Abstract

Obyek wisata Candi Gedong Songo merupakan cagar budaya/purbakala berupa candi-candi yang berjumlah 9 (sembilan) unit. Dari sembilan candi tersebut yang masih utuh hanya 5 (lima), sedangkan 4 (empat) candi yang lain berupa pondasi dan reruntuhan bangunan. Kelima kelompok bangunan yang masih berdiri letaknya terpencar, dimulai dari kelompok satu atau Gedong I yang terletak paling bawah dan berakhir dengan kelompok lima atau Gedong V yang terletak paling atas. Terdapat hambatan bagi wisatawan untuk memuaskan kunjungan wisatanya, yaitu informasi letak dan waktu tempuh yang pasti untuk menuju setiap lokasi candi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) desain peta seperti apa yang bersifat fleksibel? 2) bagaimana cara memberikan pengetahuan mengenai cara membaca peta mengenai lokasi dan jarak tempuh candi di komplek Candi Gedong Songo kepada para pelaku jasa wisata? Tujuan penelitian untuk: 1) membuat desain peta fleksibel untuk para pelaku jasa wisata di Candi Gedong Songo, 2) memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai cara membaca peta lokasi dan jarak tempuh antar candi di komplek Candi Gedong Songo kepada para pelaku jasa wisata. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan desain peta yang bersifat fleksibel dicetak pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan dilapisi plastik tebal. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai cara membaca peta lokasi dan jarak tempuh antar candi di komplek Candi Gedong Songo kepada para pelaku jasa wisata dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan pembimbingan. Para peserta merasa mendapat pengetahuan baru dan alat baru yang mendukung pekerjaan mereka. Kata kunci: Peta tematik, peta lokasi dan waktu tempuh

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the coastline changes in north coast ofSemarang-Demak. The research method was used satellite image interpretationof Landsat Image in 1998 and Allos Image in 2006, and field cross-checking. Byoverlaying the two satellite images through a geographic information system todetermine the changes that can occured on the north coast of Semarang-Demak.Based on research results showed that the accuracy obtained by 93% and couldbe valid from 28 observation points that form the shoreline and land use.Shoreline that occurred between 1999 and 2006 experienced more abrasionprocess if compared with accretion. The Advice of this study was to acceleratedetermination of the shoreline changes preferably used remote sensing images, inorder to involved community in preventing any abrasion. The methods could bedone through greening coastal areas, for example by mangroves planting on thebeach.

Abstract

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Geografi Materi Atmosfer Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi Media PembelajaranDigital (MPD) bagi Siswa X.2 SMA Negeri Grobogan pada Semester 2 Tahun 2009/2010. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Geografi Materi Atmosfer Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi Media PembelajaranDigital (MPD) bagi Siswa X.2 SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan pada Semester 2 Tahun 2009/2010. Subjek dalam DataPenelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi/penelitian, tempat dan peristiwa berlangsungnya aktivitas pembelajarandan dokumen atau arsip. Setiap siklus Tindakan terdiri dari perencanaan, implementasi tindakan penelitian ini adalahsiswa Kelas X.2 SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan semester 2 yang berjumlah 43 siswa. Setiap siklus Tindakan terdiri dariPerencanaan, Implementasi Tindakan, Observasi, Analisis dan Refleksi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri: (1)Hasil evaluasi kemampuan menganalisis unsur-unsur geosfer sebelum tindakan (dalam bentuk nilai test); (2) Hasilevaluasi kemampuan menganalisis unsur-unsur geosfer setelah tindakan (dalam bentuk nilai test). Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Media Pembelajaran Digital (MPD) dapat meningkatkan hasilbelajar Geografi Materi Atmosfer bagi Siswa X.2 SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan pada semester 2 Tahun 2009/2010.Interprestasi hasil ini didasarkan pada hasil penelitian pada siklus I dan Siklus II yang dibandingkan dengan kondisipra siklus, yaitu terdapat perbedaan atau peningkatan hasil belajar. Perolehan nilai siswa kategori Cukup (62 – 75)mengalami penurunan sebesar 60% pada siklus I dan 70% pada siklus II. Adanya penurunan pada kategri Cukup(62-75) ini mengakibatkan adanya kenaikan pada kategori Baik (76 – 89) yaitu sebesar 60% pada siklus I dan 70%pada siklus II dan kenaikan pada kategori sangat baik (90 – 100) sebesar 4%.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kreo Sub-watershed in Semarang and aimed toexamine the difference of soil physical characteristic in various land utilizationtypical and to examine the relationship among soil physical characteristic, soilcover and trees stand conditions to infiltration capacity. In this research, thepicking out of the soil specimens and the test of infiltration was conducted in 10(ten) kinds of land utilization in the same condition of slope, soil, land use, anddistribution of precipitation. The result of this research showed that there is asignificant difference among the condition of the texture, the porosity, and thepermeability, whereas the organic matter and the early capacity of water have nosignificant difference. Whereas adequate correlation was found among thepermeability, the early capacity of water and the soil cover condition, mean whilethe trees stand condition, the texture, the organic matter, and the porosity have nostrong correlation with infiltration capacity.

