Abstract

Processing value of final report in SMK Negeri 1 Cerme should be based on the curriculum of 2013.  Problem that occurs in the curiculum 2013 is that every teacher  must delve with rules for marking process that is considered to be more difficult than the previous curriculum. In that curriculum, every subjects consist of several types marking, i.e marking for knowledge acceptance comprises of daily marking, mid term exam and final a lot of final. Second  marking for skill comprises of laboratorium marking, projects and portfolio. The last type of marking is the attitude marking that consist of observations, self-assessment, peer assessment. After having the value of knowledge, skills and attitude then do checking on the value of the minimum completeness criteria, if the value is in compliance then calculated the ledger value from all values. After the interval values are converted according to standards that have been defined on the SMK, which will be obtained predicate value and the value of the description.With the application for processing the value of report cards, is expected value will be arranged neatly, and can control the value easily, because there will be a notification regarding the value has not been entered. The headmaster also facilitated in monitoring development of value each lesson. While students will also easy to see the value they get from teaching and learning activities at this time.

Abstract

PT Tunggal Djaja Indah estabilished in 1963. PT Tunggal Djaja Indah (PT.TDI) the paint factory is a leading paint manufacturer in Indonesia with many experiences in the field of industrial paints. ISO 9001 which has obtained is a proof of seriousness company. Human resource is one of the source of competitive advantage and the key element that are important to achieve a success in competing to achieve the goal. An individual employee performance improvement will encourage the overall human resource that can increase the productivity. Performance assessment is a right answer to the description above. Based on observations and interviews, the company discovered a problem in the process of assessment items were assessed to be in general and not detailed, although the company has structured competency standarts, and the frequent occurrence of errors in the records and the calculation of the assessment data is still done manually as well as the length of time  required for run multiple processes in performance assessment. To overcome these problem it will be made an application solution Employee Performance Assessment Based on Competence for PT.TDI. This Application can shorten the process and the time it takes from 26 days to 9 days in the employee performance assessment phase by way of doing automation with competency data recording (1 day), valuation (6 days), valuation analysis (4 days), assessment approval (1 day), reporting the result of the performance assessment (1day).

Abstract

Existing activities in the Pharmacies Sinar Jaya namely the process of selling the pharmacies Sinar Jaya that customers make orders to the sales department, sales department provides customer request to the warehouse to check demand the drug, when the drug is requested is available, then the warehouse will give part sales, parts sales will make a memorandum in duplicate, one sheet will be provided to customers as well as the requested drug. One sheet was again kept on file. some constraints on the sale of drugs at pharmacies, namely in the warehouse not have a standard in recording drug stocks, do not have a minimum stock in the drug warehouse stock control for the warehouse just ordered the item if the amount of the stock is getting low. Reports on sales was recorded using excel. Based on the analysis of sales reports in november and december 2014, has a percentage of 32% of goods are often sold but the inventory is empty, unsold goods are 10% and 59% the rest of the items contained in the drug stocks.                         From the test results of applications that have been done on Pharmacy Sinar Jaya, the conclusions that can be drawn is the app has generated information about System Administration on Sales to menentukana minimum stock on each - each drug and report details of a report on drug sales, information items behavior in the selling, and monitoring of expired goods.Keywords: Management,Aplication, Drug Stock, .

Abstract

CV .Azaria Abadi Permai is a manufacturing company of furniture made fromwood base. A furniture produced from the company that are located in Jetis,Mojokerto areas is a closet , the table , a chair , a rack versatile and custom furniture that as requested by customers. Furniture products are distributed to different cities in Indonesia and foreign country.Currently the process of furniture sales to the customers can only be achieved by telephone, e-mail and coming directly into the company .The impact from that is customers it mostly comes from the other city must first waiting for the information about ordered furniture products. In addition, interactions among the associated with the furniture selling process now has not computerized well, so the data and information that relating to the selling process is still not organized. Solutions to solve the problem is designing and building web based application of furniture sales. With the web based furniture sales application, customers should have known the information about the ordered furniture easily.This application is also made to help interaction companies to the customers and the interaction among parts of CV.Azaria Abadi Permai so therefore data and information that relating to the furniture selling process can be well managed. Keywords : Furniture Sales, Web Based Sales Application.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country with high levels of humidity . High humidity levels can make a flourish of mushrooms , one of which is a fungal disease of the skin. many people assume that the skin fungal disease if left unchecked it can heal itself . it is so wrong , skin fungal diseases if not faster handling of it will have a negative effect on human health it . one of the adverse effects will occur in humans as a permanent hair loss or hearing loss . the existence of such problems is then made of skin fungal disease expert system uses certainty factor method . in order to help people who suffer from fungal diseases of the skin. after the system is created by the acquisition of knowledge from experts , to replace the expert and has been tested with a black box method can result out of 100 % . so that the system is fit for use by people suffering from fungal diseases of the skin.

