Abstract

Children in group 6-12 years old are susceptible to food consumption. They tend to be rare consume healthy food and the recommended ones. Causes other than not knowing parents to wise of healthy food choosen also they are who tend to their food preferences. According to RISKESDAS (2013), consumption trends child eat less of vegetables and fruit in a week reach 90.5% only to the area East Java. To find out how to introduce healthy food to the children’s age, then made observations at kindergarten and elementary school the city of Surabaya. At the kindergarten the way of introduced healthy food through centra cooking while at elementary school there are uses thematic books base of curriculum, but the content both that way still lack of the material being taught. Base of case above there is a game with genre casual education base of 2D for Android. This game design full of content about vegetables, fruits and side dishes and carbohidrates. From the test results of the application the user questionnaire obtained an increase of 2.3% after using Mohares gaming applications. Keywords: children, healthy food, game, android.

Abstract

Petrokimia Gresik Hospital is one of the major hospitals in Gresik. The problems faced by them is the demand for medicine are often not fulfilled. Based on these problems will require medicine demand forecasting application. Forecasting is very important in decision making. They require demand forecasting to ensure the booking amount of medicine. One method of forecasting is Trend Exponential. This method was chosen because it is based on existing data on companies that show a pattern trend. This method allows the demand forecast for the period ahead with. The expected outcomes of this app is it can predict the demand forecast for the period ahead, and also to help  facilitate the process of forecasting demand for medicine

Abstract

Startup Qtaaruf is online taaruf from surabaya. The user active processed on 17-23 october 2017 rise and fall and no access through social media. Based on 5 stages of an integrated digital life cycle marketing startup qtaaruf should be at point “gain position” on search engine , but they at point “gain followers” and “initiate relationships” that focuses increase user .This study attempts to documents produced digital design marketing by using methods SOSTAC consisting of the situation analysis, objectives, strategy, tactics, and action. Model SOSTAC to the training analysis, mapping training strategy strategy to 5s objective, mapping 5s objective strategy to the program, mapping tack to 4p and preparing for further step.The digital design marketing that produces 7 strategy as long as 12 months. Cost divided into 2 model. The first model and that is the ability organic for free, their profits audience will increase only berelasi on followers and following qtaaruf. The second model that is using campaign features cost Rp.7.400.000, their profits the wider audience. Potential reach 2.900.000 people with an estimated daily range 1100-100 audience every week and could lead to the website qtaaruf directly.

Abstract

Rapor Online is one of the innovations made by Surabaya education authorities. The assesment method is intended to facilitate the task of teachers in the process of filling in report cards (rapor), as well parents so that they can access their child’s score on their report cards. But in practice, Rapor Online does not run well as expected by the city education authorities. The parents cannot access their children’s report cards quite often, with complaints such as slow access and others. Likewise for the teachers of SMA Negeri 8 Surabaya, the Rapor Online application actually adds to their burden. Often teachers have to proceed data input more than once, and also since the server is located only at the city education authorities, Rapor Online can be difficult to access simultaneously, especially when approaching the report card printing period. Therefore, researcher conducted a research related to the acceptance of teachers against Rapor Online. Researchers are using UTAUT as a reference, an acceptance model that has been formulated by Venkatesh, et. al.. Researchers are using all the teachers from SMA Negeri 8 Surabaya, both permanent and non-permanent teachers, as samples for this research. The results obtained in this study indicates the existence of three variabels that are quite influential to the pattern of acceptance of teachers in using the Rapor Online application. The three variables are Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Behavioral Intention. Researchers convey if the process of data input in the Rapor Online can be made more quickly and easily, then the teacher will be glad using it, related to Behavioral Intention. As for the Social Influence variables, the school, fellow teachers and families must continue to support teachers so that they should keep follow the program that led by Surabaya education authorities.

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluation information system maintenance services access point is an information system that describes the flow of monitoring, recording, managing, and reporting services related to the maintenance of the access point. With the information system of monitoring and evaluation of care service access point at PT Telkom Regional Division 5 is expected to monitor and evaluate the care services for the managers of wireless ROC and accelerate supervisor Business Areas Telecommunications (Witel) to record data maintenance access point and monitoring open trouble wicket. With that quick decisions can be taken to the next step.Monitoring and evaluation information system maintenance service is web-based access point by using MySQL as a database for data availability are stable and free. On the menu of the app, create a new user, Witel  master input, input master access point and open trouble ticket on the admin side ROC to open input on the supervisor handling Witel (SPV). for the input menu and all master data is a form that serves as an access point data management, as well Witel or handling, and there is a trouble ticket status table access point to view trouble ticket status information services required wireless manager ROC in monitoring maintenance services on Witel.

