AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku asertif pada siswa MAN Wonokromo Bantul Yogyakarta. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN berusia antara 15 sampai 17 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan skala, yaitu Skala Konsep Diri dan Skala Perilaku Asertif. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dibuat tabulasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment Pearson. Komputasi data dengan menggunakan SPSS 16,00 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data di atas menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku asertif. Diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) 0,343 antara kedua variabel = 0,000 (p<0,01) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku asertif. Sedangkan sumbangan efektif sebesar 11,8% dan sisanya 88,2% faktor lain yang mempengaruhi perilaku asertif. Semakin tinggi konsep diri maka semakin tinggi perilaku asertif, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah konsep diri maka semakin rendah perilaku asertif.Kata kunci: konsep diri, perilaku asertif.

AbstractThis study is aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of watching a reality show with the trend of prosocial behavior in adolescents. Data collection methods that was used in this study is quantitative method. Data analysis technique that was used in this study is the Pearson product moment correlation by using SPSS version 16.0 for Windows. Product moment correlation analysis found that there is a significant positive relationship between the intensity of watching a reality show with the trend of prosocial behavior in adolescents (r = 0.315 p = 0.004). the contribution of the intensity of watching reality shows is 9.9% to the tendency of prosocial behavior in adolescents, while 90.1% influenced by other variables. Based on the research results it can be concluded that there is a very significant positive relationship between the intensity of watching a reality show with the trend of prosocial behavior in adolescents.Keywords: intensity watching, prosocial behavior tendency, reality shows.

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of organizational climate with career planning on the teacher. Subjects that was used in this study are 62 teachers from senior high school Sewon. The scale of organizational climate and career planning scale was used to collect the data. The method of data analysis in this study used Pearson product moment correlation with SPSS 15 for windows sofware. The results of the data analysis found that the correlation between the organizational climate with career planning is significant with rxy = 0.471 and p = 0.007. R squared values between the organizational climate and career planning is 0.222 or 22.2%. This may implied that the variables can explain the variable Organizational Climate Career Planning of 22.2% while the rest (77.8%) is explained by other variables. Level of organizational climate perception among the teachers is at high category (54.84%) and the majority of career planning is in high category too (51.61%). Based on the research result it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between perceptions of organizational climate with career planning on the teacher, which means that the higher the perception of the organizational climate, the higher the teachers career planning.Keywords: perception of organizational climate, career planning

AbstractThis research aims to know the impact of coping that are used as well as coping with being used. The research method used was qualitative research with the phenomenology of approach. The subject in this study are two people who have experienced mother baby blues syndrome. The techniques of data collection in this research conducted a structure interview session. The results showed that mother who experienced baby blues syndrome used problem focused coping. Problem focused coping includes problem solving planfull, information seeking, seeking assistance, and direct action. They also ever used the emotional focused coping included self critism, and positive reappraisal. The benefits of using coping strategy is make the subject become more understanding about her mood swings condition after delivery, as well as achieved more knowledge about their condition.Keywords: Coping, Baby Blues Syndrome

AbstractThis research aims to know the relationship between Body Image and Self- acceptance of student. The subject of this research is Aceh student who lives in Dormitory at Yogyakarta. Data collection tools used in this research is scale of Body Image and Self-acceptance. Data analysis method using correlation of Pearson Product Moment The result showed that significant that there is a positive relationship between body image and self-acceptance at a student dormitory located in Yogyakarta. The relationship indicated by a correlation coefficient ( r ) = 0,318, ( = 0,013 p ). The contribution of effective body image by the reception is worth 10,11 %. Conclusion in this research is a significant positive relationship between a body image and self-acceptance of Aceh students who lives in Jogjakarta. These results informed that higher body image makes high self-acceptance. Then, the lower body image makes low self-acceptance.Keywords: body image, self-acceptance

