroad?. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. While the methods of data analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis method diskrptif and that is by the method of measurement can be expressed with numbers. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression equation with t test results can be seen that the demands of Economic Interest in Candidate affect Indonesian Workers Abroad by t count for more than t table (3.804> 2.011). Job Opportunities affect interest Candidate Indonesian Manpower Abroad with t calculate the size of the t table (2.475> 2.011) and to affect the interests of Candidate Salaries Standard Indonesian Workers Abroad by t count for more than t table (4.987> 2.011) . In calculating the F test results also can be seen that the demands of Economy, Employment Opportunities and Salaries Standards jointly affect the interests of Candidate Indonesian Manpower Abroad with calculated F value is greater than F table (24.843> 13.90). Among the variables tested was variable salary standards of the most dominant in influencing Interest Prospective Indonesian Manpower Abroad with beta coefficients of0.306 larger than the demand which has a value of 0.297 Economic and Employment Opportunities with a value of 0.144. Interest Prospective Indonesian Workers Abroad influenced by the demands of Economy, Employment and Salary Standard of 0.786 or equal to 78.6% while 0,21,4 variables influenced others who do not teramasuk in this study. Abstract

Drinking water is a basic requirement for every human being. The increasing public concern about health and the advancement of technologies that exist today has brought drinking water into a large bisis and delivery of mineral water brands such as Aqua, Aqauria, Ades, etc.. For years those brands dominate the mineral water market in Indonesia, but over time, the price of mineral water becomes more expensive. One consequence is that there began to emerge and business development of drinking water refill. By offering a much cheaper price, drinking water refill has an alternative choice for people who start declining purchasing power. Great feedback from the community is what makes drinking water business content more and more popular ualng by small entrepreneurs. With limited capital, this business is promising big profits in a short time, even more so in the city of Yogyakarta, where the population is dominated by students with minimal pocket money. On the other hand, employers also look at prospects for the future h currents. This can be seen through the attitude towards consumer interests, whether consumers have a tendency to continue to consume drinking water refill or not. One approach that can be used to understand consumer attitudes and their effects on consumer interests to behave is Palnned Theory of Behavior. This theory discusses the influence of attitude behavior, subjective norm and perceived control keprilakuan against consumer interests, in this study Theory ofPalnned Behavior applied to influence behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived control keprilakuan against consumer interest to continue to consume drinking water refill. Past behavior variables are added to obtain better results. The results of this study with the t test and F test indicated that attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and past keprilakuan jointly significantly influence the formation of interest. Meanwhile, the measurement of interest through multiple regression analysis showed that the people of Yogyakarta has a more moderate interest to continue to consume drinking water refills, mean refill drinking water business does not have good prospects sukup future. Abstract

Working capital is a property that is used to finance day-to-day company. Working capital is usually in the form of cash, receivables, inventories, all of which were included in the current asset balance sheet structure. The relationship of working capital dengankegiatan everyday very closely, for example, to purchase raw materials, bahanpembantu, salaries / wages of its employees must be present to support the activities of the company. Besides modalkerja have enough will benefit the company, with an efficient working capital are also companies will not experience losses. Based on the writer´s observation of production decline at the Cooperative Tofu and Tempeh Tofu and Tempe Manufacturer Indonesia (Kopti) in the Municipality of Yogyakarta from year to year (2006-2009) Based on analysis of activities, menunujukkan activities that are not stable. Assessment of working capital efficiency shown by the activity ratio menunujukkan assets decreased efficiency, but increases inventory efficiency, which in 2008 amounted to 207.8 x 92.5 x 2009. Abstract

Performance is influenced by individual characteristics (ability and skill, personality, perception, attitude, experience, gender, age, race, traits, and learning capacity) and the work environment (organizational structure, job design, policies, rules, awards, and sanctions and resources). Performance is the performance results of operations of both quantity and quality employees in an organization. Assessment of performance through self assessment (self assessment) is the most common approach to measuring and understanding individual differences. Of the 40 respondents, 34 respondents were in the score 50-74 entering the medium category, while others are located at 6 respondents score 75-100 are included in the high category. And nothing at all that is in the score 25-49 of respondents means that does not exist at all employees who are in the low category. From the above data it can be concluded that the Employees´ Involvement in Sleman District Health Office Who´s because 34 respondents from 40 respondents as a whole is in the medium category, while another 6 respondents who are in the high category and nothing at all that is in the low category. Upshot: Employee Involvement Sleman District Health Office if viewed from the employees´ loyalty Medium. Based on the results of research conducted on the Involvement of Employees Working in Sleman District Health Office, it can be concluded that: 1. The amount of employee involvement in completing the work in Sleman District Health Office of average height when seen from the analysis that there were 33 respondents from 40 respondents or 82.5%. 2. Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of capital factor to the success of mobile business merchants in Karanganyar District, (2) To know the influence of business experience to the business mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar, (3) To know the influence of working hours per day on business success mobile traders in Karangnyar, (4) To know the influence of educational level of success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar, (5) To know the influence of books on business success in Karanganyar mobile traders. This research type is quantitative, which is a study that aims to obtain proof of a hypothesis, using statistical tests with SPSS. The samples used in this study is to test multiple linear regression (F test), individual linear regression test (t test), test of determination (R2) and classical assumption using a test of autocorrelation, and multicollinearity heterocedastity The results showed together capital factors, work experience, hours worked, education level and bookkeeping factor to the success of mobile phone dealers in the District Karanganyar as evidenced by the value of 20.469> F-table = 2.37, (1) of capital factor has positive and significantly to the success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large value of t-statistic = 2.58> t-table = 1.671, (2) Work experience has positive and significant impact on the business success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large t-value statistic = 3.37> t-table = 1.671, (3) Working hours have a positive and significant impact on the success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large value of t-statistic = 2.47> t-table = 1.671, (4) Level education has positive and significant impact on the business success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large value of tstatistic = 2.44> t-table = 1.671, (5) Bookkeeping has positive and significant impact on business success in the mobile phone vendors as evidenced by the large Karanganyar value t-statistic = 5.04> t-table = 1.671. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the product is damaged in "UD Nanang" brick company Yogyakarta is still within the control limits and whether the factors that cause damage to the company´s products brick of "UD Nanang" Yogyakarta. Data collection using observation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is the control chart for attributes or "P-Chart" by calculating the mean of the damage (P), compute the standard deviation (Sp) and determine the area of quality standards (UCL / Upper Control Limit / Border Control Top, and LCL / Lower Control Limit / Lower Control Limit). Results from analysis of data on quality control carried out by the company building block “UD Nanang”, that the implementation of quality control in the company building block “UD Nanang” still bad, so that the resulting product quality can not meet the standards set by the company, namely of 4:50%. Although the difference in the level of the average percentage of damage to bricks to the standards set by small companies, which in 2003 amounted to 0.5%, 0.32% in 2004 and in 2005 of 12:49%. The damage that occurs in the final product is also caused by a lack of rigor and discipline workers who handle the production process.
