Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is a state-owned company that runs the business as a provider of port service facilities (traffic activities of vessels and goods) in the whole territory of the port management. Traffic from ship visits in 2013 grew. , 46% from 2012. This increase pushed the management to afford competitive by developing and building an infrastructure that can support the smooth business operations. In doing development and infrastructure development are the risks that may occur with regard to cost, time and quality of the project, where the company should be able to manage the risk of the project management of information technology, however PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III does not currently have Standard Operation and Procedure ( SOP) to identify risks in any information technology project being run. The absence of standard SOP in identifying the risks of project procurement lead Sub-Directorate of Risk Management and Quality have difficulty in overcoming the risk that the information technology project is being executed.The purpose of this research is to design a risk management document that projects that focus on procurement refers to the ISO 31000 framework in the form of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) is used to manage the risk of the procurement of information technology projects. Risk management planning procurement of information technology projects generate Standadrd Operation Procedure Risk Management and Work Instructions that the company needs to conduct risk identification procurement of information technology projects

Abstract

yulia bakery is a small business that specializes in food, especially bread. yulia bakery has two branches located in different cities. yulia bakery producing bread every day to meet the sales and reservations. yulia in the bakery business processes have constraints in terms of sales services. consumers have to wait for the cashier to make a bill of sale and record sales into notebook sales. As for the constraints in the reports received by the owner can not be accepted every day. to overcome these problems then made a bread sales information system using web-services that will help service the cashier to be faster and also the reception received by the owner to be faster. reports received faster will help the owner to make the right decisions for yulia bakery

Abstract

Regional autonomy is a right, power and obligations of autonomous regions in order to organize and manage their own affairs and interests of the local communities in accordance with the legislation. Local governments are required to work hard to be independent in financing most of its development budget. Currently recording process management of existing assets of local government Nagekeo District still has obstacles including in the asset inventory PEMDA Nagekeo District still irregular in recording data assets remain the area resulting in the absence of data on fixed assets details of the record is not complete, such as the condition of the property, the location where the assets are located, where the assets are used, how many assets the cost of acquisition of the asset.

Abstract

PT Elang Jagad is a metal manufacturing company which produce furnace stoves. During this time the orders company an average of 10,000 units. Company have capacity which can only supply 7,500 units and no unfulfilled residual orders so that orders delayed continuously every month. The company currently can not make an engine  investment decision. This is because the company is not able to analyze the feasibility of the investment calculation. From these problems PT Elang Jagad requires a differential accounting information system for count buy or not to buy the machine, it created an application feasibility calculation of investment assets. This system can count the difference between the value of investments to revenues net cash / net present value, rate of average profit investments / average rate of return, how fast the investment return / payback period, the ratio of investment value with receipts of cash / profitability index and the interest rate of investment / internal rate of return as the basis for measuring the feasibility of the investment.This application is able to generate a report calculating the net present value, payback period, average rate of return, internal rate of return, profitability index and to produce the feasibility of the investment information that can be used to give alternative investment decision-making machinery in PT Elang Jagad.

Abstract

Berliana Sada Mandiri (BSM) is a distributor of medicines, multivitamins and minerals for livestock. BSM sells 32 types of drugs, obtained from suppliers or manufacturers. BSM serve a variety of customers such as cooperatives (KUD), small farmers, ranchers medium, large farmers, medical assistants and veterinarians whose scattered throughout Java. A large number of customers with the different needs of drugs made warehouse staff had trouble and need a long time to serve the customer transaction and create sales reports.The problem can be solved by using the application of livestock drug sales. This application is built with waterfall method of software development models, starting from data collection, data preparation, model building applications, and build applications. Based on data collection warehouse BSM requires a database to store drugs, customers, supply of drugs, and sales transactions. Recorded data can be easily accessed again, so the warehouse staff did not take long to serve transactions, and make a report.Applications livestock drug sales may help drug record and store data, customers, and all sales transactions each day. The application can also calculate all sales transactions and generate sales reports quickly and accurately each month. So the warehouse staff did not take long to make the report.

