Abstract

Hang tuah university surabaya has  an official website, click at  www.hangtuah.ac.id which facilitates a lot of information that can be accessed by the users.The website contains  such as the profil of the college, the bureau, research foundation and community services, technical implement unit (upt), faculty's information, students activity, UHT facility, regulation, scholarship information, and job vacancy.On this research, we do some analysis of the impact of services quality, scholarship information and foundation at website of hang tuang university surabaya about users' satisfaction based on the least user and visitor perception using webqual method. We collect data by giving online and offline questionnaire. The result of questionnaire is analysed based on webqual's indication. Then the questionnaire data result is tested its validity, reliability, classical assumption testing as a condition of linear regression testing.Based on the research that has been done so we conclude that the usage's quality (usability), the information  quality and the interaction  quality have the significant positive impact on users' satisfaction. The impact is about 67,6%. Key Words :  Website Service Quality, Users Satisfaction, Linear Regression.

Abstract

PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia is a company engaged in the areas of services and stevedoring services in the port area. Where the main production equipment used is Harbour Mobile Crane (HMC). With a very expensive price and feasibility calculation process that is still limited trust. It can be difficult for the mechanic to explain the performance of existing machines to the managerial. So may harm the company because it can be swelling expenditures in case of late taking a decision.Writer try to made an application that can compute the value of the performance of a machine along with its economic value. The function of this application is to assess the feasibility of the two sides are assessed in terms of performance and assessed in terms of the economy. In terms of performance, the engine will be assessed by the MTTR and MTBF. The point is to get the value of the Availability and Reability.From an economic perspective, the machine will be assessed based on the value of assets and the cost of care. The votes of the two terms of the application will provide an assessment of whether the machine is still fit for use or not.

Abstract

SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong is the one of private Senior High School in the Porong Sidoarjo, under the auspices of Kemala Bhayangkari Ranting Pusdik Sabhara Porong Foundation. Found several obstacles to the process financial students in SMA Kemala Bhayangkari, among others as follows : 1) difficulty search financial information each students 2) many types of payment 3) the process of making the report took a lot of time 4) often happens a late payments. Based on the identification of the problems, so the solution offered is making financial application who be able to manage financial students, whether it is in the payment transaction, reports, charts, and information warning before it is due to of the parents. The results of the Final Task is the application financial of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong where the system made those can be presenting history payment each students, presents graphs and arrears acceptance of all types of payments in any grade, and can send a messages payment warning student before the due to of parents, so that it could prevent the occurrence of a late payments Keywords: Student Finance, Payments, SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Porong

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create applications that can perform the calculation and the conversion of the score of the range 10-100 into E-A automatically table with values already determined in accordance with the rules of the curriculum of 2013. The application can also draw up a blend of various assessments conducted by teachers of subjects, extracurricular teacher and homeroom teachers become student’s final reports. The making of the application, using the methods of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Based on the results of the testing that was done, the application can be run as expected. The application can be developed into an integrated information system to generate more accurate data

Abstract

CV Remaja Dua is a company in the field of convection. The problem that exists today is that this company only accepts orders as much as 3000 clothes per month, the rest of the company does not accept the work of clothes again. While the capacity of machines and employees can work up to 3536 clothes per month. This is because the company has not optimized the performance of production employees. Another problem is the lack of good production scheduling so companies often experience delays to complete the order. Based on data obtained from 40 orders per month there are 15 orders that are late or about 37% of orders are late in the process. With the existence of the problem, then owner of CV. Remaja Dua wants a production scheduling app that can be used to minimize the delay of the finished time of the order and optimize the performance of production employees. The results of the trial and evaluation conducted, showed that the Design of Production Scheduling Applications at CV Ramaja Dua produces production schedules and distribution of workmanship in accordance with the capacity of each employee. In addition, applications can also increase the maximum number of orders up to 35% of the total maximum orders received each month.

Abstract

The workshop is one of the places where vehicles such as motor cars and placed with a variety of needs, as well as damage repair. In addition the workshop also is one of the best places to put a motor vehicle such as car and motorcycle. The service processes that occur at the workshop in synch motor still experience barriers when conducting registration service. Customers who will do the service has always been considered a new customer, the current registration process are still recorded manually.The solution to the above problem by creating an architecture application acceptance service motorcycle repair workshop on the functioning of the motor aligned to process data reception service.This application helps the process of administration of operational activities include: managing the master data includes the data, users, categories, products, services, brands, customers, motor motorcycle customers. managing transaction data covering transactions service start process, service, service, service close to the finish. Expected by the existence of this application can help management and employees in carrying out operational activities and monitoring so as to improve pelanyanan at the workshop. Keywords: Applications, Workshop, Service Improvement.

