Abstract

Division of Management & Information Systems (MIS) is a division that has the responsibility to maintain and protect the information and communication technology (ICT) that existed at Tanjung Perak Branch PELINDO III in order to run properly. In dealing with any issues regarding IT tools, SMI division experienced difficulties in accepting the complaint information and perform assignments to address those problems. Obstacles that complicate operations division SMI may cause disruption of the company's business processes. Of the problems IT Helpdesk information systems made ??by observing work in priority handling to provide helpdesk solution. Priority of the problem is determined by adopting the method delbeq and supporting information to the management, the system provides information about the value of MTTR, MTBF, reliability and availability of IT devices. From the results of evaluation of the system is done, the system is able to provide reporting facilities issues, advising assignments, provides information on the issues, provide information MTTR, MTBF, availability and reliability. Abstract

Computer ownership is increasing makes users more or less will affect the number of users who interact with it. Based on the results of research conducted National Center Education Statistics (NCES, 2003). Segmentation of Internet use in adolescents in this age range as much as 42 use it to complete school assignments, while 38 percent use email or chat facilities which includes playing games online, and 22 percent subsequently use the internet for browsing and searching for information. But not all the content containing educational information, and also a lot of negative information that is not compliant accessible to children. To solve this problem it created a system that can monitor the activities of users such as children when accessing the computer in realtime using the Cloud To Device Messaging Service (C2DM) on Android smartphones by parents. Given the android smartphone is also a handset that is able to always connect to the Internet for realtime data synchronization is different from ordinary mobile phones to be done manually. Abstract

Abstract: PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia is a fast food franchise company, typical of the Middle East, which is now more widely known. Besides the franchise, PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia also provides raw materials to supply all outlets throughout Indonesia. Warehouse which located in Surabaya can supply approximately 20 outlets. The large number of outlets and demand for raw materials which are uncertain, make the Division of Logistics warehouse in Surabaya often face problems in providing raw material for franchises and outlets. Problems can be solved by use the forecasting application to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse. Forecasting application was made from data collection, data preparation, and build application model. Based on the results of data collection, obtained pattern of the data which is tend seasonal and trend so applications forecasting use Exponential Smoothing Winter method. The next phase is implementing and evaluating applications that have been designed, whether running as expected or not. Forecasting application that was created can help Logistics Division to determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided in Surabaya warehouse based on past demand data. Report of forecasting results and list the amount of raw materials that must be purchased is expected to meet the demand for franchise and independent outlets. Abstract

The cause of low yield of soybean in Indonesia, among others is a disease. To find out what disease that attacks soybean crops needed an expert in the field of agriculture. Disease that often impairs the soybean plant is rust. In addition to lowering the yield, rust disease also potentially lower the quality of soybean seeds. In addition to these there are many more diseases that are present in the soy plant. Expert system for soybean disease defines is one alternative to detect disease of soybean. The method used is rule based system and forward chaining method. The system will be made to provide an unbiased decision about the type of disease affecting soybean and handling. Web based system is built in order to spread information more accessible. Result of the application that have been tested by three expert crops by conducting interview and application testing performed eight times on each trial expert. Based on test result obtained from 24 experiments by expert is 22 times the experiment successfully identified soybean disease and two trials did not identify soybean disease. The trial result concluded the expert system can determine soybean disease based on symptoms in plant soybean.
