Biokimia adalah ilmu yang mengkaji mengenai substansi dan komposisi pada makhluk hidup. Mata kuliah Biokimia termasuk mata kuliah yang sulit untuk dipelajari oleh mahasiswa. Kesulitan belajar pada materi biokimia menyebabkan hasil belajar mahasiswa Tadris Kimia cenderung rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kesulitan belajar mahasiswa tadris kimia di UIN SATU Tulungagung pada mata kuliah Biokimia. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tinjauan literatur. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, penyebaran angket, dokumentasi, wawancara dosen, serta wawancara mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar wawancara dosen dan mahasiswa, lembar observasi, dan juga lembar angket. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Tadris Kimia UIN SATU Tulungagung yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Biokimia sebanyak 70 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dan membahasan menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar pada mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya kapasitas dosen dalam mengajar, kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menyerap materi pembelajaran, kualitas lingkungan pembelajaran, dan media pembelajaran. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka mengatasi kesulitan belajar pada mahasiswa tadris kimia materi Biokimia adalah dengan melalui pengembangan bahan ajar yang lebih menarik, penggunakan model pembelajaran interaktif, pembuatan video pembelajaran, modul, buku petunjuk praktikum, diskusi interaktif antara dosen dengan mahasiswa, dan kegiatan laboratorium.

The aims of research is to find out the analysis of student learning result and interpersonal intelligence through talking chips learning model. The methods of this research is using experiment. The sample used was XI IPA 1 class and XI IPA 2 at SMA N 2 Kudus with sampling technique based on the consideration of the teacher concerned. The data taking is done using validation sheets, cognitive test instruments, observation sheets, student response questionnaires and documentation. The cognitive analysis results of the experimental class 1 pre-test score was 70 and the post-test was 100 while the experimental class 2 the pre-test score was 70 and the post-test was 95. The results of the affective analysis is the highest aspect of the experimental class 1 were aspects of cooperation while for the experimental class 2 is the aspect of curiosity. The indicators of empathetic processing, team building and listening to other owned by the experimental class students are very good, but the indicators for giving feedback and inquiry and questioning are still not enough and need to be improved. It can be concluded that talking chips learning can improve student learning result and interpersonal intelligence and make students more interested and active during the learning process.

This study aimed to determine the effect of inquiry learning model with REACT strategy on learning outcomes and to determine the contribution to the learning outcomes. The expected benefits are improvements in learning chemistry subjects in class XI of high school through constructivism learning activities. The population in this study were students of class XI of high school in Semarang. The analysis showed the early stages of the population have the same degree of homogeneity and normal distribution. Average learning outcomes after experimental class treated were better than the control class, which amounted to 75.52 and 67.14. Test the difference between two average results obtained t from calculation (4.85) t from table (1.66), so we can conclude the experimental class learning results are better than the control class. Correlation test resulted biserial correlation coefficient (rb) of 0.58 and t from calculation (5.68) t from table (1.99), so the influence was significant. Effect of application of inquiry learning model with REACT strategy shown by the coefficient of determination of 33.64%.The cognitive learning outcomes of experimental class had reached mastery learning classical while control class not yet. The average value of affective and psychomotor experimental classes are better than the control class. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning with REACT strategy have positive effect on learning outcomes chemistry in student class XI of high school in Semarang.

Berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang sangat penting diajarkan kepada siswa.Inkuiridapatdijadikansebagaisalahsatupendekatan yang dapatmewadahipengembangankemampuanberpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar hidrolisis garam bermuatan karakter berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan desain one-group pre-test post-test design. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan meliputi (1) pendefinisian (define), (2) perencanaan (design), (3) pengembangan (develop). Subjekimplementasi pada penelitianiniadalahsiswakelas XI SMANegeri 1 Mandor (Kalimantan Barat)tahunpelajaran 2014/2015.Instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi: (1) instrumen lembar wawancara guru (analisis kebutuhan); (2) instrumen penilaian/uji ahli terhadap produk bahan ajar yang dikembangkan; (3) instrumen soal tes kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa materi hidrolisis garam; (4) instrumen lembar observasi afektif siswa; (6) instrumen lembar observasi psikomotor siswa; dan (7) instrumen lembar angket respon siswa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar hidrolisis garam bermuatan karakter berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa secara signifikan, serta mendapat respon positif dari siswa.

Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan dengan guru, ternyata hasil belajar kimia siswa kelas X SMA Ibu Kartini Semarang masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena pembelajaran didominasi dengan metode ceramah yang berpusat pada guru. Penggunaan pendekatan game simulation, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kecakapan hidup (life skill) dan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan hidrokarbon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refl eksi. Fokus yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kecakapan hidup siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini dilihat hasil belajar siswa yaitu secara klasikal 85% siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar individual minimal 65%. Berdasarkan analisa data hasil penelitian, rata-rata kecakapan hidup (life skill) siswa meningkat dari pada siklus I(86%), siklus II (71.52%), dan siklus III (75.02%). Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata 71.05 (siklus I), 75.27 (siklus II), dan 82.24 (siklus III). Kata Kunci: game simulation, life skill

