Abstract

In technological progress, information technology needed a company to support the company performance , no exception the website. Pt Badak NGL is the first company formed to be one of a network in the center by the chain business lng . Now , PT. Badak LNG having a website www.badaklng.co.id .So far , after services website PT. Badak LNG mplemented has never done judgment on its quality perceived the ultimate user or visitors website , so that management website could not receive feedback on the website .There was going to an evaluation of the quality of website PT. Badak LNG . The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of the website satisfaction users. Hal-hal done in this research among others , makes and spreading the questionnaire to respondents of 86 sample .The results will be processed on the ibm spss version 20 .While the analysis of data in relation done include the validation and reabilitas , the assumption , the test regression together and partial . The Results of research quality website on PT. Badak LNG indicates that dimensions of webqual is variable te usability quality, information quality, and iteraction quality to having influence a positive and significant impact on satisfaction users at the website PT. Badak LNG.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Halogen Hotel is a company engaged in hospitality. Halogen Hotel has cooperated with several third parties such as Traveloka and Agoda. One of the main business processes in the Hotel is when guests make reservations, payments, Check-in, Check-out, until the reservation report. Along with the increasing number of reservations, there are some obstacles, such as errors in recording reservations that are not in accordance with guest requests. The unavailability of a reservation system for rooms is also an obstacle for guests who want to rent a room. From the above problems, an online-based reservation, check-in, and check-out application is built that can help and facilitate guests in making reservations until Check-out. For the hotel can help manage the process from reservation, check-in, check-out, to report. Based on the results of the trial with the black box testing method in the application that has been made, the application can store data on reservation, check-in, and check-out requirements such as room type, available services, check-in and check-out history, payment on during reservation and reservation report. The benefits obtained are the Halogen Hotel will be easier in serving guest reservations that will stay overnight and minimize recording errors in the Front Office in recording guest data, and can help convey information with media publications about the hotel to guests who will stay.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian Daerah is a government agency that has the task to make the formulation and implementation of policies and conduct education and training. Currently BKD has managed all employment documents. management is still done manually, the absence of recording of borrowing and return of documents. Problems - problems that arise from the condition of the company above is the loss of archival documents because the return is not returned properly due to lack of loan record. In addition, when searching documents will take a long time ranging from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of documents sought. It also happens to not get the document while searching, because when the document is completed lent is not returned properly or misplaced in the process of return. The next problem is the absence of recording while borrowing documents and also returning documents. The problem caused no history of the document whether it has been returned or has not been returned so that the impact when searching the document because there is no document information being borrowed or not.To solve the problem, the Archives Archive Management Dictionary will be created which can record all document management activities

Abstract

In 2013 Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya through Pengembangan dan Penerapan Teknologi Informasi (PPTI) released SICyCa Mobile. On the implementation, SICyCa Mobile experience some errors which the data shown in the application does not match with the existing data in the database. So the informations related to the daily schedule, KRS, and college histories which contained in the application is not valid. Besides this, there are some problems in the use of SICyCa this time where the SICyCa is more passive, so some academic informations can’t be conveyed to students who are didn’t use SICyCa or open SICyCa directly. To solve these problems, the solution is developed an Android application called SICyCa Mobile. SICyCa Mobile has push notification to help students get latest information with Android device. From test results, SICyCa Mobile can run properly and match with the user needs and specifications have been determined, in Addition the notification and reminder features can be used in accordance with its function.

Abstract

CV.Permata is a child store with the name of Nikita Baby Shop. CV. Permata located in Gotong Royong street No. 25E, Babat Lamongan. In 2015, sales of CV. Permata instability.CV. Permata must be expanding their sales to get more profit. Based on interviews, CV. Permata do not want to using social media such as facebook and instagram to selling their products. The shortage of facebook and instagram, customers got difficult to booking the products. Of the CV. Permata problem, CV. Permata need online shop application that have add to cart features, product catalogue features, best seller report, most buyer report, product stock report, etc. With this application is expected to provide information data member, best seller report, most buyer report, product stock report with the aim of providing information to help CV.Permata sales.Keywords: Online Shop, Website, Baby Shop

