Abstract

As the elements of regional goverments East Java DPRD  has an important role in order to improve the citizents welfare, therefore it is expected DPRD activities can be widely known by the people of Jawa Timur. The official website of East Java DPRD, named www.dprd.jatimprov.go.id provide information about council’s activity agenda,council organization structure, digital library, task and responsibilities and parliament news is expected to provide an overview about DPRD activities.According to the interview with the staff of East Java DPRD, there is a broken link in the current website. DPRD Jawa Timur currently planned to improve the current website, therefore DPRD requires feedback for the evalution. The solution give is by conducting a study about analysis of the influence of website quality towards user satisfaction. The analysis is based on Webqual 4.0, according to (Barnes & Vidgen, 2003) Webqual 4.0 is one of the methods of measuring website quality based on user perceptions. WebQual 4.0 consist of 3 categories namely Information Quality, Service Quality and Usability, but in this study added 4th category called User Interface Quality(Hasan, 2014). All of 4 variables will be used as a reference to construct the questionnaire, the results of this research Information Quality,Service Quality and User Interface Quality has a positive influence towards user satisfaction. Further recommendations are given in the form of  Graphical User Interface (GUI) design to improve the website.

Abstract

IVORY shop is a shoe store located in Mojokerto. IVORY store outlets have 3 pieces, each of which is located at Jalan Semeru, Mojokerto, Jalan Bhayangkara, Mojokerto, and Jalan Pemuda, Dlanggu, Mojokerto. The shop which was founded in 2009 sells Sneaker type shoes. Control efforts undertaken by management Ivory stores today is to go one by one to three outlets in turn. The supervision by the store management Ivory per day includes: activities of sales per outlet and best-selling products.Based on the above, it is built to store sales information system Ivory. This information system is expected to connect the three outlets Ivory shoe store, so it can assist management in monitoring Ivory store store sales activities in other outlets in realtime.Once completed the system is designed, built, and tested, this information system can display the information activities of sales is going to be able to assist the management in oversee Ivory store sales performance in branches, retail outlets Ivory.Kata Kunci: System Information, Synchronization, Activities Sales, Ivory Store

Abstract

UIN Sunan Ampel was established in 1950 with the name of Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Sunan Ampel. IAIN Sunan Ampel was built on the idea of Muslim society in East Java area who want to establish college under Ministry of Religius Affairs. In the 2013 IAIN Sunan Ampel transform into Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Ampel. On the business process, UIN Sunan Ampel is supported by some divisions. Self Access Centre (SAC) division is one of divisions which helps business process at UIN Sunan Ampel. The principal task of SAC is to educate and to train students to master foreign languages (Arabic and English). One of the programs in SAC is Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Prediction. There are some problems found in the TOEFL Prediction, such as; test scoring processs that takes a long time,throud in the scoring proccess, and the random system of TOEFL Prediction. From those problems, it is needed the application which helps in the test administration proccess and the implementation of the test. The steps on making the application start with communication, planning, modelling, construction, and operation. After being tested, TOEFL prediction application can handle the proccess of registration, buying ticket examination, making exercise package, inputing exercise examination, uploading file listening test, test assessment, test scoring , and printing certificate.

Abstract

PT Kasa Husada Wira Jatim is a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of various health purposes such as gauze, sanitary napkins, and cotton. Currently on the company there is no process of controlling the raw materials in particular so as to make the company often experience shortages of raw materials at the time will make the production process orders from customers. The above problems required an application of raw material inventory control using Economic Order Quantity to provide the quantity of raw materials must be purchased at a certain period for a minimum fee. And then calculate the Safety Stock to determine the amount of safety stock by comparing the use of raw materials which will then be searched for standard deviation value. The last step is to calculate Reorder Point to find out the value of re-ordering point of raw material at the company. Test result, design of raw material control application yield five reports. The resulting report is customer order report, raw material receipt report, raw material expenditure report, raw material inventory report, and production report. Of the five reports can be used as a reference company in controlling raw materials.Keywords: Application of raw material control, Economic Order Quantity, Safety Stock, Reorder Point.

Abstract

Homestay “The Rumah Kita” Lumajang, East Java which has the concept of a family inn. Curently Homestay “The Rumah Kita” Lumajang has a total of 13 rooms are divided into three types. Homestay "The Home" also provides facilities to pamper guests, such as restaurant, Snack 'n Coffee shop, minimarket, meeting room, Room Service, and free wifi area. For a hotel, the speed and accuracy of the data needed to make record relating to the management of guest data, room reservations, lodging transactions, transactions additional orders (food, snack, or drink), as well as other amenities. While the administration at Homestay "The Home" still requires a lot of changes, especially for the data collection process is not computerized and centralized.Information Systems Management with Visual Basic application is expected to simplify and accelerate the recording of transactions carried out by Homestay "The Home", can manage data into information that is accurate and fast, and can improve service to guests.

