Abstract

Abstract: SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya is a vocational high school located in the city of Surabaya. Problems that occur at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya currently experiencing problems in terms of recording data violations and academic achievements that are still processed manually using a ledger. Teachers counseling difficulty to recapture the data of students who have violated and achievement data ever achieved by students / students.Based on the problems encountered, then one solution to overcome that is by making E- point application for recording data violation and data of student achievement of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.[0] The results of the process can be made into reports that can be used as information violations and achievements made by students / SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.With E-points Application Development Design for Recording of Data on Student's Academic Abuse and Achievement At SMKN 10 Surabaya can facilitate Counseling Guidance teacher in processing data violation and academic achievement. Reports generated from this application are comparative reports of violations with student achievement and Reports of individual violations containing details of violations committed by students of SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. Keywords: violation, achievement, counseling guidance

Abstract

PT. Bhirawa Steel is one of the oldest and the most modern steel producer in Indonesia. Human resource divison of PT. Bhirawa Steel does performance appraisal  manually with calculator, so that often happens 10% counting error while giving score of assessment and difficulty in recapitulating. Based on the problemes, so the solution can be offered is a web application of performance appraisal in PT Bhirawa Steel. This application use graphic rate scale method, in which the description of appraisal  as measured by a scale that each has a point. In this case, used scale 1 until 4. The steps of planning system are block diagram, system flow, data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD), database structure and make a trial design. After doing trial, web application of performance appraisal can help a process of employee’s performance assessment accurately that previously were did manually. In addition, web application can help to determine a material of training for employees and give a overall report or report of each employee’s assesment, so can help human resource division to calculating assesment.

Abstract

Bapersip has eight areas that support business processes. Three areas of the recording process business using Online Transaction Process (OLTP) and Excel. Five other areas recording business processes using excel. Each month, business process data is processed by the areas to be reported. The process of making a report to transfer data from the source OLTP excel and to form reports manually. The data transfer process allows the human error such as redundant data and their data is not recorded in the report, so potentially resulting in inaccurate reports. Reports generated from the OLTP library service areas on Bapersip subfield SUNGRAM not fulfilling the needs for analysis. The solution to Bapersip problem is reporting and OLAP applications. Reporting application will help each area to create a report and eliminates the risk of human error by taking and processing the data from the source. OLAP application used to fulfill the needs of analysis using patterns based on the information you want displayed by SUNGRAM subfields.

Abstract

Gramedia Printing Group - Surabaya Plant, is a printing and publishing company. One of its main business process is procurement which refer to activity to acquire goods by buying it from supplier. There are some problems found in current process, which are: requester doesn’t know the state of their procurement request which can held down their productivity, logistic give more time and effort to check the procurement request’s approval from central office before purchase the goods, and there’s no managerial level report for decision making. To overcome these problem, a system is required to give requester information about their request, simplify and automate logistic activity, and ability to provide managerial report. Procurement Information System is expected to kept requester informed about their request, to ease logistic in procurement process, and to provide information to be used as source of decision making by managerial level.

Abstract

Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) is an organization of national associations in Indonesia which is engaged in social humanity, one of the services performed by the PMI is a disaster handling. In the event of a disaster, the Red Cross Indonesia will dispatch a team named SATGANA. Teams that has been dispatched must make a report on the disaster that has occurred. Right now in PMI Surabaya, SATGANA team is not well monitored, the letter of assignment is often too late to be given, and the assessment should be reported at least 30 minutes after arriving at the site, often delayed or even not given. Another problem that arises is the absence of a system that provides information to PMI regarding status of each report is written, it is not stored properly, so many reports were missing or damaged. Based on the above problems, it takes an application that is able to facilitate the process of monitoring for the PMI. It also needed a system that helps the PMI for making the reports of the disaster. Developed systems made using the Waterfall method. Based on the results of trials that have been done, the system can meet the needs of the PMI Surabaya City in the process of disaster news, monitoring and process team SATGANA disaster reports.

The website is one of campaign media to attract users to join it. Abstract

Rumah Sakit Mata Masyarakat is a technical services unit that held the overall eye health services. The integrated process using appropriate technologies that supported the active participation of community, cooperation across programs and across sectors. Patient registration system that accumulate resulting in the registration queue for hospital treatment. Registration system caused by the piling up of patients who come to the hospital too much at certain hours so make many patients queuing for too long. Registration system caused by the piling up of patients who come to the hospital too much at certain hours so make many patients queuing for too long.This study provides a solution that is the need for an application that can help process the queue, the process of recording, storage process and the payment of medical records.This research can be summed up as an application that features patient registration, login patients, the estimated waiting time of patients, the medical records of patients, take notice of medical records, and payment details.

Abstract

PT Gemah Ripah Loh Jinawi Industry (GRLJI) is a fertilizer industry companywhich produced two types of products; natural phosphate and dolomite. The company had quite large business process in ordering the fertilizer products from customers, manufacturing raw materials until delivering the accomplished products to the customer back. However, accountingsystem of PT GRLJI there were problems when calculated the cost of goods sold such as; the manager or finance administration should waiting for data purchase recap, data production process from the production manager, and recapitulation from marketing result per month. So, it is made slow process of recording and reporting the sold goods calculation. sometimes it wasinaccurate calculation which could hamper the profit of company.From those problems, it is required an application to determinate the cost of sales with appropriate method based on the policy of company. And it also able to calculate then produced the report of goods sold quickly and automatically. Weighted Average Method (WAM) was a pricing method which existed in stocks valuation based on average price of goods in the final period.Based on the application trial result using synopsis data which known by the company with monthly periods, the data showed the value of cost production, the sell price and the cost of goods sold automatically. Abstract

Health centre (Puskesmas) I Toili has several health services, one of them is the apotek. The problem with apotek is when restocking medicines, the pharmacist does not know exactly the demand of medicine for the next periode resulting cumulation of medicines that have not yet been sold. Other than that, the phartmacist when selling the medicines sometime does not paying attention on the expire date. The solution for the problems that has been described is to create a program for forecasting demand for the medicine consisting of: forecasting demand for medicine with Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) methode, medicine sale with First Expider Firs Out (FEFO) methode. The result of this research has shown that the program has able to do forecast for medicine demand using (DES), to save the sales of medicine with FEFO methode and medicine restock report, medicine forecast, and the sales of medicine, presented on chart with high accuracy and fast.

Abstract

Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie is one hospitals in surabaya solid ongoing business processes in terms of service and examination of patients outpatient. Obstacles faced Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie is in data processing associated with the patient, the problem in the search data, which resulting in the case of duplication of medical card patients. Another obstacle is data inconsistency, recording data on the number patient visits different registration with the data on the amount of traffic check unit, manual data transfer and reporting process requires extra effort because scopied repeatedly prior to the general ledger. To overcome the above problems it created Design Patient Administration Systems in Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie, which can assist the administration in the registration section and check the unit that includes patient search, validation of patient, patient registration, patient queues, checks patients, drug registration and reporting. With the Design of the Patient Administration System Hospitals Dr. Soewandhie, it can provide more accurate information and assist in the search for patient data, prevent duplication of medical card, provide data on the number of patients that are consistent between the units, helping recording medical records and helps recording of dispensing. By processing the exact data it can produce useful information for the reporting head hospital.