 AbstractThis study aimed to determine the relationship between perceptions of charismatic leadership style to employee performance. Subjects that was used in this study are employees that work in PT. PLN Tarakan in East Kalimantan. The research method used a quantitative research methods. The measuring instruments in this study used Perception Scale Charismatic Leadership Style and the performance appraisal List Value Assessment Performance Employee Performance period 2012 PT. PLN Tarakan Headquarters. The sample of study are 88 participants. The method of data analysis using product moment analysis techniques  by using SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The results of the analysis show the value of the product moment correlation rxy = 0.536 with a significance level of p = 0.000 (p <0.000). The contribution of the perceptions of charismatic leadership style on employee performance are 28.7%. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between perceptions of charismatic leadership style to employee performance. The higher the perceptions of charismatic leadership style, the higher the employees performance opposite perceptions of charismatic leadership style will also lower the performance of the employees. Keywords: perception charismatic leadership style, employee performance.Â

ABSTRACTThe research is to study the reason why the worker commits to the company organization and to study the factors influencing organization commitment to the workers of Miracle Aesthetic Clinic. This research is done in area M.H THAMRIN Street No. 40, Dr. Sutomo District, Tegal Sari, Surabaya. The subjects of this study are the workers of Miracle Aesthetic Clinic who have worked here for a long time. The method of this research is qualitative using strategy of inquiry phenomenology, which is oriented to study the phenomena happened by studying the subject perseption. The data is collected by interviewing the close mate of the subject as triangulation. The researcher used theme analysis to analyze the data. The result of this study, which is done in one of beauty clinic in Surabaya, showed that the respondents have high commitment and still choose to stay at Miracle Aesthetic Clinic, because Miracle always give the best things to its workers. Some factors influencing the good commitment of workers, as suitable with Minner theory, is harmonic relationship between workers and with their board, their dreams when joining the Miracle Aesthetic Clinic, and their experiences felt since first joining and during working time. Besides that, the researcher found new factors unmatched with the theory, which were the high support from family and their proud to join the Miracle Aesthetic Clinic.Keyword: Commitment Organization

ABSTRACTLeft handed is a preference of someone who like to use their left hand to do an activities more than use their right hand. In east culture, the society is respect of right hand to do their activities, include when they eat. Using left hand when eat is impolite in east culture. This is make a problem with left handed people who like to use their left hand so they must adapt with east culture to not deviated by the society. The purpose of this research is to know the effectivity of token economy as one of kind behavior modification to increase the use of right hand in eating behavior with left handed child. The method was used to collection data is observational checklist. Data is analyse with visual inspection to compare the effectivity of the treatmnet. From the research is known that there are increase of the use of right hand in eating behavior at subject. The conclusion of this research is token economy effectives to increase the use of right hand in eating behavior with left handed child.Key word : left handed, right hand, eating behavior.

ABSTRACTEmployment problems faced by individuals today is more complex. One is the Termination of Employment (FLE) is something that is greatly feared by active employees in work that requires an ability to face and overcome, one of which is the resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine how the resilience of employees who experienced layoffs (layoffs). This study used a qualitative approach with case study method. The method of data collection used interviews and observations technique with a sampling of employees who have terminated employment with the age of 30-40 years.The results showed that individuals in the face of layoffs certainly different, there are individuals who are able to bounce back from the previous state but is less effective that even people who are able to get up and recover from negative situations effectively.Keywords: employee layoffs, the factors that affect resilience, the resilienceÂ

AbstractThis study aims to describe the dimensions of psychological well-being of former inmates. Study was conducted in one of the areas in Yogyakarta Special Province, the City of Yogyakarta. The approach used in this study is a case study. The method of data collection used interviews and observations. The subjects of this study are 3 participants. The data analysis that used in this study is content analysis. Based on the research, subject A has not shown self acceptance dimension, but on the subject of B and C have shown the existence of self-acceptance, when the subject was shown a positive relationships with others, the dimensions of autonomy has not been demonstrated by the three subjects, the subjects A and B has not shows the dimensions of environmental mastery, but the subject of C have shown these dimensions, three subjects have shown the dimension of interest, and three subjects has also shown the dimension of personal growth.Keywords : psychological well being, ex-convict
