Abstract

National Hospital is a modern private hospital of international standard established in 2010 in Surabaya. National Hospital wants to integrate existing modality cardiology section with its PACS. There are three main problems in the integration process, namely: (1) PACS that there can not display the data waveform (DICOM 3.0 supplement 30), (2) there is a modality resting ECG is not standard DICOM 3.0 so it can not communicate directly with PACS, and (3) resting ECG output data in XML format instead of 3.0 DICOM supplement 30. The solution to this problem is the application of ECG viewer that is integrated with PACS. ECG viewer application can handle communication from the modality DICOM 3.0 standard, namely ultrasound and treadmills, as well as from the resting ECG modality that is not standard DICOM 3.0. Further, the application of ECG viewer can convert XML data output from the resting ECG modality into DICOM 3.0 standard supplements 30 and make PACS can display a graphic waveform of the standard DICOM 3.0 file supmen 30.

Abstract

Asri Busana store in the procurement of goods based on consumer interest. Procurement can’t run properly because the information obtained was limited to recapitulation the bill of sale, to determine consumer interest so far only based on the results recapitulation of the bill of sale to see the total units sold of each item. Resulting piled of inventory.From the problems, with the sales turnover of information systems that can be detailed by type of goods, name of goods, brand and size by using the sell-through method can help existing problems. The process of calculating the value of sales turnover of goods is by dividing the sales units with units of Goods Available for Sale .Reporting from the system are reported sales turnover of goods that can be detailed by type of goods, name of goods, brand and size. With a sales turnover information system, can help Asri Busana Stores in planning the purchase of goods.

Abstract

At this time, High school 12 Surabaya is one of the favorite High School in West Surabaya area with a level of accreditation with the value of accreditation is 87. With the value of accreditation 87, is still not considered to be maximum by the principal of High school 12 Surabaya because the value of accreditation is still not safe for value accreditation in High school, High school school 12 Surabaya determined to improve the value of academic performance to fit the 8 components of accreditation.To support the plan, needed a system that can give information about the condition of academic performance that occurs this time appropriate with the supporting component in the accreditation assessment. One alternative to solve this problem is build a system that can give the right information in the academic performance to fit 8 components of accreditation. Abstract

Regional Water Company (PDAM) Surabaya is an engaged  instantion in the field of public service. One of the company's mission is to provide superior service to its customers. Thus the analysis of customer satisfaction becomes important to know whether a given service in accordance with the wishes of the customer. There is the problem based on the analysis of customer satisfaction. It is how to analyze customer satisfaction and generate a report that will be used as a repair and improvement of customer service quality. Analysis of customer satisfaction application is the solution to these problems, where the application can perform in the process of surveying, data analysis, and reporting of analytical results. Customers can fill a questionnaire online, after that the data collected will be analyzed by using a characteristics calculation system, satisfaction index, and the importance of performance analysis. the analysis results will be a reported  and will be used by  the management of PDAM Surabaya  as an evaluation of service quality.

Abstract

PT Remaja Perdana Engineering is a company engaged in the field of industrial tanks made of steel. The company is located in JL. 224 Sukomanunggal, Surabaya. The products produced by this company are transportation tanks, water tanks and underground tanks that are useful as a media holding.The system is currently used by the company to accept orders is by way of accommodating all orders coming from the customers, and will be scheduled in sequence according to the orders that come in advance which will be scheduled for production. If the company does not have a good scheduling process, companies will experience difficulties in determining the production process come from customers.On the explanation of the above in mind that problems encountered by PT Remaja Perdana Engineering is the process by which it is known that production scheduling system used by the company is not effective, because the waiting time problem impacts on each slot machine. Upon the impact, the company harmed due to the processing of the old product, are at risk of losing customer loyalty, customer will re-think to perform orders if the waiting time is too long. If these problems were not immediately given a solution then the company will suffer losses because the company was forced to reject orders which came due to suboptimal scheduling production owned by the company at this time.Based on problems in the background above, then designed a scheduling optimization of production applications up. The method used is to evaluate the methods included in this priority rule is first come first serve (FCFS), earliest due dates (EDD), Shortest procesing time (SPT), longest processing time (LPT). based on an evaluation of four methods will produce the best method for any period, the evaluation was conducted based on parameters, namely the average resolution time, utilization, number of jobs, the delay in the work.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) in Surabaya is a Surabaya city government agencies responsible for public health Surabaya. Surabaya city Health Department has a section which has the task of disaster outbreak that improve family health and prevent and overcome disease. And One of them is with their immunizations to determine immunization coverage or Univesal Child Immunization (UCI) in Dinkes Surabaya. UCI is a condition of achieving complete basic immunization of all infants under one year of age.In carrying out the complete basic immunization program (UCI), the health department of Surabaya city experienced difficulties in implementing the monitoring and evaluation due to the form of presentation that is currently not on time so as to determine the change takes a long time.Based on the above problems, Dinkes Surabaya need information systems that can perform monitoring and evaluation in a timely manner.Based on the results of testing and evaluation, it is known that the information system is made to conduct monitoring and evaluation in a timely manner, so that the Dinkes Surabaya City can immediately take action if it finds that health centers are still in the minimum limit indicator.

