Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices. First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number. The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the educational output and outcome in the era of autonomy policy. By using path analysis, this study tested exogenous variables on endogenous variables directly or indirectly. The educational output in this study is the graduation rate of junior secondary school/madrasah tsanawiyah (JSS/MTs), while the educational outcome is the transition rate to general senior secondary school/vocational senior secondary school/madrasah aliyah (GSSS/VSSS/MA). The exogenous variables in this study is the percentage of realization government expenditure in education, gross domestic regional product per capita, ratio of pupils to teacher of JSS/MTs, and ratio of pupils to classes of JSS/MTs. The study found that percentage of realization government expenditure in education had no significant effect on the graduation rate of JSS/MTs and significant effect on the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA. Gross domestic regional product per capita in this study have a significant effect on the graduation rate of JSS/MTs and the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA. The ratio of pupils to teacher of JSS/MTs and the ratio of pupils per classes of JSS/MTs no significant effect either on the graduation rate of JSS/MTs and the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA. As an intervening variable, a variable graduation rate of JSS/MTs was also no significant effect on the transition rate to GSSS/VSSS/MA.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut (1) Mengetahui relevansi antara kepemimpinan guru SMP NEGERI dengan efektivitas pengelolaan kelas di kota Semarang, (2) Mengetahui relevansi anatara motivasi guru SMP NEGERI dengan efektivitas pengelolaan kelas di kota Semarang dan (3) Mengetahui relevansi kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru SMP NEGERI dalam efektivitas pengelolaan kelas di kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri di Kota Semarang. Dikarenakan keterbatasan sumber daya penelitian, maka diambil sampel yang representative dan mampu mewakili  populasi, yaitu sebanyak 8 SMP Negeri dimana proporsi masing-masing SMP besarannya tidak sama namun tiap sampel SMP ada yang mewakili dan dengan quota sebanyak 50 sebagai responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis ternyata semua hipotesis menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Abstract

The research aims to help the development of business center as an entrepreneurship laboratory for vocational students in order to increase the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This study is also  to find out how the implementation of the existing Business Center program in SMK Banyumas District viewed from the aspects of learning, economics, organizational, and capital. Research method used qualitative method and techniques of collecting data used observation and interview. The place of research is in Vocational School 1 Purwokerto and Vocational School 2 Purwokerto. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique. Validity of data in this research used data triangulation.The result of the research shows that the learning aspect of the implementation of the business center is effective because it becomes the student training center. Economic aspect of the business center is effective to carry out the activities of selling goods, goods production and service, business because it is supported by qualified human resources and internal audits conducted regularly. The aspect of the capital of the business center can be managed effectively.

Abstract

Microsoft Office Access (Ms Access) is a database management system which is a Relational Database Management System. The database in Microsoft Access is a set of objects consisting of tables, queries, forms, reports. Archival system is basically to store useful various files for organizations with the specific rules so the files can be found quickly and easily. Therefore; Microsoft Office Access is an appropriate breakthrough to build archival application systems based on Microsoft Office Access. It is not only easy to be operated but also available a package of Microsoft Office program. One of the most important benefits of the database is to facilitate the access to the data. The ease of accessing the data is the implication of the order data since it is the prerequisite of a good database. The database of archiving system is an application or system design which allows the archives storage digitally. The objective of the e-archives application program using Microsoft Access is to facilitate the delivery of material practices of electronic filing (e-archives). The purposes of the scientific study are: (1) to determine the basic concept and scope of Electronic archives (e-archives), (2) To know how to use the media of electronic archives (E-archives) aided Microsoft Office Access in the learning activities for Vocational students of Office Administration program.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Adakah pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi,adakah pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, adakah pengaruh disiplin dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada siswa kelas VIII semester I SMP Negeri 11 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2004/2005?. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2004/2005 sebanyak 242 siswa. Pengambilan sampel yang berjumlah 60 siswa dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji simultan dan uji parsial. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif persentase menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin belajar siswa termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dan untuk lingkungan belajar termasuk dalam kategori baik sedangkan untuk prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 3,629 + 0,030X1 + 0,028X2. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung = 39,095 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama dari disiplin belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi yaitu sebesar 57,8%. Diantara disiplin dan lingkungan belajar yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi secara parsial adalah disiplin belajar yaitu sebesar 25,50%, sedangkan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh lebih kecil sebesar 18,57%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Manajemen Pemasaran, untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar mahasiswa, untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dosen dalam mengembangkan model dan media pembelajaran dan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan pada setiap siklusnya. Ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa sebelum penerapan metode peta konsep 0%, setelah penerapan metode peta konsep, ketuntasan belajar dari mahasiswa setelah dilakukan uji akhir adalah 94%. Minat, keaktifan dan kerjasama mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan rentangan 1 – 4 hasilnya baik (3,44). Hasil pengamatan mengenai keterampilan dosen dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode peta konsep dengan rentangan 1 – 4 menunjukkan hasil baik dengan rerata dari siklus 1, siklus 2, dan siklus 3,38. Skor tersebut merupakan rerata dari seluruh aspek yang diamati pada tiga siklus. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pemasaran, Metode Pembelajaran Peta Konsep.

