Abstract

Abstract: The process of recruitment and selection in STIKOM Surabaya which depends on hard copy based processing, is having 4 (four) potential risks found in its administrative process, namely: Storage requirement, Extensive resources to file and search for documents, security risk, and Delay risk. To reduce or avoid such risks mentioned above, a website will be developed as a solution that comes with the ability to store document files in order to keep unauthorized parties from accessing the applicants documents, thus solving the storage requirement risk. the website will also implement administrative workflow system to direct the process or task to authorized and correct people, to keep recruitment and selection process run as usual, despite the use of paper is eliminated. based on the test result, the developed product already can solve risks mentioned above, but must be developed again on several things, such as design of the web, and the improvement of the products functions.

Abstract

Rejeki Glass Shop is one of the stores located in Jl . P.B. Sudirman 186 , Banyuwangi . Rejeki Glass Shop is a store that sells one of the important ingredients in the construction of a building is glass . Glass itself is very diverse , ranging from kind to the thickness of the glass .The problem arises when the order of glass pieces found in large numbers . Order in bulk piece of glass is glass for the windows of the building or the tank . In the cutting process , often resulting inaccuracy in analyzing the pattern. As a result the rest of the glass produced less minimal . It can only be known when calculating and describing the specific , from the patterns to be cut . After the comparison is known that there ineffective and inefficiencies cutting . Problems like this are often referred to as the cutting stock problem .Design Applications Cutting Stock Optimization Methods Integer Linear Programming In Rejeki Glass Shop, is expected to improve the cutting process becomes more effective and efficient . Effective question is about maximizing the broad field of glass , so it can be used optimally. Efficient question is the reduction in material costs that arise from the rest of the glass is wasted

Abstract

Abstract: The problem that occurred was at the time of demand for goods, which requests approval is done by signing the request form, so it requires the presence of the person concerned, but that happens the person concerned does not always be in place, as well as the absence of a reporting system requests the purchase of goods, supplies requests and stock supplies in warehouses that serve as a reference in the purchase of goods and supplies data summary of all the divisions that still have to be calculated again by the division of General Administration. In the research phase using System Development Life Cycle. The trials of the system and user involving several divisions, based on the results of such trials demand for information systems web-based purchases in STMIK STIKOM Surabaya able to produce design information systems that can manage the demand for the purchase of goods with a digital signature as the authentication approval as well as part of General Administration to determine report goods purchase request, request supplies, stock supplies in warehouses and supplies data summary of all the divisions.

Abstract

The companys market Area (PDPS) is a company engaged in community service in place of fulfillment order, the means, and the infrastructure of traditional market in the city of Surabaya and the duties and responsibilities of a sub section of the administrative regulations based on SOP/TTU/01. Based on the four functions of SOP/TTU/01, in it there are processes that are currently experiencing difficulty in running it. This is due to the absence of the system (applications) that can help the performance of administrative sub division officer. The difficulty lies in the process of storage (tape/record keeping and archiving), search, retraction, distribution and provision of the code number. As for the duties and responsibilities of a sub section of the administrative regulations based on SOP/TTU/01. Abstract

Koperasi Wanita Setia Bhakti Wanita have loan and save activities that has been devised a system of the queue to set a queue a members will do transactions. The current system of queue couldn’t give the history queue to the manager HRD, the impact is difficulty in performing manager HRD to monitoring the queue. Result of monitoring queue is information what manager HRD needs and could be useful to improve transaction services.Based on the above then made monitoring system by considering the necessaries manager HRD. Monitoring system proposed is assessment of concept socketserver, the first step make client that are connected by queue server. The second step, client will record history or activities in server. The third step, recorded of history is a sequence of data couldn’t be used for information. In the next step, have doing sorting a list of data will be stored and used as a source of data to make report monitoring a queue.The result of monitoring system is a report monitoring queue of comprising from reporting the real time a occurred queue, reporting the total queue, reporting the counter services (the amount queue per counter), reporting the services (total service, total service time) that’s manager HRD used to evaluate queue system. Keywords: monitoring, queue, saving and loan, socketserver, client server

Surabaya has great potential in the field of tourism, one corresponding to the tourism potential of Surabaya is a shopping tour. The emergence of various shopping malls and entertainment facilities are diverse, can be one of the biggest assets for Surabaya to turn into the City Shopping Tour. City Government (City Government) Surabaya, which this year plans to increase the attraction Surabaya, was not accompanied by step guide wisata.Sehingga increasing number of tourists who travel to Surabaya less informative about where and what can be obtained as a shopping tour of Surabaya. Shopping information retrieval applications in android based mobile by using the indoor map, which is a technology that uses the internet and mobile phones to access the required information to the tenant level.