Abstract

Abstract: The administrative file monitoring application serves to determine the extent to which the course of the management of administrative records. The administrative file services include the completion of Decree (SK) retired, cards employee, cards wife (Karis) and cards husband (KARSU), SK promotion, SK relocate the working area, until the determination of candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS), Review Work Period (PMK), Mutation family, dependents leave outside the State (CLTN), the appointment of civil servants over 2 years (C2). Of the existing system there be some problems including the lack of monitoring facilities in each part file, do not report how many files that are already resolved and unresolved and the absence of sorting and search facility on incoming files by date and name of the local agencies. Of the existing problems will require monitoring and file control information system for the BKN Regional II, so it can help the BKN Regional II monitor administrative file in and out of each agency areas in the district or city throughout East Java.

Abstract

Abstract: Telkom IS SSM (Service Support Management Information System) is a unit of PT Telekomunkasi Indonesian supporters for performing maintenance of telecommunication equipment infrastructure. IS SSM units do not have a standards regarding problem management process, making it less valid in determining the identification of a problem. Managers will cancel if the problem solver does not have a solution. As a result, the problem can not be resolved immediately disrupt the operations of the company. Due to the lack of specific parties to accept and perform filtering problem, the process of identifying the problem has not gone well. The solution of the above constraints make the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) problem management process by following the ITIL V3 framework. Made through the four phases, the first to conduct stakeholder interviews to determine the processes that occur and the policy implemented. Second make the mapping process management problems. Third create a document that will generate SOPs, Work Instructions (IK), Records Work (RK), and the fourth stage of the planning document checks evaluate IT problem management with stakeholders in the IS unit SSM. Abstract

HSE (health, safety, environment, dan module and training) department is one of PT bangun Sarana Baja department who support wokshop and company operational. But with the delay in the approval request from the demand for workshops, it creates workshop preparation time is reduced and the incidence of additional costs, such as employee overtime costs and cost penalties from stakeholder (ninecone) in the field. Next issue is the absence of  reports for requirements needs and purchasing needs of all parts of the workshop, it makes the general admin recapitalize back in the form of all the parts at any time if required reporting. Based on these problems, then the author made the application workflow approval requests for workshop needs based on web, where  in this system there is a data input request form, data input purchase form, the allocation needs form and features of approval online to send a notification when there is a demand needs, so as to solve the problem of approval delays that could hamper the process of the workshop. The conclusion on trial results that have been conducted, the application workflow approval requests for workshop needs can be done online, able to generate reports of recapitulation demand needs, the purchase requirement report, allocating demand report  and data recapitulation report from all section.

Abstract

The diversity of the community in Surabaya can be quite diverse. In addition to the public consists of Surabaya city itself, also consists of non-Surabaya. The Surabaya city communities would require public facilities such as hospitals, bank, or university. Non-residents of Surabaya is not easy to find the desired public facilities, given that non-Surabaya residents do not know the location of public facilities in the city of Surabaya.Existence of the desired public facilities as well as the route to be taken. To support this capability, this system will be developed on Android-based mobile devices for supporting feature Global Positioning System (GPS) and mobile Google Map (mGMap). In order for the location of public facilities as well as the route to be taken by the more accurate method used Ant Colony, Ant Colony method work is by adding pheromone on edge-edge which is the best part of the tour are determined from the start of the algorithm is executed. The advantage of this method is capable of determining the shortest distance to the desired location of public facilities accurately by using more parameters. Some of the most influential parameter is the number of cycles, the number of routes, as well as the number of nodes used.With this system people are expected to know the location of Surabaya public facilities appropriately and accurately.