Abstract

Persence of attending on RFID is one of the media to support learning processin business and informatics institution of Stikom of Surabaya. The application of presence of attending on rfid is expectes can ease college students to do the presence of attending in online before following the subject. However, the utilization of presensi RFID haven’t been tapped optimally by college students. The problem can be solved by doing an evaluation comprehensively and having adequate empirical studies which is suitable with the theory. The theory that is used to know the pattern of Stikom of Surabaya in final assignment, there is unified theory of acceptance and use of technology that is developed by Vanakatesh. UTAUT model has applied in academics by many research. This research found the opposite result of the theory of vankatesh. The four variabels (Performance expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Condition) didn’t have positive influence of researcher also didn’t find the positive relation in facilitating condition variabel and habit on the use behavioral intention in using presensi rfid.  Key Words : Students, UTAUT, Performance Expectancy, Presence of attending on RFID

Abstract

University Dr.Soetomo is located in Dr.Soetomo on Semolowaru road location, one of the existing services is e-learning.Based on the result of interview with 31 students, 18 students stated that the application of e-learning application is less interesting and 19 students stated that none of the features available in the e-learning application is good enough.Problem solving solution with Admission Technology Model 2. In this research sampling technique using Slovin theory with 94 respondents.The results can be found.The variables that affect the acceptance, the subjective norm against the image, subjective norms against the accepted use, subjective norms against the use and perception of Ease of Use to the Purpose of Use

Abstract

In the teaching-learning process, student violation often occurs, the handling of which would need parent involvement. However, parent involvement is still minimal to date, since the parent would only be aware of the violation when they receive the warning letter from the school. In addition, with the number of student violation keeps increasing day after day, miscalculation often occurs in the violation data recapitulation which is conducted quarterly, all to the disadvantage of the student in terms of the sanction applied by the school.To ascertain that the process of handling student violation can run smoothly, SMAN 14 Surabaya has established a student violation monitoring and evaluation application for purposes of recording, directing and supervising student development during the teaching-learning process at school.With this application, the monitoring and evaluation process can be achieved due to the function of the dashboard in the application which can show the percentage of violating actions; and there are also recommendation and evaluation proposed by the school, and the school may also issue warning letters in a real-time manner without having to wait for the quarter data recapitulation.  The application may also send out notifications in the form of SMS to the parent, and either the parent or the student may access the student violation report to see the detail of the violation.

Abstract

Education Department Surabaya city agencies are responsible for improving the quality of education. To determine the quality of education evaluation in schools using indicators thats contained in the National Education Standards (SNP) include Content Standards, Standard Process, Graduates Competency Standards, Standards Teachers and Education Personnel, Infrastructure Standards, Standards Management, Standard Funding and Assessment Standards.Indicators in the SNP derived from sub-indicators are 80 sub-indicators to each sub indicator recommendations that are needed by elementary school (SD) Interior, SD Private and Government Elementary School (MI).With the number of schools as many as 463 primary schools, 438 private primary schools, and 151 MI resulted in Elementary Education (Pendas) only evaluates several schools Pendas has a limitation of human resources in evaluating schools as well as the time used to evaluate only three weeks.To overcome these obstacles, the solution that is needed is the creation of applications evaluation elementary schools that can speed the evaluation process of the school. Making these applications follow the stages of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. Based on trials that have been done, the application can generate proposals on supervision and facilitation for guidance in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Abstract: UD Novanel Setia is one of the trading business (UD) which is engaged in the electric equipment sale. UD Novanel Setia provide good service to meet the consumer needs with cheap and good quality electrical products that appropriate to the consumer.  UD Novanel Setia have problems in the sales process. The company do not have the fact and accurate data to record an inventory process about the amount of supply goods into and out at the moment. In addition, UD Novanel Setia don’t have their sales income calculation every day, so it can’t give sale reports and information, because the data still can’t meet the needs of report creation. Based on these problems, the sales system will built on UD Novanel Setia. The system can save the sales transaction data and customer returns and also can produce information and reports related to the sale. So the owner is able to monitor the progress of the products sales in detail. The results of the study provide information to the owner about the sales development. The Information includes information entry per customer, per period income statement, statement-selling item, returned item report, inventory report and minimum inventory report. The system can calculate revenue each day and month in sales calculation process. Keywords: Information System, Sales, Sales Information System.
