Abstract

Abstract: In the scope of ticket sales, PT Fefva Tours & Travel has many sub-agent who can not know the status of transaction. Currently active sub-agent only do the transactions depending on market conditions and the promo. In addition, there are also sub-agents that are non-active and not being able to sell the tickets. Under these conditions it will have an impact on the level of sales and profit levels of sales will decline so it does not meet the sales and profit targets have been determined. From these problems, it created an performance monitoring information system of sub-agent in the sale of airlines tickets. This system can count the ticket sales transaction as the basis for measuring the performance of a sub-agent in accordance with the predetermined targets during a specific time period. This system also requires a MBO method (Management By Objective) for an evaluation that focuses on how good the performance of the sub-agent. With this information system can help companies to produce monitoring reports sales and performance of profit earnings sub-agent based targets and a predetermined time period. In addition, it can be used as a performance evaluation process sub-agent in accordance with the objectives established by the company.

Abstract

The midwifery ( akbid ) is an institution of higher education educate of professional in obstetrics. So far all activities in academic manual still in so many problem that happens. Problem that happens when registration among other data noted in the paper thus still missing, krs students takes a long time because the krs still manual. Besides students difficulty know schedule college, values and the presence of because there were no application that presents. There is also an obstacle in the calculation of the value of print and khs since recording value still use microsoft excel.The solution offered was the creation of academic applications which include new student registration process online, ploting class, managing data master, schedule lecture, krs students be done in online, managing data presence, managing data values and yudisium.Designed build the system information academic web-based it may help problems recording data new students, simplify the process krs and scheduling college. Application could also help in knowing schedule lecture and the presence of value. In addition ease the process calculation of the value, print khs and transcript value and produce report of value and graduation students.

Abstract

Abstract: Goat fattening business in Indonesia generally still used traditional system. In fact, managed properly can bring higher profit. Difficulties in management of fattening goats resulted in difficulty finding replacement feed that delivers optimum results in the maintenance and the purpose of fattening goats, because it requires a long time to find out the results to added weight. Based on the issue above, the optimizer application architecture feed the goats can be formulate that is capable of sufficient nutritional needs of goats such as proteins and nutrients that are appropriate to the needs of each goat.

Abstract

UKM Gajah Nasional is one of the production company that produces product of household furniture in cormorant them , pots and pans .For this in determining the price of basic production is still using the basis of estimates .The price of basic production was obtained by means of the value of the use of raw materials, labor costs and overhead at about. UKM Gajah Nasional in determining the percentage mark up also use the basis of estimates , like adding a few percent of the price of basic production is based on with without calculation .This will impact to the level of sales companies and indirectly affect income received .In this study the issue resolved by developing a system of information selling price. Is targeted to the selling price plus with mark up' boarding product .So that in designing the application of the determination of the selling price to be built , need some information will be the input of the determination of the selling price .The price of basic information such as production and information and data that would be expected profit of non ( the cost of production and marketing costs ) administration .

Abstract

An Administration Document is necessary for sales vehicle and must be completed by customers. This Administrative document collection is done at the one of Astra isuzu branch because this process involving cooperation between customers, sales units, Sales leasing, An Administration document for vehicle sales also serves as one of the absolute requirement on leasing demand credit application chosen by the applicant vehicle loans and determine the vehicle's credit application is accepted or not. There is a problem that has occurred during this time, where there are no regulation about deadline for collection of Administrative document that make delays in the all process of ordering vehicles. With the implementation of the Administrative Workflow Systems in this Monitoring system can help the customer to accelerate the collection of administration documents of sales vechicle and help the sales unit to immediately process the customer booking request and help sales leasing to immediately process subcribers vehicle if the loan application is accepted or not.

