Abstract

This research aims to improve students' 21st-century competencies. Differentiated learning with the gallery walk method is expected to provide learning competencies evenly and fairly. The development of Bruce Joyce's learning model, which actualizes individual abilities and differences, is the basis for the study of learning differentiation development in this study. Quasi-experimental quantitative research involves a control class with normal learning and an experimental class with the application of the gallery walk method and differentiated learning. Participants of this study consist of 60 students at Avicenna Jagakarsa High School - South Jakarta, Indonesia. A differentiated learning model using the Gallery walk method was conducted in two classes, then measured its effectiveness. The results of this study found that all students were able to take initiative, be active and build new knowledge and experiences, increase collaboration in learning groups, think openly and accept other people’s thoughts, and foster leadership. In the material aspect, students can analyze learning questions contextually and challenge them according to 21st-century learning competencies. For future researchers to be able to research learning differentiation in other learning materials as well as in different competencies.

Abstract

Creativity plays a crucial role in 21st-century learning, particularly in its integration with technology. The fusion of digital technology and creativity forms the emerging domain known as digital creativity. This study aimed to assess the instrument development stages of digital creativity, describe the creative products produced by students, and identify the ranking indicators of digital creativity. The research design involved the development of a digital creativity assessment instrument for accounting students, employing quantittaive descriptive research. The research subjects consisted of five experts and 177 accounting students. Data collection techniques included the Planel Expert Judgment and student performance assessments. Data analysis techniques involved Aiken's V and Consistency Reliability using the Inter-Rater Reliability, which employs the Interclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC). The results revealed that digital creativity intrument in this study was adopted and developed from Cropley Cropley (2008), Guan et al. (2021), Haller et al. (2011) and Canina Bruno (2021). The value of V and ICC values for the research instrument, focusing on instructions, language use, and content, were accepted with revisions. Similarly, the V and ICC values for the 29 indicators/items assessing digital creativity were accepted with revision. This indicate that the instrument is well-suited for measuring digital creativity, given its strong validity and reliability. Among the digital creativity indicators, the highest and lowest rangkings were associated with ethical and sustainable learning and convincingness. The three most frequently used applications by students are Capcut, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Abstract

Accounting employability skills for accounting vocational graduates include general skills, technical skills, and general knowledge, so that graduates have eligibility in the accounting field. The condition of accounting employability skills still tends to be low so that the availability of graduates in the world of work is still not optimal. This study aims to examine the effect of work-integrated learning on accounting employability skills through networking behavior. The research population was all accounting students in Klaten Regency, totaling 835 students. The sample technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 387 students. The test results show that work integrated learning affects accounting employability skills, networking behavior affects accounting employability skills, and work integrated learning indirectly affects accounting employability skills through networking behavior. The results show that students' practical experience in the vocational curriculum has an impact on networking behavior to stay connected to the world of work, which ultimately increases students' employability. The results of this study provide recommendations to the government as a policy maker to improve the quality of learning that is integrated with the world of work so that it has a long-term impact on improving the quality of student employment.

Abstract

This research aims to provide a factual analysis of the extent to which teachers are ready to apply the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in terms of authentic assessment. Descriptive statistical analysis is a data analysis technique that uses software SmartPLS-based partial least squares (PLS-SEM). The population of this study was high school or equivalent teachers in Banyumas Regency, with 55 samples using the convenience sampling technique. As a result of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an influence from understanding the concept of authentic assessment and the ability to determine essential learning aspects to be assessed. Deciding which learning is crucial to assess also influences the ability to design assessment instruments. Meanwhile, the ability to design assessment instruments impacts the ability to prepare assessment documents, and the skills in administering assessment documents also influence the ability to analyze assessment results. The researchers recommend that schools continue to assist teachers in this regard and provide them with as much training as possible on the use of authentic assessment instruments in light of their findings.

Abstract

Business units such as cooperatives are currently experiencing growth along with developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Today's era also requires business actors, including cooperatives, to continue to be able to transform digitally in various ways. The main problem currently being faced by cooperative actors is the low competence of Human Resources (HR) in mastering digital literacy skills related to effective and efficient management of production operations starting from production, accounting, marketing, management and so on. These problems must be addressed and dealt with appropriately, quickly and sustainably (sustainability). This digital literacy capability makes a major contribution in optimizing the competitive advantage and corporate performance of cooperatives, especially in today's digital era. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research is to study and optimize digital literacy in increasing competitive advantage and sustainable cooperative performance in the Koperasi Produsen Petani Indonesia (KPPI). The urgency of this research is that cooperative actors have literacy skills, business models and sustainable management patterns (sustainability) based on digital technology. The research methodology is a qualitative approach using interviews, observation, documentation, demonstrations and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques. The research stages include introduction, implementation and evaluation.

The study was conducted at the Economics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teaching and Education, University of HKBP Nommensen, with a total sample size of 89 individuals. The research methodology employed in this study was quantitative descriptive with survey techniques. Structural Equation Modeling analysis was utilized to examine the compatibility of the structural model depicting the relationships between variables and the available data. The result of this research found the surface learning approach has a significant negative relationship with appropriate assessment of learning, with a regression coefficient of -0.742. The deep learning approach has a significant positive relationship with appropriate assessment of learning, with a regression coefficient of 0.465. The student's satisfaction also has a significant positive relationship with appropriate assessment of learning, with a regression coefficient of 0.335. The surface learning approach and deep learning approach have significant positive influences on student satisfaction, with regression coefficients of 0.026 and 0.236 respectively.  Additionally, we recommend conducting further research in the future to expand on these findings.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of leadership and family business experience on social entrepreneurial intentions which are mediated by self-efficacy and moderated by entrepreneurial attitudes in Accounting Education study program students in Indonesia. Determination of the sample size was carried out using the purposive sampling method using the Isaac and Michael formula. The total number of samples from this research was 366 respondents consisting of students from the Accounting Education study program. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The research results reveal that leadership and family business experience have a positive  on self-efficacy. Furthermore, leadership and self-efficacy have a positive  on social entrepreneurial intentions, while family business experience has no direct  on social entrepreneurial intentions. Self-efficacy significantly mediates the effect of family business experience on social entrepreneurial intentions. Then entrepreneurial attitude significantly moderates the effect of self-efficacy on social entrepreneurial intentions. In connection with the mediating role of self-efficacy in the effect of family business experience on entrepreneurial intentions, it is necessary to increase student involvement in managing family businesses so that they can instill an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of self-confidence in facing challenges in entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship can help increase self-confidence in children by directly involving them in the family business. In this way, they can grow the confidence and intention of social entrepreneurship so that they are better prepared to become successors to the family business in the future.