Abstract

Abstract: Performance appraisal is very important because it can affect the performance of the company. Performance Assessment Process on Adisarana WanaArtha Life Insurance (WanaArtha) is based on the acquisition of each of the sales team will be managed by the admin to determine targets for each sales, so that the performance appraisal can be monitored. And monitoring each acquisition employees can’t handle it. Because so many transcation everyday, admin can make a mistake when admin input some data.WanaArtha be more vigilant in managing its employees, due to the costs incurred to pay the salary of each employee monthly is quite large, some of the criteria that have been set by the WanaArtha able to generate monitoring the performance of each employee. WanaArtha requires a performance appraisal system in the process of monitoring each acquisition employees, Management By Objective (MBO) can be used in the assessment of performance in WanaArtha because of the salary of each employee is different in each level.             With the Performance Assessment Information System is able to produce a report and recommendations based on the acquisition appraisal of each employee according to the criteria desired.Management By Objective (MBO) can be used in the assessment of performance in WanaArtha because of the salary of each employee is different in each level. And MBO can controlling much data different. assessors and employees also accepted ratings are established at the outset.

Abstract

Intimate Production (IP) is one of the startup that works on online wedding Organizer in Surabaya. Now, IP is working on service that helps bride and groom and their familiy to plan and manage wedding of their dream. From targeted customers that has been chosen, customers encountered some difficulty when it comes to choose what vendor that they really want, because so many option and the price and quality also have many variety. Moreover, IP offered some chances for the vendor, like: 1) Give a convenience  to choose vendor for customers, 2) Give a cost estimation for the event, 3) As a media for the vendor to grow their potential. IP as a bridge for vendor and customer, as they are joining IP, vendor will get many benefits like receiving many orders from customers that have used IP service. The solution that will be created is a web-based application to play a role as media for vendors to give their offers for customers. Meanwhile, the customers can pick a wedding vendor with choosing what package that was provided by the system from criteria and budget by customer’s input, so customer no need to be confused for choosing what vendor is the best for their wedding.

Abstract

PT. Jesindo Prima Sejati is a company engaged in the sale of interior goods and been establish since 1990. The marketing process is currently done by door to door and over the phone, which caused less extensive marketing reach. The process of ordering and payment is recorded in the book so that the administration had difficulty in searching the required data. The customer is not able to monitor the status of orders and the company owner difficulty in obtaining information related to the sale. Based on the existing problems, then PT. Jesindo Prima Sejati requires web-based sales information system. Sales information system that is built has a function to record and store the necessary data and produce information and reports related to the sale. Sales information system also provides notification through the system, email, and SMS. The reports is needed, is a report of the sale, report of accounts receivable, report of goods most often ordered, report of sales volume per goods per period, report of goods most ordered by region, report of goods most ordered per customer and the report of the history per customer. Sales information system also generates notifications about the price offer, payment, invoice, order completion and delivery of goods. Based on the results of system testing performed together with PT. Jesindo Prima Sejati, This system can help PT. Jesindo Prima Sejati and consumers. It is proof by the results of system testing conducted and results of data processing by 88% which is included in the excellent category.

Abstract

Institute for Business and Information Stikom Surabaya is a college which applying radio frequency technology (RFID) to support their employees and students activities. They use RFID in some aspects such as identification card, parking system, learning activities attendance logs, library gate, and non academic activities attendance logs. On non academic activities, RFID reader is used to gather participant identity and send to the server to be stored. The problem is that the current application still rely on external reader and a web based application. So, as long as there are no internet connection, the application can not be used even on Stikom local network. Based on these problems, a built-in RFID reader such an NFC on Android mobile device can be used to replace external RFID reader and an Android application which can work both on online and offline internet network.

Abstract

Paramuda Tour & Transport is praying The Companies Engaged on Field Travel Bureau. Paramuda Tour & Transport has experienced a decline in the last three years. In the year 2013 period 541 customers down 6 % in 2014 to 508 customers. Then down again 18.7 % in 2015 to 413 customers. With total decrease 24.7 % of subscribers in 2013 until 2015 resulted in the company argo has a tendency to decrease. It is because the singer company are not know advantages disadvantages the given service is shown to the customer.In order to overcome problems related to the created information system monitoring and evaluation of customer service . Created a system that includes customer tour management, monitoring and evaluation services, managing customer complaints.The test results showed the information system of monitoring and evaluation of customer service can help determine the service needs to be improved and the service needs to be maintained. In addition to the provision of online reports, the company can easily access and obtain information through a questionnaire evaluation report, report customer complaints, reports the characteristics of the customer, and the customer tour reports.