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Treffinger berbantuan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) dapat meningkatakan hasil belajar siswa SMA pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan. Model pembelajaran Treffinger berbantuan LKS membantu siswa lebih aktif dan kreatif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain posttest only control design. Hasil posttest kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata 80,72 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol memperoleh rata-rata 71,17. Dari data tersebut diperoleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 87,5 % dan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 40,63 %. Kelas eksperimen telah mencapai ketuntasan klasikal tetapi pada kelas kontrol belum mencapai ketuntasan klasikal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran Treffinger berbantuan lembar kerja siswa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMA pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan. Model pembelajaran Treffinger berbantuan LKS tidak hanya meningkatkan hasil belajar aspek kognitif saja, tetapi aspek afektif dan psikomotorik juga meningkat.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning model Treffinger aided student worksheet to high school students to get greater learning outcomes on material solubility and solubility product. Treffinger assisted student worksheet help students to be more active and creative in learning. This research is an experimental research and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study used a posttest only design control design. Posttest results of the experimental group gained an average of 80.72, while the control group gained an average of 71.17. These data showed the gain percentage of classical completeness in the experimental group is 87.5% and in the control group is 40.63%. Experimental group has reached classical completeness, but not yet the control group. The conclusion of this study is Treffinger model aided student worksheet can increase student learning outcomes on the material solubility and solubility product. The learning model Treffinger aided student worksheet not only improve learning outcomes on cognitive aspects, but also in affective and psychomotor aspects.

Practicum taken place in schools is still verification, just to prove a concept or principle that has been previously studied, resulting in not developing science process skills. Therefore, learning strategy is required to improve the students' science process skills by inquiry-based lab methods. This study aimed to obtain information science process skills improvement class X after applying the inquiry-based lab hydrocarbon material. The study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. Science process skills were measured using written tests and observation. The results show the value of KPS experimental class better than the control class. Measurements obtained by testing the highest increase in the experimental class and control class in predicting indicators, while the lowest increase in the experimental class and control class hypotheses indicator on the indicator hypothesis. Through observation of KPS, obtained the highest increase in the experimental class and control class observing indicators on communication indicator, while the lowest increase in the experimental class on asking questions and the control class on classification indicator. The results of KPS showed the increase of experimental class higher than the control class. Students give positive response to the inquiry-based learning lab at the hydrocarbon material because it gives students the chance to participate actively, and increase student motivation. Based on studies, it concluded that lab-based inquiry can improve the students' KPS. Keywords: Inquiry, Science Process Skills, Practicum

Chemistry learning in schools emphasizes learning chemistry concepts in a coherent, structured and detailed manner. Concepts delivered in a coherent, structured and detailed way make it easier for students to understand and understand concepts. Several strategies can be used to assist students in learning concepts, including the use of student worksheets that shape student thinking in a structured way. This descriptive analysis research aims to determine the ability of metacognition through the use of student worksheets based on discovery learning. The research design used is the One-Shot Case Study. The study was conducted by giving treatment to the group studied in the form of learning using Discovery Learning-based Student Worksheets four times. After being given treatment, the group is given a post-test in the form of questions that have metacognition indicators and question indicators, then given a questionnaire response to the worksheet based on discovery learning, a questionnaire responding to the ability of metacognition. Data from the results of the post test and questionnaire were analyzed and conclusions were drawn. The results showed an average post-test score obtained at 87.94% while the average questionnaire score obtained at 81.64%, the results of the interview analyzed descriptively also showed good metacognition skills. As for the results of students' metacognition abilities based on their ability level, they are: 17.64% low level; 61.76% moderate level; and 20.59 are at a high level. Based on the data collected, it can be concluded that the metacognition ability of the XI MIA 7 grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Purwokerto is at the most moderate level.

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa dengan menerapkan metode inkuiri pada pembelajaran Sistem Koloid. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya keprihatinan terhadap rendahnya kemandirian belajar siswa. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI-IPA4 SMAN 14 Semarang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 36 siswa, yang terdiri atas 17 siswa laki-laki dan 19 siswa perempuan. Fokus penelitian adalah peningkatan karakter kemandirian belajar siswa. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi menggunakan lembar cek kemandirian, wawancara pada siswa serta menganalisis hasil tugas siswa dari tindakan ke-1 sampai tindakan ke-2. Setelah diterapkannya metode inkuiri, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa kemandirian belajar siswa meningkat, hal ini terlihat dari rerata indikator  kemandirian belajar siswa dari siklus 1 sebesar 77,35 % menjadi 90,06% pada siklus 2. Hal ini berarti ada peningkatan karakter kemandirian dalam memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai Sistem Koloid  setelah diterapkannya metode inkuiri.

This study aims to see how student life skills, especially in vocational skills, after using the integrated CEP PjBL learning model. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. Taking population and samples using total random sampling with the population is also the sample used in the study. Collecting data using instruments including, the CEP integrated project-based LKPD which is used as a practical guide as well as a reference in practicum supervision, the model implementation observation sheet to see the implementation of learning carried out to teach students, the life skills observation sheet used in direct life skills assessment when Available learning, as well as the responsibility of the student questionnaire used to measure students' life skills in learning using the CEP integrated PjBL model. The results showed that learning using the CEP integrated PjBL model was proven to be able to help students develop life skills in the aspect of vocational skills so that students had entrepreneurship. This can be seen from the proportion of students' vocational proficiency, namely 74.89%, where the competitiveness of students in sales and the work ethic possessed by students can be categorized as very good, namely 80.27% and 82.45%. The generic life skills of the students were classified as good with the proportion of 77.18% and the specific life skills of the students were classified as good with the proportion of 73.94%.
