Abstract

Growth of Human Resource management ( SDM) is in this time pushed by progress of civilization of education, science, and technology. Organizer of this sumberdaya of vital importance to reach the target of organization [pass/through] management is appliance to reach the target. In attainment of institution target many unsure-unsur becoming important matters in accomplishment of him, among others is leadership element or leader. Leadership style a motivation and leader given by leader to the subordinate of very have an effect on to subordinate performance in this case is officer. Performance which either from subordinate can be obtained with leadership style and good leader motivation also. Performance are obtained way from both the things in finishing work or duty a and a[n important matter in the effort institution to reach a[n institution target. This research to know influence of leadership style to performance, leadership style [relation/link] with performance, performance storey;level, officer On duty Planology and Creature Masterpiece, leadership style weared by Leader On duty Creature Masterpiece and planology of Rokan pate;upstream. This research use research of deskripti, population in this research counted 50 people, sampelnys counted 50 people by using technique of samling saturated. This Research use descriptive research type, population in this research {of} officer of countrysideOffice of Rambah District of Rambah go downstream counted 7 people, of him 7 people by using saturated sampling tekhnik. Pursuant to research result got that factor supporter of construction of discipline officer of Office Countryside of RambahDistrict of Rambah go downstreamis motivation with value 26 (38,2%), practice and education 6 (85,7%).Leadership 11 (78,5%), straightening of discipline pass law 31 (49,2%). Abstract

The purpose of the research to find thesuccsess factors of cooperation schoolmanage. The sampel is all of cooperationmember, that is teachers and employerSMPN 2 Rambah and all of family consist of79 persons. To analysis the data by quisionerand the result of study library.From the result of the research thereare several factors to find the success ofcooperation: management handling ofcooperation, financial capital of cooperation,and financial account of cooperation.From the regresi linear analysis testingusing SPSS we get similarity:Y = 6,330 + 0,444 (X1) + 0,376 (X2) + 0,133(X3) + 0,243 (X4).The last suggestion for the element ofcooperation:1. Increase the quality of worker to makecooperation success.2. Abstract

Human resourse as aspect that is very infortant in the organizatian to reach sucses full, so to supput the best job need to given to amployert exstra salary to supput ther woking. A cording the writer, the exstra salary that is receaved amployert of RSUD shaow the resourt good. But if it is seen from the amployert of working stell and it have’nts hown the responsible. Based on fenomena a bove, so arice some problems for observation how the appect the exstra salary toward the amployert working of RSUD in regency Rokan Hulu. The result observation and this cussion so the exstra salary have appect that significant to the working amployert in RSUD regency Rokan Hulu. In these, are known from frount counting that is gained the value r (coofition coralition) = 0,89 or 89% it mean, there is realition the exstra salary of amployert and determine coofition is 0,79%, so that linear regrasy method can give contrybution to the working of amployert is 79%, its rest is 21% effeced by the other factors. The counclution is giving the exstra salary is not salary have satefied to the most amployerts in RSUD regency Rokan Hulu.

Abstract

Fenomena industri kendaraan roda dua di Indonesia dewasa ini memperlihatkan trend peningkatan yang sangat positif, hal tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor budaya dan peraturan tentang Undang-Undang lalu lintas yang tidak membatasi penggunaan roda dua di Indonesia. Hal senada juga dapat dilihat dari tingkat pertumbuhan di kota besar yang semakin pesat yang mengarah pada semakin padatnya arus transportasi di dalam kota. Meskipun dari segi savety atau keamanan kendaraan roda dua jauh dibawah kendaraan roda empat tentang masalah keamanan, namun karena alasan perbedaan harga, efisiensi, budaya dan peraturan lalu lintas yang menyebabkan ledakan jumlah pertumbuhan kendaraan roda dua di Indonesia sangat mencolok dibandingkan roda empat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat konsumen dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya terhadap penjualan kendaraan roda dua merek Honda pada CV. Prima Motor Pasir Pengaraian Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel bebas yaitu kualitas pelayanan, reputasi perusahaan dan atribut produk serta variabel volume penjualan. Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha saat ini telah membawa para pelaku dunia usaha ke persaingan yang sangat ketat untuk merebutkan konsumen. Berbagai pendekatan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan simpati masyarakat baik melalui peningkatan sarana dan prasarana berTempat teknologi tinggi maupun dengan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Persaingan untuk memberikan yang terbaik kepada konsumen telah menempatkan konsumen sebagai pengambil keputusan. Semakin banyaknya perusahaan sejenis yang beroperasi dengan berbagai produk/jasa yang ditawarkan, membuat masyarakat dapat menentukan pilihan sesuai dengan kebutuhannyaTupperware merupakan salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di dunia dibidang wadah plastik untuk penyimpanan maupun penyajian yang berkualitas tinggi dalam usianya yang lebih dari setengah abad. Saat ini Tupperware telah dipasarkan hampir di seratus negara di dunia dan merupakan perusahaan ketiga terbesar di dunia untuk kategori penjualan langsung (Direct Selling). Di Indonesia sendiri, Tupperware mulai dijual sejak tahun 1991. Saat ini Tupperware Indonesia telah memiliki lebih dari 70 distributor resmi yang tersebar di beberapa kota di Indonesia.Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui faktor Loyalitas Pelanggan Terhadap Pemasaran Tupperware pada Toko Bunda. Dan Untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Tupperware pada Toko Bunda.Penelitian dilakukan di Toko Bunda. Waktu Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Juni 2013. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu : Kuesioner dan Wawancara.Dari hasil hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari nilai Adjusted R Square yang berarti bahwa variabel Y (Loyalitas pelanggan akan dijelaskan oleh variabel X (Produk, Harga, Tempat , Promosi, sedangkan sisanya akan dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar persamaan model regresi. Faktor-faktor lain itu bisa berupa persepsi konsumen.