Abstract

UD. New Sehati is small and medium entreprises (SME) which stand since January 2000. This SME move in production and sell many kinds of chips. The sell activity in UD. New Sehati begin from registration of stock product, registration sells, order, retur, barter and report which is connected sells. The problem happened is indispline ini registration administration sells, management income, order which directly to owner which is not written by employee, registration flow stock product, retur, and barter, with doesn’t have report which connected sells. The solution to solve problem is made information system which can made to save the master data is needed. Registration stock product in warehouse and shop, registration transaction is happened, history from the registration and manage that data become the report which connected sells to make easier the owner to do control and evaluation, with can take the decision to make bisnis strategy in entreprise. The conclusion result of test and try which has done information system this sell is produce result nineteen (19) report with connected sells which can used by the owner as subject for evaluation to take decision and make strategy of business in entreprises.

Abstract

PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a company that engages in seafood industry. This company has been exporting their processed products to several countries in Southeast Asia, America, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, China, Korea, Japan and many other countries in the African region. The export process in this company involving several divisions, marketing departments, export division, and documentation division. The complexity of the export process which accompanied by the many parties that interact in this process often causes delays in the administrative process export, this is caused by: 1) employee who related to export administration processes was on duty outside, 2) supporting documents for export administration process has not been submitted to other involved departments. Based on these problems, it was built a web-based export administrative management application that implements administrative workflow system that is supported by push notification techniques such as SMS Gateway to handle the existing problems.

Abstract

On the processing officers are still use microsoft excel for performing calculations customer satisfaction that require a long process in the questionnaire and will have an impact on delays in the construction of the evaluation.On a calculation the questionnaire is only in the average satisfaction users and descriptive analysis.In the process of making final report was late as service representative difficulties in the decision to improve the service.For want of customer services will continue to increase who made the gap between hope users and library service.So based on these problems, then required analysis users application satisfaction library. The application can help raise, store, cultivate all the questionnaire at a time and he knows the gap between hope and the fact that able to improve services properly.Then will be tested validity and reliabilitasnya employing correlation product momment pearson and cronbach alpha.After a questionnaire valid data and it is reliable, then will be calculation using modeling gap analysis. With the application it may help staff of the agency library and chancery east java to analyse satisfaction visitors exact in service of the library.

Abstract

UD Eka is a manufacturing company that sells goods as well as raw materials for footwear manufacture such as soles and heels. The products will be sold to several distributors, while for the sale of basic raw materials the manufacture of footwear is marketed to the craftsmen outside the company. In conducting sales activities to customers, UD Eka has problems in providing credit limit to customers who have bad credit record. So that will result in stalled credit payments by customers in the future. In addition, the company also experienced the problem of lack of good oversight of the company's receivables. Based on the problems currently problem, then made a system that can solve these problems. From these transactions can generate accounts receivable age, maturity receivable report, maturity receivable report, customer contribution report, product contribution report, customer sales trend report, and product sales trend report. From the test results, applications that have been made to generate reports related to sales and control of receivables that are expected to assist companies in making decisions related to the number of bad debts.

Abstract

The treatment clinic located at Jl. Dr.Soetomo 2A Kelurahan Tawanganom, Magetan District in engaged in the field of services namely the field of treatment. Currentyly handling patient medical record is still manual that doctors note by hand every result of examination of patient medical record data in status folder until the note by hand every result of examination of patient medical record data in status folder until the note become one bundl. When doctors want to see the progress of the patient beforehand should look for one by one history of patients in one bundle and convey to the patients in one bundle and convey to the patient to take a long time. Another problem encountered is the vulnerability of loss of medical record data caused by negligence of the officer in the store od damaged when needed. Loss of patient medical records makes it difficult for physicians to determine medical measures. Given these problems, Klinik Palembang Treatment requires an application that can provide solutions to help solve problems by designing a web-based medical record application. This medical record application features a menu of registration process, patient recording, prescription recording, and drug payment. With the application is expected to facilitate the Clinic Treatment Palembang to see the development of patients to drug service.
