Dinamika Pendidikan (p-ISSN 1907-3720, e-ISSN 2502-5074) is a scientific periodical published by the Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang collaborate with Asosiasi Profesi Pendidik Ekonomi Indonesia (ASPROPENDO), Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), Asosiasi Sarjana dan Praktisi Administrasi Perkantoran Indonesia (ASPAPI) with the aim to promote creativity scholarly or academic lecturers from various institutions in general and the community UNNES internal academic specifically. The article published scientific literature contains research results, conceptually as well as reviews of books in the field of economic education, accounting education, and educational administration offices.
First published in 2006, published in a year, June and December. Dinamika Pendidikan has become a CrossRef member with DOI prefix: 10.15294. Therefore, all articles published by the journal have unique DOI number.
The journal has been also accredited for five years based on The Decree of Directorate General of Research and Development Strengthening, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 48a/E/KPT/2017, dated on October 30th, 2017.

Hakekat belajar yang sesungguhnya adalah belajar yang tidak hanya sekedar mendengarkan dosen mengajar, tapi mahasiswa harus mampu mengembangkan wacana pengetahuan yang diperoleh melalui proses pencarian berbagai sumber. Proses transfer belajar harus mampu membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan yang secara fleksibel dapat diterapkan/ditransfer dari satu permasalahan ke satu permasalahan yang lain. Dalam pembeljaran menempatkan mahasiswa sebagai pembelajar dimana memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa mempelajari hal-hal yang baru dan dosen dengan strategi belajarnya memfasilitasi agar informasi baru bermakna. lingkungan belajar juga mempunyai posisi yang penting sehingga pengajaran harus berpusat pada bagaimana cara mahasiswa menggunakan pengetahuan baru mereka. Pendekatan pembelajaran yang berbasis discovery learning (DL), peran pendidik harus mampu menciptakan situasi, dimana mahasiswa dapat belajar sendiri daripada memberikan paket yang berisi informasi atau pelajaran, sehingga pengetahuan diperoleh melalui proses bukan produk. Keuntungan cara belajar ini yang diungkap oleh Martin (1975), ada dua hal penting yaitu; (1) menimbulkan keingin tahuan, memotivasi untuk menemukan jawaban, (2) menimbulkan kemandirian dengan menganalisis, memanipulasi informasi. The research aims to know the perception of students of ease use of Sikadu, the perception of students of usefulness use of Sikadu, and the impact of students’ perception of ease and usefulness of Sikadu. The approach of this research used quantitative research with descriptive analysis. Sample was students of Faculty of Economics, class of 2015 and 2016. The results of research indicates that students’ perception of the menu and display existing is easy to use in lecture activities up to the utilization of obtaining learning result information; students’ perception of the menu and display existing in Sikadu is very useful in lecturing activities up to the utilization of learning result information; the ease and usefulness in Sikadu encourages the students to use it although it is still rare used when it is seen from the frequency of using. Students mostly use it at the beginning and end of the semester; and the skill to operate computers. The need and demand to use Sikadu in academic administration becomes the main factors that encourage students to use Sikadu.

Students’ motivation to learn Economics especially at 10th Grade on the Unit of National Income in SMA N 1 Ungaran in the academic year of 2011/2012 was low. It was only 50% students who got score more than the minimum score (KKM). The research discussed about the effort to improve students’ learning achievement on the unit of National Income through interactive media (ITC) with talking stick learning model. The objective of the class action research was to improve students’ achievement on Economics on the unit of National income. The learning process was done in 2 cycles. Based on the result and discussion, pre-test assessment, 1st cycle test, and 2nd test cycle, the tests showed the increase. There were 16 students (50%) from 32 students who completed the competencies on the pre-test, then it increased to 25 students (78.13%) on the 1st cycle and finally all students (100%) completed the competencies on the 2nd cycle. Furthermore, students’ motivation based on the questionnaire showed that there were 84.39% students agreed and 15.61% disagreed on the 1st cycle. Then, it increased to 93.75% on the 2nd cycle. Whereas, the observation on the 1st cycle showed that there were less motivated students and after joining to the 2nd cycle, almost all students were more active so the study result increased.

Students in the first semester got difficulty to adapt the learning process in the university (student-oriented) which are different with the senior high school (teacher-oriented). Thus, the lecturer needed to solve the problem to sharpen students’ independence by using Jigsaw, a cooperative learning. Then, e-learning was also an important factor to spread the knowledge widely to students. Thus; the combination of Jigsaw and e-learning was expected to improve students’ achievement. The subjects of the study were 40 Economics education students in bachelor degree (S1), Unnes in Curriculum Review class. The objective of the study was to minimize the mistake, improve the students’ interest and study result in understanding the concept of the Standard of National Education through independent learning strategy based on e-learning and cooperative learning of Jigsaw. The result of study showed that students’ activities, interest, attention, participation in discussion and presentation in the classroom increased significantly with the mean 4.14. Then, students’ test results increased from pre-test which was only 74 then rose to 79 in the 1st cycle and 81 in the 2nd cycle with the level of completeness was 87.5%. Furthermore, students thought that the strategy was very good with the score 4.12

