Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices.
First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number.
The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

The change of curriculum from KBK to KTSP expects more autonomous pupils and teachers, so it can improve students’ competency and teachers’ competency in teaching-learning process in the future. Every teachers’s perception, however, makes the implementation of KTSP different among each other because there are diversity in getting information, experiences, and fieldwork. It also occurs in teachers’ attitude because concerning to the KTSP socialization, culture which is various will make various teachers’ attitude toward the implementation of KTSP. So, the teachers’ attitude and perception leads to the different teachers’ readiness in implementation of KTSP. Therefore, this research has an objective to know the effect of teachers’ attitude and perception within implementation of KTSP. The research is conducted in state senior high schools in Biltar Regency on Februari – March 2008 by distributing closed-questionnaire. It uses path analysis with teachers’ attitude and perception as independent variable, while teachers’ readiness as dependent variable. After analyzing the data, the researcher gets correlation score 0.491. it means that the effect of teachers’ percetion and attitude within implementation of KTSP is strong with the percentage of it is 49.1%. it indicates that there are still many factors except those independent variables which influence the teachers’ readiness in implementing the KTSP. In conclusion, teachers’ perception and attitude has strong effect towards teachers’ readiness in implementations of KTSP.

This research aims to know about the entrepreneurship as one of the key issues related to many aspects, including its relevance to the economic, business and employment. The researches on entrepreneurship are the references to identify the success factors which supported the entrepreneurial success. The internet development in the digital age indirectly influenced the entrepreneurial ethos. It is not only influenced by the market potential and product innovation, but also by the commitments to entrepreneurship education and training model. Therefore, the studies on entrepreneurship in the industrial and developing countries are attractive. It is relevant to the internet era which provided opportunities for the development of entrepreneurial ethos, especially for the younger generation.

The objectives of this study are to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management in State and Private Vocational Schools (SMK) in Semarang Residence, and to identify the overall performance of State and Private Vocational Schools (SMK) in Semarang Residence which based on School-Based Management. The population of this study was all State and Private Vocational Schools (SMK) in Semarang Residence. The sample consisted of 10 State Vocational Schools (SMK) And 10 Private Vocational Schools (SMK). The results showed that either the principals of State Vocatinal Schools (SMK) or the principals of Private Vocational Schools (SMK) had very ideal criteria, curriculum and teaching programs had optimal criteria, staff had ideal criteria, students had ideal criteria and the infrastructure had highly optimized criteria.

Pembelajaran konstruktif memandang bahwa pengetahuan sebagai hasil belajar merupakan konstruksi kenyataan melalui kegiatan siswa sebagai subyek belajar. Hal ini berarti siswa dengan segala potensinya memiliki struktur kognitif dari hasil pengalaman dan pengetahuannya tentang pasar dan harga pasar. Struktur kognitif itulah yang kemudian melalui proses asimilasi, akomodasi, dan ekuilibrasi, setelah menerima materi baru dari guru tentang pasar dan harga pasar, akan menghasilkan struktur kognitif baru yang lebih sempurna dan kompleks. Posisi guru adalah sebagai fasilitator, mediator, dan dinamisator yang membantu siswa dalam mengkonstruksikan pengalaman dan pengetahuan baru selama belajar. Strategi relevansi sangat diperlukan agar materi pokok tentang pasar dan pembentukan harga pasar dapat terintegrasi ke dalam struktur kognitif siswa sehingga memberikan manfaat dan dapat diterima secara logis. Kata kunci: pembelajaran konstruktif; struktur logis; proses berpikir; dan relevansi.

This research aims to analyze the influence of creativity and learning innovation on entrepreneurial mentality and its implications on student learning outcomes. The research was carried out in the Economic Education Program of Universitas Pasundan Bandung with 43 students as the sample of the research. The research method used descriptive quantitative method with path analysis. The results of this study are: 1) Creativity variable is in good category, with an average score of 4.06; 2) Learning innovation variable is in good category, with the score of 4,17; 3) Entrepreneurial mental variable is in good category, with an average score of 4,14; 4) Student learning outcome variables are good, with an average score of 3.94; 5) There is influence of creativity (X1) to entrepreneurial mentality (Y) with total influence of 32,8%. Learning innovation (X2) to entrepreneurial mentality (y) with total influence of 30,47%. There is an influence of creativity (X1), and learning innovation (X2), simultaneously to entrepreneurial mentality (Y) with total influence of 63,3%; 6) There is an entrepreneurial mental effect (Y) on student learning outcomes (Z) of 67.7%. It can be concluded that there are influences between creativity and learning innovation towards entrepreneurship mentality and its implication for the student learning outcomes.