Abstract

Paris (Parking Information System) is a information system to deal with parking security and performance. Paris can handle parking transaction with one area one Paris online and offline. It is not efficient anymore if have more than one parking area in far location that cannot connected properly. It must doing update or making report in all parking area. All parking area must be connected and can be communicated. Paris Management Client is a application for connecting all Paris. Offline Paris and online Paris can synchronize data. Member data can distributed in all area with one insert. Not only that, parking member can get parking availability information from Paris Management Client because offline Paris always communicated with online Paris in some interval of time. Paris Management Client developed with waterfall SDLC method. Starts with analysing system’s need, then making a system design, coding application, and then testing application. The result is Paris Management Client can help SSI as developer to control all Paris, help client to update data or make report, and help member to get parking’s slot easily. recommendation for Paris is develop mobile application for member that can be give information visually, not only text.

Abstract

Computer Laboratory (Labkom) with labkom.stikom.edu domain is a facility supporting academic activities. Activities supported is practice to lecture both practice or not. Currently, Labkom not only used for the purposes of practical subjects but also used  for other activities such as research, computer training, community service, and performing tasks students. Website Labkom  first used in  August 2011. During this Labkom website has never done an assessment of the quality of the website is based on the perception of site visitors. In this research, measured by the quality of the website Labkom by using  WebQual method 4.0. WebQual is an instrument that assesses the quality of a website according to the end-user perspective. This research was conducted using questionnaire, from the spread of the questionnaire obtained 83 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire in trials using validity, reliability test, and test the assumptions. Then processed by multiple linear regression. From  the results of this study concluded  that WebQual variable is the interaction  quality is positive and significant impact on user satisfaction Labkom website, but the need for evaluation and improvement based on indicators of WebQual.

Abstract

Abstract: Mitra 10 Wiyung is a company engaged as a distributor of building materials. The sales process that occurs after the customer is finished selecting items, customers can pay to the cashier and received a bill of sale. After the sale process is completed, the company made sales summary. Then the manager checks sales data and if it is approved, then made the income statement. The problem that occurs is the company's difficulties in record sales summary for a data bill of sale is not neatly arranged. In addition, the company does not have a system to manage the stock so it cannot monitor the condition of the stock. To solve the above problems, this study using System Development Life Cycle that is Waterfall with that process; First, gather the information needs of the company. Second, designing software that attribute data structures, software architecture, interface design and software algorithms. Third, implement and test the unit. Fourth, perform system integration and testing of each function in the software. And the last is to perform the operation and maintenance of software. After analysis of the test results and evaluation of the system, it can be concluded that this study has been able to make a sales application on the Options in Mitra 10 Wiyung, then the application of this memorandum of sale, the sales summary and statement of income are neatly arranged and the system can be integrated with either. This application can also monitor the condition of the stocks held in the company.

Abstract

Petra Community Church is a church located on Jalan M.T. Haryono, Semarang. Since January of 2018, it has more than one thousands congregation. Based on their organizational structure, they have head of management and many departments, such as, Ibadah Raya Department, Komsel Department, Pujian Penyembahan Department, and Multimedia  Department. The board is facing a problem about getting data from departements. The data is still scattered in each department and the form is still a flat file (hard-copy). This problem affects the evaluation process of the existing management and also related to the making of annual year work program. Based on this problem, a management information system is needed to be used to process existing data into information, which is useful for decision making by the management of PCC. Management Information System built using the method of the System Development Life Cycle Waterfall model. The waterfall model used is the waterfall model according to Sommerville (2007). This system can handle management requirements related to the availability of master data, and activity data has been carried out up to financial data. Also through this system, the board can monitors activities undertaken by each department.

Abstract

Library is the source of all libraries that exist in an educational institution. This makes the library a benchmark for the quality of an educational institution. With this role, the library becomes the source of all knowledge for students who want to hone their thinking ability to the outside world. Like the current era of globalization rapid development of information technology, so the schools are required to follow the development of information technology in the school library. Library of SDN Klampis Ngasem I Surabaya nowadays, apply the conventional service process that is all the data is still written in the collection and while searching the required data should open the collection's collection, it cause slow in searching data, circulation service or report making. A library also requires a system to collect data, process data, store data, view data and channel good information, one of which is to have high data accuracy. To meet these needs, the business that must be done by the library is the utilization of information technology such as computer along with other library information system application besides the improvement of human resource and system improvement. Kata kunci: Aplication, Library