Abstract

Dunia perbankan merupakan salah satu institusi yang sangat berperan dalam bidang perekonomian suatu negara (khususnya dibidang pembiayaan perekonomian). Perbankan adalah segala sesuatu yang menyangkut tentang bank, mencakup kelembagaan, kegiatan usaha, serta cara dan proses dalam melaksanakan kegiatan usahanya.tujuan penelitian ini adalan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan keuangan Bank PD. BPR Rokan Hulu tahun 2010-2012. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian bahwa Kinerja keuangan PD BPR Rokan Hulu periode 2010-2012 ditinjau dari aspek Likuiditas kurang sehat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (Technical Quality, Functional Quality, Image) terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Pasir Pengaraian secara simultan serta mengukur kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Pasir Pengaraian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif, yang berupa data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner.Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan rentang interval skor rata-rata, berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi sederhana dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Technical quality, functional quality, dan image secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien RSUD Pasir Pengaraian. secara langsung berpengaruh positif antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y.berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif disimpulkan bahwa image memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan pasien dan untuk technical quality memiliki pengaruh terendah terhadap kepuasan pasien di RSUD Pasir Pengaraian

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu badan usaha yang berbadan hukum dengan usaha yang beranggotakan orang-seorang yang berorientasi menghasilkan nilai tambah yang dapat dimanfaatkan bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Selain itu koperasi juga sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berorientasi untuk menumbuhkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya memperkokoh struktur perekonomian nasional dengan demokrasi ekonomi yang berdasarkan atas asas kekeluargaan.Koperasi Tani Harapan Sejahtera (KOPTANHASTRA) adalah salah satu koperasi yang melakukan kegiatan usaha simpan pinjam, pemasaran hasil bumi, dan penggandaan safrodi. Koperasi Tani Harapan Sejahtera (KOPTANHASTRA) terletak di Desa Bangun Purba Barat, Kecamatan Bangun Purba Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Koperasi ini berbadan hukum No. 94/ BH/ IV.7/ 14/ 2009.Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan beberapa teknik yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Rasio Likuiditas, Rasio Solvabilitas dan Rasio Profitibilitas.Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa Laporan Keuangan Koperasi Tani Harapan Sejahtera adalah Rasio Likuiditas. Dilihat dari Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio Koperasi Tani Harapan Sejatera menunjukkkan Fluktuasi dari Tahun 2008-2011 dan cendrung mengalami peningktan sehingga kinerja keuangan Koperasi Tani Harapan Sejatera sudah baik. Sedangkan Rasio Solvabilitas Koperasi Tani Harapan Sejatera, pada Debt Ratio mengalami penurunan yang terjadi pada Tahun 2008, 2010 dan 2011 disebabkan berkurangnya utang Kopersi dan Aktiva Koperasi mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

In realizing good governance ( Good Governance) at the same time as guidance in applying governmental management which orient [at] performance. Satpol PP have duty assist government to create a[n orderly area condition, tentram and regular so that management of governmental wheel can go well. This research to know how far performance Officer Of Satpol PP Rokan Pate;Upstream. This Research use descriptive research type, population in this research [of] officer of Satpol PP sub-province of Rokan Pate;Upstream counted 296 people, hence the him of 170 people , by using technique of simple sampling random. Pursuant to research got that factor influencing performance Officer Of Satpol PP Rokan Pate;Upstream is Motivation with value 0.127 > 0.05, and environmental with value 0.078 > 0,05, while Environmental - 0,156 < 0,05. Pursuant to research result that Factor Motivate and Ability influence performance Officer Of Office of Satpol PP Rokan Pate;Upstream, while Environment [do] not influence performance of Satpol PP Sub-Province of Rokan Pate;Upstream