Seiring dengan era globalisasi yang mengakibatkan perubahan di segala aspek kehidupan, seorang pemimpin masa depan harus berorientasi pada perubahan terencana. Begitu pula bagi kepala sekolah baik di SMU maupun SMK. Sebagai pemimpin di sekolahnya  harus memiliki orientasi yang luas dan ke depan disertai dengan kompetensi yang tinggi. Kepemimpinan masa depan juga harus efektif serta memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan. Kepemimpinan masa depan agar dapat efektif harus memiliki visi yang jelas. Visi yang jelas akan sangat membantu dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi sekolah. Rencana perubahan yang akan dilakukan oleh pemimpin masa depan juga harus dirumuskan dengan jelas. This research aims to know the influence of career teaching motivation, career self-efficacy and socioeconomic status toward students’ academic achievement through students’ interests of being teachers. The research was a quantitative approach. The population of this study was all students of Economics Education on the first semester in academic year of 2012/2013. Data were collected by using questionnaires and documentation, then analysed by using path analysis. Findings show that teaching career motivation, career self-efficacy and socioeconomic status have positive and significant influence on students’ academic achievement through the interest of being teachers. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that the efforts to foster students’ interest for being teachers and academic achievement can be done by improving their career motivation, career self-efficacy, and parents’ support. Then, preparation process for being teachers should consider some aspects such as talent, psychological interests, motivation, and career self-efficacy. Moreover, institution should provide learning facilities for students who are from poor families and have difficulties for getting the higher studies.

This research aims to describe planning, implementation, observation and reflection. It evaluates and identifies the constraints and solutions at each cycle and to find out the learning outcomes achieved with scientific approach through the discovery learning model for 2nd grade students at Yunior High School 2 Kudus. It was a descriptive qualitative study. Findings show that the students’ activity is good enough on the first cycle and good on the second cycle. The average mean score of written test is on the first cycles B- and A- on the second cycle. If it is seen from minimum completeness criterion (KKM), there are 19 students with the percentage of acquisition by 55% on the 1st cycle and there are 32 students with the percentage of acquisition by 93% on the 2nd cycle. The observation results show that scientific approach give improvement of students’ activities on the first cycle and the second cycle. The results obtained from the use of scientific approach through the discovery learning model to improve the activity is good, but it needs to be observed continuously on students’ attitudes, skills and knowledge in school life.

The purpose of this research is to improve students' academic achievement and motivation using the plane asked. Action research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Weleri with research subjects class VII-F by 30 students. Implementation research is conducted in two cycles. Data collecting technique consists of two data, test data and non-test. The results showed learning by using the asking plane can improve student achievement. This is evidenced by the increase in value by 53% a write test, and the achievement of the KKM (Minimum Completences Criteria) on aspects of an increase of 40% is exceeded. Learning process by using the asking plane capable of increasing student motivation VII-F class. Indications of this increase can be seen from the data increases in value by 36,7% motivation. Development of student’s behavior increase. The student’s abily to respond and answer the questions rose by 3,33%. Student activity in listening increase of 3,33%. Student skills in presenting the material to rise by 3,34%. While the student activity in discussion groups experienced increase of 0,83%.

This study has objectives to examine empirically the behavior of teachers in accepting the use of e-Learning Ilmo (Learning Increasing Motivation) and ti improve the quality of lectures at Economic Faculty. The respondents of this research were lectures who were the users of e-Learning Ilmo. The data were collected through qustionnaire that was developed based on the construct of the theory of technology acceptance (Davis et al, 1989). The results of hypotheses testing were: (1) The usefulness and ease in using e-Learning Ilmo give positive effect to the lecturers’ interest in using it. (2) the lecturers’ interest in using e-Learning Ilmo gives positive effect which automatically can improve the quality of lectures at Economic Faculty, Unnes. To increase the use of e-Learning Ilmo, it is recommended to (1) make simpler and easier the features of e-Learning in Ilmo, (2) give an e-Learning training intensively and comprehensively for the lecturers. (3) replace some conventional lectures that can not be held as scheduled with E-Learning Ilmo course.