Abstract

Pengembangan dan Penerapan Teknologi Informasi (PPTI) is a part in the Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom) whose role is important to ensure the course of Systems and Information Technology (STI) to support the business processes running on Stikom Surabaya. Currently PPTI not yet have a standard for managing IT services to determine whether the service is worth it or not to use, it is because PPTI not have IT service portfolio. Given these constraints PPTI can not know whether the service is functioning properly or not as an attempt to evaluate the IT services. The solution in the above problems, the planning service portfolio management based on standard ITIL version 3. Purpose to produce a document IT service portfolio that generates the details of IT services and IT service management in PPTI Stikom Surabaya. The results of the planning service portfolio management in the form of document service portfolio, which contains 10 services Retired services, 5 Service Service Catalogue, and 8 services Service Pipeline, as well as the standard document review services portfolio, investment analysis values and priorities, as well as IT service management and document review procedures service portfolio, investment analysis values and priorities, as well as IT service management.

Abstract

Pujasera Enam Belas make serious efforts to give the best service to consumer and outlet owners to increase revenue of the Pujasera. The main problem is process of ordering food is on each of outlets and the payment is also paid by consumer in each outlet. This could make manipulation of finance from the outlet employee. Sales recap which take a long time. And also with conventional method could make mistake in calculation of revenue sharing. Because of the problems listed above, an application which can solve all that problem is needed. Based on the problems, the solution was made are to design and make an application which could manage pujasera with centered cashier system. The application could record the cooperation between outlet owner and head of pujasera, like the sum of omset. The owner of outlet would not be bothered with order transaction and payment, so the owner could focus to serve the food. Result from testing shows that the application could help in managing process of Pujasera Enam Belas, which are: granted user access, employee registration, rent registration, outlet registration, outlet contract payment, selling transaction, sale report making, sale outlet report, and so on.

Abstract

The cupping is one of heritage from traditional treatment for muslims, who is now increasingly rare to be implemented. Sometimes a therapist get obstacles in determining the location of the point of a bruise and a combination of cupping point code consisting of 135 code point of cupping. Factors that influence it is the length of time needed to do a combination with point code of cupping disease based on the point of cupping. The application of a cupping therapy guide made can be applied to operating system android. It can ease a therapist to determine the location of the point of cupping to be more easily and quickly. Based on the results of the tryouts and the results of the questionnaire to 10 people therapist cupping, shows that an assessment of learnability 70,7 %, efficiency 74 %, memorability 76 %, error 72 %, satisfaction 76,7 %. Total the results of the questionnaire of 73,88 % means system has been running well. Application it may help therapist determining the location of point cupping.

Abstract

CV. Dwi Star is a company engaged in the field of importers of stationery, such as a stapler, perforator, cash box, stick note, display book, tape dispenser, glue, binders swing clip, calculator, and others. Stationery has various brands, such as Eagle, Phoenix, Pronto, Retype, Fastener, Bofa, Nashua, Pentel, and others. The goods were shipped from abroad, with prices following the dollar exchange rate, so that the sales price is uncertain (unstable). Is currently marketing the product on the company's CV. Dwi Star conducted by a salesman. Salesman has a dual role in his work, that salesman not only did the ordering of products but also offer the products, finding new customers, and collect debts.Salesman will going around in various area in Indonesia (except Papua). The process of roving salesman in one area takes one week to three weeks. In the process, salesmen will offer their products by bringing a catalog that contains information on products. The goods list (catalogs) are placed in a folder with the current total of about 49 sheets containing dozens of products types and kinds of this product does not include the same number but different product types, sizes, and colors. Salesman also perform the billing process to customers who still had debt. List of the bill will be created manually by the enterprise admin. Salesman collect the debt from the customer and the customer can pay off the debt in three ways, namely transfer, demand deposits, and cash. Confirmation of payment is only be completed by a salesman and a customer, and then salesmen will confirm it to the current company admin after the salesman back to the company. It creates opportunities to  cheat by the salesman.In connection with these problems, it is proposed Operational Information System Design Based Salesman Android that can be taken anywhere. Android-based operational applications salesman is devoted to help the salesman operational performance. The salesman operational applications provide useful product information to assist in the search speed of goods and prices thats up to date, can order the products, the addition of new customers, and displays a list of customer billing sent by e-mail to admin.

Abstract

UD. Mekaryo Utomo is trade enterprises which is engaged in the sale of building materials. In business development UD. Mekaryo Utomo use the warehouse as a place to store inventory. Processes that are currently running to include the process of ordering, receiving, the process of expenditures, and reporting processes. The development of technology can be utilized to create a solution to assisting in the application of UD. Mekaryo Utomo in performing inventory control that will assist in the administration of recording entry and exit of goods, supervision of the inventory in the warehouse to ensure service to customers, accelerating in making the reports required by management. Based on the results of the previous discussion, it can be concluded from this study produced an information system for monitoring entry and exit of goods in the warehouse. determine the quantity and at the right time to make orders to suppliers, and may provide the reports required by the management quickly and accurately.