Abstract

Ketersedian lahan pertanian dari waktu kewaktu terus menurun baik secara kuantitatas maupun kualitas, sebagai akibat terus berkembangannya jumlah penduduk. Kerusakan lahan telah banyak terjadi pada sejumlah daerah, termasuk daerah perbukitan-pegunungan DAS Serang bagian hulu. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola, struktur, proses dan dampak spasial pemanfaatan lahan pertanian di daerah perbukitan-pegunungan DAS Serang bagian hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan spasial berbasis sistem informasi geografis (SIG). Satuan analisis adalah bentuklahan dan rumahtangga tani. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, uji lapangan dan pemanfaatan sumber-sumber peta Rupabumi Indonesia skala 1 : 25.000 dan Citra satelit Spot 5 tahun 2006. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada enam pola pemanfaatan lahan yakni pemanfaatan lahan untuk persawahan dan palawija; kebun campuran; kebun sejenis, permukiman, hutan dan semak belukar. Kebun campuran mendominasi wilayah penelitian, dan menjadi bagan penting bagi kehidupan penduduk setempat. Tipologi kualitas pemanfaatan lahan pada separo lebih dari wilayah penelitian termasuk tingkatan sedang. Namun demikian untuk beberapa wilayah penelitian memiliki tingkat kualitas pemanfaatan lahan yang rendah (23.81%). Untuk tipologi kerusakan lahan, hampir separo dari wilayah mengalami tingkat kerusakan tinggi, dan yang lain adalah tingkat kerusakan rendah sampai sedang. Abstract

This study aimed to: determine the socio-economic conditions and theaccessibility of a family residence cigarette workers who lived in the VillagePadurenan, determine the relationship between socio-economic conditions of thejunior high school/equivalent in child labor families cigarette, knowing therelationship between accessibility of residence with elections junior highschool/equivalent to child labor families cigarette. The population in this study isthe worker's family of labor cigarettes who have children are still in schooljunior high school/equivalent. The sample is taken by proportional randomsampling of the population is 46 people. Data collection using questionnairetechniques, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used isdescriptive percentage (DP) and the chi-square test. Based on the results of theresearch there is a relationship between socio-economic conditions with theelection of junior high school/equivalent to their children, there is no relationshipbetween the accessibility of residence with election junior high school/equivalentto their child.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate learning model “Better Teaching and Learning (BTL)” in improvingacticities and learning result of VIII grade students of J class in SMP N 2 Demak study year 2015/2016. Itwas a Classroom Action Research which consist of Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. Datacollection methods were documentation, observation, and writing test. Data analysis method used interactivemodel of Miles and Huberman, which consist of data reduction, data presentation, and verification.This research showed that BTL method usage could increase activities and result of social science study inthe research object. Learning activity from the beginning was 62, average result after the first cycle was 75,and after the second cycle was 94. In other word, there was point increasement till 51%. In the same way,there was an improvement too in learning result, from 70 become 75 in the first cycle, and 88 after thesecond cycle, which mean that the score increased 25%. Therefore, the BTL method should be develop inother material learning. Colleagues need to review this method, than develop it within learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran kooperatif investigative dalammeningkatkan kepedulian mahasiswa geografi terhadap lingkungan hidup. Untuk itu pendekatan yang digunakanadalah pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung juga oleh data kuantitatif. Implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif investigativepada mata kuliah Geografi Sosial telah dilaksanakan melalui tahap-tahap pembelajaran yang ditandai: a)adanya pembagian kelompok dengan tugas yang berbeda, b) anggota kelompok terdiri dari mahasiswa yang beragam,c) kemampuan anggota dalam satu kelompok berbeda-beda, dan d) penghargaan terhadap kerja kelompok lebihtinggi dibandingkan dengan kerja indivdu. Pembelajaran investigative pada mata kuliah ini ditandai dengan pembelajaranyang memberi kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk merencanakan pembagian tugas dan menggali informasi sesuaidengan tema tugas masing-masing kelompok. Pembelajaran juga dilaksanakan melalui tahapan-tahapan yang urut,dari pembagian kelompok sampai evaluasi.

