<![CDATA[This research is a descriptive study that aims to determine the effect eitherpartially or simultaneously between the level of education, age of work, motivation andwork experience on employee productivity. This research was conducted at CV Granadawhere the overall number of employees 50 people used as a sample in this study. Validityand reliability, Normality Test and Classical Assumption Test carried out on the researchinstrument before the data were tested using multiple linear regression analysis.Multiple Linear Regression Test results showed that partially working age, motivation,and work experience positive and signifi cant impact on employee productivity, while theeducation level is not proven effect. <![CDATA[Konstribusi UKM pada perekonomian yang sangat besar dan perkembangan yang semakin meningkat dari segi kuantitas  ternyata  belum   diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui orientasi pelanggan dan orientasi inovasi UKM Konveksi di Kabupaten Sragen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilik atau pengelola UKM konveksi di Kabupaten Sragen. Kriteria pemilik atau pengelola UKM yang dijadikan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang publikasikan oleh BPS sebagai UKM dan sesuai dengan (UU. No. 20 tahun 2008). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 970X10%= 97 responden, dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden, maka dalam penelitian ini sampelnya 100 responden UKM konveksi di Kabupaten Sragen dengan menggunakan  convenience  sampling. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap orientasi pelanggan. Orientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap orientasi inovasi. Orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pelanggan dan orientasi inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Dan orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel orientasi pembelajaran melalui orientasi inovasi terhadap kinerja pemasaran.]]>

<![CDATA[Yogyakarta-Banjarmasin-Yogyakarta was very potential route for airlines to select as their planning route selection because of demand of both city has growth significantly. This new route selection becomes very important as research material because it can determine a companys cost advantage in taking the existing market potential. Until now, only Lion Air has established with this route and gets the profit significantly. The aims of this case study was to determine the feasibility of these airlines Yogyakarta-Banjarmasin-Yogyakarta based on analysis of airport operations, demand of passenger in both sectors and also analyze operational costs by using the model of demand of passenger aircraft Yogyakarta-Banjarmasin-Yogyakarta. Passenger demand equation model is determined by analyzing the historical data of passenger demand Yogyakarta-Banjarmasin-Yogyakarta through multiple linear regression method. Equation model was developed to estimate the number of annual passenger demand Yogyakarta-Banjarmasin-Yogyakarta as independent variables and the dependent variable is the total number of passengers in Yogyakarta-Banjarmasin-Yogyakarta, PDRB (Product Domestics Regional Brutto) and also income per capita.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the causal relationship between the regionalminimum wage (UMR) with the rate of infl ation, as well as long-term relationship of two variables. Several previous studies have said that there is a unidirectional relationship, both infl ation affect UMR, or UMR affecting infl ation. There was even a study that found that there is a two-way (reciprocal) between the two. In this study, an analysis tool used is the Vector Autoregression (VAR). From the results, it can be concluded that the relationship between the minimum wage to infl ation in the province of DIY is a unidirectional relationship, where infl ation affects the amount of the minimum wage set. These results indicate that the regional minimum wage stipulatedin Yogyakarta province has been in accordance with the principles of remuneration within the perspective of Islamic Economics as one of the considerations in setting is infl ation. Thus, the element of appropriateness as one element in remuneration are met. Through the study also concluded that the regional minimum wage (UMR) with contained infl ation long-term relationship.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this research is to assess perceptions of financial statement users toward current opinion issued by Supreme Audit Board (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan/BPK) and compare how perception of financial statement users toward modified opinion which was created by adding additional information related to materiality, adding a rule in accounting standard to disclose materiality level, involving financial statement users in setting materiality level, and conducting knowledge transfer to financial statement users. This research employed survey methodology using questionnaires. Respondents of the survey were local legislators in Special Region of Yogyakarta (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta/DIY). There were 32 questionnaires answered. Data collected from 32 questionnaires were tested using descriptive statistic, validity test, reliability test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The result showed that financial statements users do not really understand materiality aspect in the issuance of opinion BPK. After they received additional information related to materiality, they acknowledged that they had better understand of information stated in financial statements audited by BPK. In addition, financial statements users thought that they need to be involved in setting materiality levels. They also thought that they need knowledge transfer through training or workshop to improve their understanding of information stated in financial statements audited by BPK.]]>

<![CDATA[Social studies of UPPKS programs in Ngampilan Subdistrict are rarely held. The incomes of female group members of UPPKS depend on the program activities. The government policy which involves the increasing prices of daily needs and other household commodities causes the low ability of women in overcoming their life problems so that they are susceptible to poverty. It is a descriptive qualitative research, a research which collects and describes data and presents the real results without trying to make conclusion for public or generalization. The data collection has been through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies. The research will describes the household social economic condition of female group members of UPPKS in Ngampilan Sub district of Yogyakarta City and the strategy of survival. Identify the vulnerability indicators in building the strength of UPPKS female members in Ngampilan Sub district in Yogyakarta City,identify the institution models which is potential to decrease the vulnerability and identify risk types in any program activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyze the effect of studentsâ perceptions to the attitudes and motivations to become entrepreneurs. In addition, this study also analyze the infl uence of the advantages of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial barriers to student interest in entrepreneurship. The sample was students who have taken courses in Entrepreneurship Management Department. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Partial least square (PLS) used to analyze data.The results of this study were 1) there is a signifi cant effect between perception and benefi ts of entrepreneurship to entrepreneurship motivation, 2) there is no signifi cant effect between studentsâ perceptions of the attitudes to entrepreneurship, 3) there is no signifi cant effect between entrepreneurship constraints on entrepreneurship motivation, and 4) there is a signifi cant effect between motivation towards entrepreneurship attitude.]]>

<![CDATA[This study extends previous research on dividend policy and funding decisions using structural equation modeling. Previous studies have focused on dividend policy or funding decisions alone, to determine the factors that influence by using multiple linear regression. This study aims to determine the mutual influence between dividends and capital growth. The authors would like to prove that there are similarities between the factors that affect the payment of dividends and capital growth include profitability, agency cost of debt, and retained earnings. In this research, the sample used is 72 shares activitely traded and has been listing between periods 2009-2013 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The test results demonstrate the usefulness of the model testing using indicators overall goodness of fi t to meet the criteria recomended level of fitness. By using the non-statistical measure such absolute goodness of fit and parsimony goodness of fi t value exceeds recomended levels, it has indicated a good fit between the data with the model proposed research.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to examine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction to increase customer loyalty. As the pawn that depends on public trust. pawn shops are required to provide optimum service to always put quality of service so that customers will feel satisfied and secure in the world of mortgage transactions. Approaches include: tangible reliability, responsiviness, assurance, emphaty. Data used in this study is the primary data obtained through questionnaire method. The population in this study was all customers Pawnshop Timoho unit Jogjakarta in 2012. Not all populations studied so that the sampling done by accidental sampling technique. Number of samples taken are as many as 100 customers. Data analysis technique used is multiple regressions with SPSS. Proof testing results show that SERVQUAL dimensions tangible, reliability, responsiviness, assurance, emphaty, has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.]]>

The analysis method used is AMOS ver.18.00 analysis, The result of the analysis shows: (1) a strong influence between effectiveness of regional financial information system to officer performance (2) a moderate influence between effectiveness of regional financial information system to officer performance with the quality of information of financial report.]]>