Abstract

Library of Surabaya government provides the aim of ensuring the service which is always oriented to the satisfaction of the people. For that reason, it needs customer satisfaction measurement procedure. However, Surabaya library has difficulties in processing data, analyzing data, up to the present report. It has an impact on delays and errors in reporting the results of the measurement of customer satisfaction. To overcome these problems, it was made an application as the solution of analyzing the effect of service quality. The process of making the application starts from data processing to determine the value of the variables. The results of the process were analyzed using linear regression method. This method can indicate a causal relationship to know which types of library services affect customer satisfaction. Further analysis of the results can be presented in the form of a report automatically as the results of the analysis of customer satisfaction in Surabaya library. At the implementation phase, this application is used to demonstrate the feasibility of testing the value of 100%. Based on tests on sample data questionnaire in 2012 for public library service, the result showed that service quality influences the customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Diabetus Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that is increasing from year to year. Patients with diabetes mellitus (diabetes) type 2 can be treated with appropriate dietary adjustments. In determining the composition of foodstuffs are still awaiting laboratory data with diabetes and the calculation process composition of foodstuffs still run manually so it takes a long time. This causes parts of poly nutrition requires a medium to help speed up the process of determining the composition of food for people with diabetes. Based on the above problems, the solutions that can be done is to create an application that can assist in determining the composition of poly nutritional food for people with diabetes. VB.Net based applications used by using SQL Server database. This application requires a diabetes blood test results, then the system will result in the determination of the composition of food for those with diabetes. The results showed that poly-party applications can help to support the determination of the nutritional composition of foods for people with diabetes is. As evidenced by the results of experiments conducted to 10 people with diabetes with the result of improved data accuracy of 20%, improved speed of 9.78 minutes and the data relevant to 40%. This application can also provide information about the composition of foodstuffs along with taboo food for people with diabetes Keywords: Pola Makan, Diabetus Mellitus, Poli Gizi

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Surabaya is a Surabaya Government institution who has responsibility in medical of Surabaya people. Dinkes kota Surabaya has a section in controling and eradicating of communicable desease where its role  is preventing and overcoming city communicable desease. And the one of communicable desease is Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a communicable desease was caused by microbacterium tuberculosa where it was more infected the lungs than any organs of the body. On the progress of controling tuberculosis, Dinkes Kota Surabaya had the problem in monitoring and eveluation proses where it was caused by the presentation form today still unrealtime than it takes a lot of time to find out the changing.Based on the problem was said, it was known that  Dinkes Kota Surabaya need information system which can be monitoring and evaluating realtime.And based on the test result and evaluation, information system that was created can be monitoring and evaluating realtime, then Dinkes kota Surabaya can act quickly if it got puskesmas in minimum line indikator.

Abstract

Abstract:Pusat Penjaminan Mutu (PPM) is a unit that is specifically tasked with ensuring quality of service and teaching at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES) Hospital Foundation. Dr. Soetomo. PPM is currently having some problems in data management evaluation of the learning process. One such obstacle is because the data management evaluation of the learning process is still done manually. This causes the management process takes approximately two months, resulting in the evaluation of the learning process to be blocked.Based on these problems made design evaluation data processing applications web-based teaching and learning process that contains the process of making inquiries, the preparation of the questionnaire, questionnaires, and processing questionnaires. In the stage of preparation of this application using SDLC stages watterfall models.The results showed that the application of data processing evaluation learning process can help the STIKES. This is proved by the test results to Kaprodi, lecturers, and student evaluation data processing applications learning process has to meet the needs of each party, as evidenced by the results of experiments conducted to each party declared unfit for use.Keywords: Application, Evaluation, Questionnire

Abstract

CV. Harapan Jaya Tenda adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur. Perusahaan ini memproduksi berbagai macam jenis tenda sesuai dengan tingkat keperluannya. Proses produksi dilakukan berdasarkan pesanan dari pelanggan yang diterima oleh bagian marketing, untuk kemudian diteruskan ke bagian perencanaan. Setelah itu bagian perencanaan mulai membuat rencana kemajuan produksi, rencana kebutuhan bahan baku, rencana kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan rencana biaya lain-lain untuk nantinya digunakan sebagai pembanding dalam proses realisasi kemajuan produksi, realisasi kebutuhan bahan baku, realisasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan realisasi biaya lain-lain.Proses pemantauan yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan beberapa kendala dalam pengerjaan proyek, termasuk dalam pengendalian bahan baku, sehingga kurang dapat memberikan evaluasi yang baik untuk progress pengerjaan proyek dan kekurangan kebutuhan bahan baku dalam pengerjaan proyek. Ditinjau dari permasalahan diatas maka diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi dalam monitoring dan evaluasi, beserta pengendalian bahan baku yang digunakan dalam proses produksi, sehingga dapat dikelola secara efektif untuk dapat memberikan evaluasi dari hasil monitoring pengerjaan proyek berupa laporan yang dapat digunakan sebagai perbandingan antara rencana dengan realisasi.Berdasarkan uji coba yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan antara lain menampilkan laporan perencanaan dan realisasi bahan baku, tenaga kerja, kemajuan produksi, biaya lain-lain, laporan safety stock yang didapatkan dari perhitungan metode safety stock berdasarkan service level, dimana data yang digunakan dalam perhitungan diperoleh dari realisasi kebutuhan bahan baku per periode bulan sebelumnya