Abstract

Primasatya Husada Citra (PHC) Surabaya Hospital is a hospital owned by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III. Existing problem in PHC Surabaya happen when training history data storage process not recorded well, that cause data redundancies until 5%. So Diklat didn’t know the employees that already have enough training, less training, or even never trained at all. Than not often if Diklat do uneven training until 2%-3% of their employees. Other impacs is when Diklat doing determination of employees training bond, Diklat can not filtering the prospective employee who already meet the administration’s criteria  in order to attend a employees training. The offered solution from all the problem is make a determination of employees training aplication with graphic rating scales method, which can sortering criterias data that needed by PHC Hospital. So the aplication can obtain list of candidate from the recomended employees that suitable by training need of PHC Hospital. The result from the research showed the aplication that already made for PHC Surabaya Hospital can help the selection process of training employees and produce training report for each employee along with report of whole training.Keywords: application, training determination, graphic rating scales.

Abstract

PT Orela Shipyard is a company that works in industrial ship makers. The problem that has been occured all this time is a few site often left unguarded by the technician so the ship repair service can be said not to good. This is caused by scheduling process that are not optimized. Scheduling process that has been don is not well organized, each technician is scheduled from one site to the other directly without using method that optimized it.Application that has been build can be use to scheduling the technician according to the need of the user. Scheduling calculation Round Robin Tournament method and the process of making the application can be done with a few step that is communication, planning, modelling and construction.The result based from the application trials, the application has been made can solve the problem of PT Orela Shipyard in scheduling of the technician with producing schedule according to the need of each site so there are no more empty site or being left unguarded all day long. Technician scheduling application can handle the data that need scheduling, technician scheduling process and technician presence, so it can produce technician data, site data and detail presence report. This is sustained by the result from application trials by using black box testing that focused on user input function with the system showing perfect score of 100% shows this application is can be used.

Abstract

Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah mulai dirancang dan dibangun pada 1987. Dengan tujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam hal perkuliahan, Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah mulai menyediakan layanan akses internet bagi penggunanya dan mulai mengembangkan layanan online pada tahun 1987 hingga saat ini. Berdasarkan data wawancara Mahasiswa Kedokteran HangTuah sebanyak 30 mahasiswa 24 mahasiswa mengatakan Website Fakultas Kedokteran kurang menarik. Guna mengurangi resiko tidak suksesnya penerapan Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis Kesuksesan Website Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas HangTuah dengan menggunakan Metode DeLone and McLean.  Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini, maka hasil dari penelitian terhadap 89 mahasiswa, menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan memengaruhi kuat variable kepuasan penggunaan sebesar 43% sedangkan variabel kepuasan penggunaan memengaruhi kuat variabel penggunaan sebesar 44% yang berarti dalam meningkatkan kesuksesan website FK UHT perlu meningkatkan penggunaan dan kepusan penggunaan sehingga website FK UHT tersebut bermanfaat.

Abstract

Islamic Hospital (RSI) Jemursari Surabaya is a hospital that serves all segments of society, religion, and socio-economic levels. Employee performance appraisal is one process for determining the quality of human resources (HR) at the RSI Jemursari Surabaya. During this time the performance appraisal conducted in RSI Jemursari Surabaya still uses such assessment form sheets of paper so that it can slow down the process of employee performance evaluation and wasteful use of paper. Based on the above problems, it needs to be made web-based application that can handle the performance appraisal process. This web-based application used by three users, namely employee, boss Employees and HR Department. In the assessment of applications, there are several processes, namely the process of making master criteria for performance and master type of violation, the employee performance appraisal process (co-employee, myself, and subordinates), and the process of making the performance appraisal report. Based on the results of trials that have been done with the RSI Jemursari Surabaya then this app may conduct performance appraisals for employees coworkers, yourself, and the subordinate employee. This application can also generate the value of employee performance and employee supervisor recommendations regarding the results of the performance appraisal to the trainee employees, first contract employees, second contract employees and permanent employees. Application performance appraisal may be expanded by the addition means such assessment checklist, an essay, or a recording of critical events and can be developed into a system that is integrated with a presence system and payroll system.
