Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaiamanakah kondisi sosial, kondisi ekonomi orang tua siswa dan motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III, 2) Adakah pengaruh kondisi sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III, 3) Adakah pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III, 4) Seberapa besar pengaruh kondisi sosial dan kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 siswa. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proportional sample  sebanyak 97 siswa.. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program statistik SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh persamaan regresi = 15,528 + 0,398X1 + 0,143X2. Uji keberartian persamaan regesi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung = 25,982 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti  Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kondisi sosial dan kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III SMA PGRI I Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2005/2006 sebesar 35,6%. Besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel yaitu kondisi sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi sebesar 12,4%, pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi sebesar 9,5%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kompetensi guru dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dan fasilitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Sukorejo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara kompetensi guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas dan fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Sukorejo. Abstract

It is needed the learning media based on Macromedia Flash and Teaching Aid in the teaching learning process to improve students’ motivation and activity. It was a class action research. the subject of the research was XI grade Office Administration Students in SMKN 1 Bawang Banjarnegara. It was a cycle design which consisted of planning, action, observation and reflection. The data were collected by questionnaire and observation sheets. The result of the study showed that the average of students motivation was 64.3% on the 1st cycle and rose to 72.0% on the 2nd cycle and then increased up to 91,2% on the 3rd cycle which was on very high category. Whereas, the students’ activities on the 1st cycle was 40% increased up to 70% on the 2nd cycle was, and rose 88% on the 3rd cycle on the very high category. Consequently, the increase of  students motivation and activities gave impact to students’ learning result. It was 69.8 with classical completeness was 54,8% on the 1st cycle, then increased up to 72,2 with the classical completeness was 83.9 on the 2nd cycle, and the finally rose to 85.2 with the classical completeness was 93.5% on the 3rd cycle.

Abstract

This research aims to create the accounting learning media based on e-learning that uses Moodle software. It was one of e-learning applications which could be used in the learning activities and it was easy to be created.  It was a Research and Development study which used Borg and Gall model. The stages of the research were: the initial needs analysis, the initial product development, the expert validation, the first revision; the limited field tests; the second revision; and the final product. The material validation was performed by the materials experts; whereas the media validation was performed the media experts and users (students). Findings show that there is 100% validated by the material experts and 96.67% by the media experts; 81.49% by the users (students), and thus the average validation was 92.72%. It means that the learning based on e-learning for accounting subject using Moodle application is very suitable in learning process. Thus; it is suggested to teachers to use the learning media based on e-learning.  Then, facilities and infrastructure in the classroom should be provided in order to support the optimal utilization of the media.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to generate the interest in entrepreneurship, to improve the motivation to learn entrepreneurship, and to familiarize the students in creating a business plan as a student creativity in developing the character of entrepreneur. The research methods were descriptive analysis with the percentage was 74% and correlation analysis which was used to find out whether any relationship between students’ interest in entrepreneurship and creating business plan for Management Department Students of Semarang State University. The result showed  that there was a significant relationship between interest in entrepreneurship and creating a business plan with significant value was 0032.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia akan berkualitas apabila didukung oleh sIstem pendidikan yang baik. Untuk meningkatkan pencapaian hasil belajar yang maksimal model konvensional harus diubah menjadi model pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam KBM. Namun kenyataan yang ada di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran konvensional masih banyak digunakan, di mana guru mendominasi dalam proses KBM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai model pembelajaran akuntansi dengan metode Quantum teaching dan mengetahui sejauhmana efektifitas penggunaan model pembelajaran akuntansi dengan metode Quantum teaching. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran akuntansi dengan metode quantum teaching prestasi belajarnya lebih baik daripada siswa yang tidak mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan metode ini. Saran yang bisa disampaikan berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menggunakan metode ini secara optimal perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana dalam pembelajaran serta kualitas dari guru juga harus ditingkatkan melalui pelatihan-pelatihan dan seminar yang berhubungan dengan metode pembelajaran agar didapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai proses pembelajaran. Abstract

This research aims to find out the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning method in improving learning motivation and learning achievement in the subject of Introduction to Accounting I of the Accounting Study Program students of Politeknik Harapan Bersama. The Method of data collection in this study used observation method, test method, and documentation method. The research instruments used observation sheet, questionnaire and test question. This research used Class Action Research Design which is an action implementation oriented research, with the aim of improving quality or problem solving in a group by carefully and observing the success rate due to the action. The method of analysis used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis method. The results showed that the application of Think Pair Share Learning (TPS) Method can improve the Learning Motivation and Achievement. Before the implementation of the action, the obtained score is 67% then in the first cycle increases to 72%, and in the second cycle increasws to 80%. In addition, based on questionnaires distributed to students, it also increases the score of Accounting Learning Motivation where the score in the first cycle of 76% increases to 79%. In addition, in the first cycle, the score of pre test and post test of the students has increased from 68.86 to 76.71 while in the second cycle the score of pre test and post test of students has increased from 79.86 to 84.86.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifvitas penerapan metode problem posing dalam pembelajaran akuntansi, khususnya pokok bahasan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa XI SMA N 1 Wanasari Brebes berjumlah 180 orang yang terbagi dalam empat kelas. Sampel penelitian diambil berdasarkan cluster random sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu prestasi belajar dengan metode problem posing dan prestasi belajar dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdaapt perbedaan prestasi belajar akuntansi antara siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode problem dan metode konvensional. Metode problem posing terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan kepada guru untuk mempertimbangkan penggunaan metode problem posing dalam pembelajaran akuntansi. Kata kunci: Prestasi Belajar, Metode Problem Posing

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of family environment and the internet usage as learning source simultanly or partially on economics learning motivation. Population was Senior High School 5 students (IIS/Social Program) Semarang. 192 students were analyzed as sample. Data collecting method used questionnaire. While data analyzing used descriptive and double equal regression analysis. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that the learning motivation is high (62%), good family environment (61%), good internet usage as learning source (67%). Findings show that  family environment and the internet usage as learning source simultanly give positive effect and significant to motivation in learning economics by 39.8%. Partially, family environment gives positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation by 17.2%, the internet usage as learning source gives positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation by 8.6%. It can be concluded that family environment and the internet usage as learning usage give positive effect and significant to economics learning motivation at Senior High School 5 Semarang simultanly and partially. Hence, it is suggested that family environment should be kept in good condition, the internet usage as learning media should be provided more optimal, family hopefully always keeps condusive, calm, comfortable and enjoyable condition, and the last, students should improve the intensity of accessing economics information through the internet.
Improving Students’ Learning Achievement on Economics through Cooperative Learning Assisted By the Learning CD

Abstract

This research aims to improve students’ learning achievement. 32 students of grade X at Snior High School 2 Semarang were treated by classroom action research from May until June 2011. The research consisted of 2 cycles covering 4 stages, namely; planning, acting, observing and reflecting. It used cooperative learning strategy and descriptive analysis technique to compare observation result and reflection in each cycle. Findings show that cooperative learning methods can increase classically the learning mastery at grade X-8 by 75% in the first cycle with the average score is 70.22 and by 100% in the second cycle with the average score is 79.72.Then, it can be concluded that cooperative learning strategy by the learning CD can improve the cooperation, positive attitude, giving opinion and encourage students take parts in the fun atmosphere of learning process. Therefore, the strategy can improve learning outcomes on Economics in the Material of Consumption and Saving Functions.