Abstract

In order to achieve the objectives of the National Education educating the nation and develop the whole person is needed role professional educators. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 Year 2003 on National Education System, the position of teachers as educators are professional positions. Development of teacher competency standards aimed at improving the quality of teachers and teacher development patterns in a structured and systematic. However, the reality on the ground needs to be studied more in depth whether the teachers have been able to improve the competence of their professional development and how development patterns regarding the agencies or other competent parties. The population is all Geography teacher who has been certified and teach in high schools in Pati residency Ex se, but the data information obtained by means of random sampling. Variables include teacher professional development competence variable Geography and development patterns related to geography teacher professional development competencies. Data collection using documents, questionnaires and interviews. While data analysis using descriptive analysis percentage.The results showed that: 1) the research subjects have had a long teaching experience, have all been certified thus formally as a professional teacher. Professional development activities that stand turned out to be activities of the new book, student work activities (LKS). In MGMPs rides, teachers often team up matter for LKS material. Competence is quite encouraging professional development is the productivity of the preparation of papers, preparation of props Although there has been an increase in productivity of academic scholarly side in supporting the development of the profession, but in general (71.00%) level of competence of their professional development is still far from ideal, 2) pattern coaching competence Geography teacher professional development in SMA se Ex Pati residency, in the form of in-house training, discussions, workshops have been conducted by the teachers of Geography. However, other activities such as internships, partnerships with other schools and distance learning has not been optimally implemented either by the government (Kemendikbud, District Education Office, LPMP) and profider / other competent parties. So generally coaching competency Geography teacher professional development in the study area is not patterned in a clear and steady.Suggestions put forward related to this include: a). need to change the paradigm that every teacher to achieve keprofesinalannya level should be supported by scientific work, not just teaching and a pass UKG and graduated as a teacher learners, b). teachers need to be encouraged ability / competence development profession with appreciation and / reward (it may include funding), in order to awaken the passion attitudes and behavior as a professional teacher, c). the schools and other government agencies as well as to always earnestly reprogrammed professional development activities of teachers in a structured time and funding.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the proses of development, the feasibility and affectiveness of instructionalmedia interactive CD geography subjects of environmental materials for Senior High School students ofclass XI. This study is a Research and Development (R & D). Process development using measures of R&Dfrom Sugiyono that has been modified. Instructional media developed using Adobe Flash CS6 applicationscontaining several multimedia components such as materials, drawi, simulations, exercises and games.Media which have been developed subsequently assessed for feasibility by expert media and materials.Results indicate that the instructional media CD interactive very decent with the result of media experts of88,7%, from material experts of 90%. Media tried out through learning in class. Trial was conducted todetermine the effectiveness of instructional media. Instructional media CD interactive was declared effectiveby the results of classical learning completeness ≥85%. In addition to the responses of students and teachersInteractive CD media also showed very good response.
