Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Vocational School (SMK) is an educational institution to transfer knowledge about the tax. Unluckily, teaching learning process in delivering this material was monotonous, so it needed a medium called TAXI SNADERS. The objective of the study was to increase interest and learning outcomes taxation on Value Added Tax (VAT) and Sales of Luxury through a medium called TAXI SNADERS. The result of the study showed that there was improvement toward students’ interest for 14.5%. On the 1st cycle, students’ interest was only 67.25%, then it increased up to 81.75% on the 2nd cycle. Moreover, students’ learning outcomes also increased for 20% in post test. It was 67% on the 1st cycle and rose to 87% on the 2nd cycle.

Abstract

The objectives of the study  areto know whether there are any influence of laboratory facilities and learning motivation toward students’ achievement in Computer Accounting for  XII grade Accounting’s Students in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang or not and to know the percentage of it.Population of this study was all students of XII grade Accounting Program in SMK Negeri 9 Semarang, the number were 82 students. The sample was all population involved Class Accounting I and Class Accounting II. Variables were laboratory facilities and learning motivation as independent variables and learning achievement in Accounting Computer as a dependent variable. Collecting the data used questionnnaire method and documentation, then analyzed by  percentage descriptive analysis and double- regression technique. Result of study showed there was a significant influence between laboratory facilities and learning motivation toward learning achievement in Accounting Computer, with regression equalityY = 23,540 + 0,503X1 + 0,178X2. From the data analysis, it was obtained Fhitungwas 150,299 higher than Ftabel = 3,112. It mean that hypothesis that statedthere was a significant influence between laboratory facilities and learning motivation toward learning achievement in Accounting Computer was accepted. Meanwhile, determination coefisien for R was 0,890 that showed that both laboratory facilities and learning motivation can influence learning achievement in Accounting Computer for 79.2%.Based on the result above, it is suggested for the schools to create a sufficient computer laboratory facilities and supporting books so students will get easy to study and can improve students’ achievement learning, for teachers and parents to give motivation for students so they can be motivated to study in improving learning achievement. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of leadership, internal communication, and work motivation to the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning in Central Java either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research are 87 employees in the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning in Central Java. The research methods used in this study were interview, questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data used in this study were descriptive analysis percentage and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows release 16. The results of the regression equation: Y = -0448 + 0.320X1 + 0.518X2 + 0.242X3 with Y (employee performance), X1 (leadership), X2 (internal communication), and X3 (work motivation). The results of this study that there is influence between leadership, internal communication and work motivation to employee performance was 51,4%. Partially, the influence of leadership (X1) on Y by 0.320 with a value by 10.63% partial relations at the significance level of 0.002, while the influence of internal communication (X2) to Y of 0.518 with 10.17% for partial relations at the significance level of 0.003, and the influence of work motivation (X3) to Y with values of 0.242 relations partially by 10.17% at the significance level of 0.003.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is getting a good model of school management of RSBI in Semarang. Society’s satisfaction and loyalty mostly is determined by transparency, school accountability, and other factors such as, international standardization, academic effectiveness and funding effectiveness at RSBI. The population of this study were all RSBI students and parents in Semarang.  The samples were taken by purposive sampling which the samples were taken based on a certain criteria and relevant to the purpose of this research. The data were collected by questionnaires and depth interview. Then, the data were analyzed by descriptive analysis approach to know the important and dominant factors in managing a good RSBI. Furthermore, Partial Least Square analysis (PLS) was used to know the influence of RSBI management (information transparency, school accountability, and other factors) toward society’s satisfaction and loyalty in Semarang.

Abstract

Most students in Economics Faculty are not skillful in speaking English, so itneeds the active learning to encourage them to talk and improve their good characters.Therefore; I suggest the program of Coins of Hope to solve this problem. The problemof the study is: Does the Coins of Hope improve students’ speaking skills in Englishsubject and support the moral conservation at Semarang State University? It isexpected that the program of Coins of Hope is effective to improve students’ speakingskills at Descriptive text in English and also improve students’ characters.