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang kewiraswastaan. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dorongan orang tua dan pengetahuan kewiraswastaan terhadap minat berwiraswasta siswa jurusan penjualan SMK Koperasi Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dorongan orang tua terhadap minat berwiraswasta yang ditunjukkan dari ry1 sebesar 0,341 yang lebih besar daripada r tabel yaitu sebesar 0,309; (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan kewiraswastaan terhadap minat berwiraswasta yang ditunjukkan dari ry2 sebesar 0,364 yang lebih besar daripada r tabel yaitu sebesar 0,309; (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dorongan orang tua dan pengetahuan kewiraswastaan terhadap minat berwiraswasta yang ditunjukkan dengan F hitung yang lebih besar daripada F tabel (11,383 3,44). Accounting lesson is considered as a difficult lesson by most students in SMK/SMA. It is even sometimes worse with the less ability of accounting teachers to select learning methods thatcan attract students’ attention and thought. Therefore, it is necessary to find an alternative learning which can help students to involve in the real situation which is fun and memorable. The learning model which can fulfill the fun situation is the role playing. The steps to implement this model in the learning of accounting cycle for trade firm are to divide students in groups and to give each of them an opportunity to play a role. In practice, each student changers the role weekly based on the order. The model makesstuents easier to understand the basic accounting and leads the teachers evaluate the materials if the lack of conformity occurs during the learning.

This research aims to improve students’ knowledge and understanding on pattern development of economic activity on community that retain its local wisdom. Kuta village is located at Karangpaningal Village, Tambaksari District, Ciamis Regency. It is one of traditional villages which still maintains its traditions in harmony with nature. The research was a qualitative study and data were collected by using interviews, observation, and literature study. Findings show that there is a development of the community’s livelihood at Kuta Village. The scope of economic activity is still in micro scale. Then, there is a technological transformation in natural resource management. Therefore, it is very clear that local wisdom is very suitable for subject materials in the form of narratives, stories, posters, or comics.

The objective of the researches is to know wether resiprocal teaching learning can improve understanding accounting subject on the topic transaction journal cooperative accounting. Population in this research where XII IPS students in SMA Negeri 1 Tegal. Sample in this research where XII IPS 1 students in SMA Negeri 1 Tegal. Result of this research show reciprocal teaching learning implementation can improve understanding accounting subject on the topic transaction journal cooperative accounting. This can be should 80% students can reach the target. Based on the result, it is suggested that teacher can implement reciprocal teaching learning, and to use relevan literature. The objectives of this study are: (1) to know the effectiveness of Group Investigation method to improve the quality of students’ motivation in Budgeting subject, and (2) to know the effectiveness of Group Investigation method to improve the quality of students’ learning in Budgeting subject. This study was Class-Action Research which was designed into two main cycles, the 1st cycle and the 2nd cycle. Each cycle consisted of some stages; they were planning - implementation - evaluation and reflection. The research was conducted at accounting class, Economics Faculty, UNNES started on June until November 2008. The collected data were: (1) students 'activities during learning, (2) faculty and student interaction, (3) the level of student motivation, (4) student achievement and (5) students' response to the learning process. Observation of the learning process carried out by two lecturers. The quality of the learning process in the classroom can be illustrated by the lecturer’s activities that should be able to motivate students to learn actively and creatively. The result showed that there was improvement in all aspects of learning so that the average score also increased from 76.18 to 84.64. It also showed that all aspects of students’ activities in the classroom increased, especially in the aspects of teamwork and discussion because of the number of members in each group in the 2nd cycle was relatively smaller than the number of members in each group in the 1st cycle. The quality of student learning outcomes is the output of the learning process in class. In the 2006 curriculum, student learning outcomes are based on the degree of students’ mastery with value standard indicator determined. The result showed that there was an increase in the students’ score. The highest score was from 87 to 95 and the lowest score was from 50 to 62, so the average score was 76 and the degree of mastery became 83%. It meant that students could improve their understanding of the materials and concept of risk management through the Discovery Learning approach.

This study investigates the factors that influence student satisfaction with online tax brevet and their preferences in the future, using theory of perceived user satisfaction. There have been several studies examining tax education, but research on technology-based tax education is still difficult to find. Using an online survey distributed in August – September 2021, data were collected from 106 participants who have or are currently taking online tax brevet. The data is then processed by the PLS-SEM method. This study found that technology and course had a significant effect on student satisfaction, on the other hand, teacher, communication, Covid-19 impact, and sudden change did not have a significant effect. On student involvement, it was found that only motivation had a significant effect, while self-efficacy and anxiety had no significant effect. In this study, student involvement was also indicated to have a significant effect on student satisfaction and learning outcomes. Student satisfaction itself also has an influence on student decisions in the future to continue using online tax brevet technology. To maintain the future preferences of students, tax brevet organizers can increase student motivation with a more interactive learning system.
