Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Understanding and learning accounting should be done in a systematic, gradual, perseverant and precision way, because accounting consists of complex concept, analysis and skills. Accounting should be studied systematically because it has the sequential inter-related material i.e. started from the identification of the account name of an existing transaction which can be seen in the transaction, journal, general ledger, balance sheet, adjustment, work sheets, preparation of financial statements, closing entry, posting adjustment and closing journals to ledgers, trial balance after closing, and  ended with the journal inverting. To obtain the optimal learning achievement of accounting, accounting students must study thoroughly about the concepts of accounting, as well as trying to understand the relationships among the concepts of accounting, because accounting concepts are related to each other. This research would test the use of maps concept as an alternative media to learn the basic concepts, especially on accounting classification account. The population was also the subject of this research,  they were the 1st semester students  of S1 Accounting Program, Economics Faculty, UNNES in the academic year of  2010/2011. There were 2 classes, the first class was the control class and second class was the experimental class. The control class used the conventional methods in the learning process on the other hand; the experiment class used maps concept in the learning process. The results showed that in experimental class which used maps concept as the media to learn the accounting classification of accounts proved to be more effective than the control class that did not use maps concept as the media in the learning process.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain akreditasi sekolah dan persepsi guru mengenai supervisi kepala sekolah. Dengan peringkat akreditasi yang baik dan supervisi kepala sekolah yang baik diharapkan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi akan semakin baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh akreditasi sekolah dan persepsi guru mengenai supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMA se-Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang sudah diakreditasi dengan ukuran populasi sebesar 7 sekolah. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah akreditasi sekolah(X1), persepsi guru mengenai supervisi kepala sekolah (X2) dan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi (Y). Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, Metode analisis data yang digunakan dengan analisis deskripstif, analisis regresi sederhana, dan analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, besarnya pengaruh akreditasi sekolah dan persepsi guru mengenai supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara akreditasi sekolah dan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Abstract

This research aims to develop a competency-based supervision model as a strategy to address the quality of education issues in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. The specific objective of this research is to identify various aspects that need to be prepared in supervision development, designing and piloting the model and analyzing the effectiveness of the competency-based supervision model by the principal of madrasah in teacher’s professionalism improvement. The research method used Research and Development (RD) with the following stages: research and information gathering, planning, product development, testing, and final product improvement stage. The supervision activities consist of three activities, namely planning, implementation and supervision follow-up. The supervision planning activity is technical guidance planning. The planning is centered on the principal as a supervisor and teacher involvement as the supervision object. The supervision implementation is held twice every semester towards teacher and learning by using directive model. The supervision follow-up activities are learning improvements. The overall supervision implementation has gone well with the score of 83.3. Most of the Madrasahs have conducted scheduled and periodic supervision. The development of supervision modell that emphasizes the Madrasah Tsanawiyah principal’s competence strengthening is done by developing the focus and objectives of the supervision, not only in the academic aspect, but also the managerial aspect and the human resources improvement through the implementation of collaborative management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan model metode pembelajaran inkuiri dengan guru mata pelajaran sebagai pengamat yang menilai pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri efektif  untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi pokok bahasan pasar di kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Kutowinangun Kabupaten Kebumen. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan kemampuan afektif dan psikomotorik siswa dalam melaksanakan metode pembelajaran inkuiri berdasarkan perbandingan kemampuan afektif dan psikomotorik siswa. diharapkan metode inkuiri dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran alternatif yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan metode inkuiri dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, diharapkan guru melakukan pembimbingan dalam observasi lapangan yang dilaksanakan oleh siswa secara berkelompok. Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe family economy and the implementation of nine-year compulsory education program at Kajenengan village, Bojong Sub District of Tegal in 2014. It was a qualitative descriptive study. The population of study was 1011 family leaders. This research used purposive sampling technique and 252 family leaders or about 25% of the population were as samples. Data were collected by observation, interview and documentation. Then, the data was analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and concluding. Findings show that the obstacles of social and economy faced by family: 47.20% of Kajenengan villagers are as farm labors, 28,57 % of  villagers get the average income per day from IDR 21,000 up to IDR 30,000,  33.73% of them have 5-6 family members in their nuclear family, and 32.80% of them who prioritize in education, especially on nine-years compulsory education program.  Then, there are only 8.73% of samples who implement the nine-year compulsory education program. Moreover, 47.62% family leaders say that most of their family members join the nine-year compulsory education and 43.65% of the family leaders say that all of their family members do not join the nine-year compulsory education at all.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the difference of students’ learning outcomes between STAD cooperative learning model and discussion model on economics subjects. This research was conducted at class X Senior High School 1 in Surabaya. It was an experimental study using a Nonequivalent Control Group Design research design. The total numbers of students were 140 students. Samples were taken by using purposive random sampling technique. 69 students were analyzed as sample. They were divided into two classes. One class was as a control class (X IPS3) with 35 students and another was as experimental class (X IPS1) with 34 students. Collecting data used post test and pre test. Findings show that there are differences on students’ learning outcomes significantly between STAD cooperative learning model (experimental class) and discussion (control class) on economics subjects. It is proven by the results of the calculation of the Z test was greater than 0.05 (4.679 0.05), hypothesis is accepted and the mean score at experimental class is higher than the control class (82.29 74.03). Thus; the implementation of STAD method gives good influence on students’ learning outcomes.