Abstract

the objective of this study is to know the effectiveness of using concept map media to improve the success of learning accounting with the sub-topic is Classification of Account for  XI students 1st semester in SMA Negeri 3 Pekalongan year 2005/2006. Population of the research was all XI students semester 1 SMA Negeri 3 Pekalongan year 2005/2006 with the numbers were 232 students divided into 6 classes. Sample was determined by simple random sampling technique, thus getting 2 classes as the samples, Class XI  IPS 1 consisted of 39 students as the controlled class and class XI IPS 2 consisted of 37 students as the experimental class.  Data was collected by documentation and experimental technique. And the instrument of collecting data was test. In this research, there are 2 data analysis. Those are pre data analysis to equalize the controlled and experimental groups by using normality test, equality test two variance and equality test two average, and the post step analysis to test hypothesis by t-test one right side. The result of t-test showed that the average of learning achievement of experimental group was better than controlled group. It can be concluded that the using of concept map as learning media sub-topic on classification account is more effective than the group without concept map media. From the result of study above, it is suggested that teachers and students can try to use concept map media in the process of accounting learning. Abstract

The research aims to know the produce e-learning Microsoft sway based on the local culture and the effectiveness of the implementation of media in accounting and economics learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun. This research was conducted in Accounting Education Study Program and Economic Education Study Program of Universitas PGRI Madiun, uses research and development method. It was started by preliminary study, then continued with media development stage. The media developed was tested in the two study programs. The trial test result was analyzed, then based on the analysis result, the media and instrument were improved. Media that has been improved to be final media then re-implemented in learning in the two study programs. The results of research show that the development of e-learning microsoft sway based on local culture and the effectiveness of media implementation in economic and accounting learning at Universitas PGRI Madiun run smoothly and effectively, and give positive impact on learning process.

Abstract

The research was inspired by students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers with the rapid progress of science and technology and also free-market for workers. The objective of the study was to test the influence of Accounting learning based on SAK IFRS and self-efficacy toward students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers. The population of the research were Accounting education students in classess of 2010 until 2012. Thus, it used proportionate stratified random sampling. The respondents were 85 students in class 2010, 123 students in class 2011 and 154 students in class 2012. Then, the data were analyzed by percentage descriptive and doubled linear regression. The result of regression analysis showed that 1) Accounting learning based on SAK IFRS and self-efficacy contibuted positively and significantly for 52.4% toward students’ readiness to be Accounting students, 2) there was a positive and significant influence of Accounting learning based on SAK IFRS for 26.2% toward students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers, 3) there was a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy for 16.32% toward students’ readiness to be Accounting teachers. The familiarity level for learning Accounting based on SAK IFRS was high with the progress of science and technology and also full adoption from IFRS.

Abstract

The study analyzed the factors which influence State Junior High Schools students in Semarang to choose Vocational Schools. It was a descriptive quantitative research done at ex-RSBI and SSN Junior High Schools in Semarang. The populations were 854 students and taken 120 students as the samples. The data were collected by questionnaire, and in-depth interviews. Then, the data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. The result of the study showed that: 1) the promotion about SMK had the significant influence toward students’ interest to choose SMK, 2) the location of SMK had the significant influence toward students’ interest to choose SMK, 3) the socio-economic background did not influence students’ interest to choose SMK, 4) the closest reference influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 5) the students’ perception about SMK influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 6) the students’ motivation influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 7) the departments of SMK influenced students’ interest to choose SMK, 8) the promotion, the location of SMK, the students’ socio economic background, the reference, the perception, the motivation and the departments of SMK influenced simultaneously students’ interest to choose SMK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh disiplin belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap  hasil belajar ekonomi baik  secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Jatinegara Kab. Tegal Tahun Pelajaran 2006/2007 yang berjumlah 211 siswa. Sampel berjumlah 138 siswa didapat dari rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin belajar dan lingkungan keluarga baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Besarnya  pengaruh disiplin belajar dan lingkungan keluarga secara simultan adalah sebesar 14,8%, selebihnya sebesar 85,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Belajar, Lingkungan Keluarga, Hasil Belajar