Abstract

the accounting lectures have a big challengeb to improve the quality of graduates who are expected to have high knowledge and skill, to have good critical analysis and decision making. Thus: accounting lecturers are needed to improve their teaching and learning processes especially on learning design and assessment. Improving students knowledge and skill in accounting field can be created by using learning philosophy which makes students active and integrative in the class room. this articles discusses about the innovation of accounting learning with blended learning which collaborates cooperative learning and e-learning. Cooperative learning is a learning approach which emphasizes on structured behavior to cooperate in groups it can improve students interpersonal skill, cooperation, critical analysis and decision making. On the other hand, the application of cooperative learning needs more time so it can be solved by using computer with e-learning.

Abstract

This research aims to test the effectiveness of entrepreneurship teaching materials for students majoring on Family Wealth Education Department at Faculty of Engineering, Universtas Negeri Semarang. Entrepreneurship teaching materials were developed by researchers by using ADDIE model, and the research only focused on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship teaching materials. It was a quasi-experimental study with a before-after or one group pretest-posttest technique. The research was conducted for 4th semester students of Family Wealth Education Department who studied entrepreneurship subject. In the experimental group, students were taught by teaching materials which were developed by the references of entrepreneurship subject on Higher Education and also was adapted by the conditions of students. Data were collected by using test, questionnaires and learning observation sheets. To test the hypothesis, it used paired t-test analysis and gain-score testing to measure the effectiveness of teaching materials in supporting the Entrepreneurship subject at Family Wealth Education Department of Faculty of Engineering. Findings  show that the entrepreneurship teaching materials are effective and the results of other analysis show that students’ scores are increased from pre-test to post-test who were taught with Entrepreneurship teaching materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of Social Studies learning. Learning Social Studies using "Snakes and Ladders" technique is expected to improve the quality of Social Studies learning and to improve students’ achievement. This was a class action research and the subject of research was class VIII B, SMP Negeri 2 Jatilawang. This research focused on improving the processing skills and the achievements of Social Studies learning in class VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Jatilawang. This Class Action research involved Social Studies teachers and used questionnaires, observation, documentation and test for data collection. Data on the processing skills were collected with observation by the researcher assisted by teacher partners. The learning achievement was collected with test results taken from the end of each cycle, and then processing skills and academic achievement were compared between before and after the research. In addition, the results of each cycle were supported by students’ responses. Data on students’ achievement were obtained from daily tests scores before the research comparing with the scores of each quiz cycles. The research was done in 2 cycles; each cycle consisted of 4 meetings. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that the application of  “Snake and Ladder” technique in Social Studies can improve students’ involvement in various learning process for  the achievement was 80.2% or 29 students (the performance indicator was 75%). The second performance indicator was at least 85% students achieved 64, the minimum score of KKM at the last test of the II cycle with the achievement was 88.89% or 32 students.
PENGARUH NILAI RATA-RATA MATA PELAJARAN PRODUKTIF TERHADAP PRESTASI ON THE JOB TRAINING

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah seberapa besar nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran produktif, seberapa besar prestasi on the job training, seberapa besar pengaruh nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran produftif terhadap prestasi on the job training. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis seberapa besar nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran produktif, untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis seberapa besar prestasi on the job training dan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran produktif terhadap prestasi on the job training. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 118. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 54. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kepustakaan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif antara nilai rata- rata mata pelajaran produktif terhadap prestasi on the job training. Hal ini di tunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 6,397 ttabel (2,01) dengan probabilitas 0.000 0.05. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah bahwa rata-rata nilai mata pelajaran produktif mencapai 7.7500 dalam kategori cukup. Rata-rata prestasi on the job training mencapai 8,0015 dalam kategori baik. Ada pengaruh antara nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran produktif terhadap prestasi on the job training dengan kontribusi sebesar 44%. Sedangkan 56% didukung oleh faktor lain yaitu minat dan motivasi mengikuti on the job training, fasilitas di dunia industri.   Kata Kunci : Mata Pelajaran Produktif, Prestasi on The Job Training