Abstract

It was a classroom action research conducted at the 1st semester of 7th Grade studentsrs of E Class in SMP Negeri 9 Semarang. It conducted since students’ learning outcomes on economics subject was low. Based on the initial test analysis, it can be seen that mostly IPS Economics students’ scores were below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), it was 78. Thus, this study wanted to increase students’ learning outcomes by using jigsaw method. The subjects of the research were 33 students; 13 male students and 20 female students. The study conducted in two cycles. The results showed that Jigsaw cooperative learning model was influenceive to increase students’ learning outcomes. Therefore, it is suggested for teachers to use jigsaw cooperative learning model in teaching integrated social studies, and also to make good preparation and manage the time before applying this learning model.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to improve the quality of learning for Studi Kelayakan Bisnis (Business Feasibility Study), to improve students’ spirit in learning, to improve lecturers’ skill in developing learning model and media and  also to improve students’ achievement in learning. This study was class action research consists of three cycles. Result of study showed students’ achievement was improving on each cycle. Students’ learning completeness before applying Learning Cycle method was 0%, after applying Learning Cycle method; students’ achievement after final test was 94%. Students’ interest, activeness and relationship in learning process with range 1-4, the result was good (3.2). Result of observation related to lecturers’ skill in managing the learning process which used map concept method with range 1-4 showed a good result with average of cycle 1, cycle 2 and cycle 3 was 3.2. That score was the average of all aspects investigated on three cycles. Based on result of study, it was suggested that for lecturers of Business Feasibility Study subject to apply Learning Cycle method in teaching-learning process. This method was approved to improve students’ ability to analyze the case and understand the concepts of Business Feasibility Study. This was because students are given opportunity to do research in the field related to the topic and then find the problems that will be discussed in the class. Thus, students are usual to think critically and analytically to face a case. And finally, students can find the topics concepts. Moreover, result of study can be applied for other subjects because this study gives the positive impact. Key words: The Quality of Learning, Business Feasibility Study Subject, LearningCycle Method

Abstract

The interest of entrepreneurship is influenced by several factors such as entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment. The result of preliminary observation in SMK Islam Nusantara Comal showed that the entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students in the academic year of 2014/2015 was still considered poor. On the other hand, their entrepreneurial knowledge was pretty high as well as their family environment which was considered good. The objectives of this study were 1) to find out whether or not there is an influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015, 2) to find out the influence of family environment on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015, 3) to find out the influence of both entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurship interest of the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015. The population of this study was the eleventh grader students of SMK Islam Nusantara Comal in the academic year of 2014/2015 as many as 316 students. The number of sample was 76 students decided by using Slovin calculation formula and chosen using proportional random sampling technique. The methods of collecting the data were test, questionnaire, and documentation. While the methods of analyzing the data were using percentage descriptive technique and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study based on the regression analysis it was found that Y = -6,787 + 0,493 X1 + 0,170 X2. The result of hypothesis testing in partial showed that the variable of entrepreneurial knowledge positively influenced the entrepreneurship interest by 32,60% and family environment positively influenced by 18,40%. While simultaneously, the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and family environment on entrepreneurship interest was 52,70% and the rest 47,30% was explained by other factors beyond the model of this study.

Abstract

It is a pre-experiment study. The study used two classes, the first class was the treatment class using E-lena learning system and the second class was the control class without using E-lena learning system. The subject of this study was students of Office Administration of Economics Education Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data were collected by test, and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of this study showed that using E-lena learning system could improve students’ self awareness in learning, but unfortunately the system still had some problems related to the application.
