Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang pembinaan profesionalisme guru pasca sertifikasi guru dalam jabatan dan model pembinaannya. Metode penelitian adalah research and development (RD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru PKn SMP/SMA/SMK Negeri di Kota Semarang memiliki katagori penilaian bervariatif dalam ke empat aspek kompetensi, mulai dari nilai tinggi hingga nilai rendah. Ke empat kompetensi itu adalah: (1) kompetensi paedagogik, (2) kompetensi kepribadian, (3) kompetensi sosial, dan (4) kompetensi profesiaonal. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan meskipun telah memperoleh sertifikasi sebagai tanda keprofesionalannya, namun masih terdapat kompetensi yang heterogen dan tidak semua kompetensi tinggi nilainya. This study aimed to gain insight into the professionalism of teachers coaching post-certification of teachers and models of supporting them. The research method is a research and development (R D). The results showed that the Civics teacher competence SMP / SMA / SMK Negeri Semarang city has varied assessment category in the four aspects of competence, ranging from high value to low value. The four competencies are: (1) paedagogik competence, (2) personal competence, (3) social competence, and (4) competence profesiaonal. Conclusion The study shows that although the Citizenship Education teachers have obtained certification as a sign of professionalism, but there are a heterogeneous competencies and not all competencies highly valued.

Abstract

This research develops the ability in generic thinking to the future physics teachersthrough modern physics learning such as: understanding in sense of scale andsymbolic languages, doing inference, comprehending causality, and doingmathematics modeling. The subject of the research was teacher students who tookmodern physics in third semester. They were encouraged to be actively involved in thelearning process individually in the classroom and was assigned indepedent tasksoutside the class by relying on the resources on the Internet. The result of the researchshowed a significant improvement on five generic capabilities for high GPA groupand four generic capabilities for low GPA group. The only one skill that did notimprove is capability in doing mathematics modeling for low GPA group. It issuggested that there is an expansion of the implementation of physics learning whichis oriented towards the development of generic thinking, including its subskills.Kata kunci: berpikir generik, fisika modern, mahasiswa calon guru

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and explain the mathematics teacher’s lived experience in delivering materials using English as the medium of instruction. This study covered five aspects of lived experience, which are understanding, belief, feeling, intention and action. This study used the qualitative approach and the case study as the design of the study. The subject of the study was a mathematics teacher who taught seven grade students at an immersion school. To collect the data, the writer used observation and interview as the instrument as well as some related documents as the secondary data. The teacher’s understanding was interpreted through her mastery of the subject of the study and the language acquisition. The teacher believed that she could teach the students well and do her best, however inconfidence, nervousness, and feeling under-pressure of teaching emerged several times. From the teacher’s understanding, belief, feeling, and intention, it could influence the teacher’s action in the classroom. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the teacher’s preparation is important for teaching. It brings big influence to the students, especially the students’ comprehension of the materials. Therefore, the teacher should be well prepared before she teaches in the real class.

Abstract

Eksperimen Elektronika Digital diharapkan mampu menjadi salah satu alat untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, akan tetapi perangkat pembelajarannya belum menunjang. Hal tersebut yang mendorong penelitian ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua tempat yaitu lokasi A dan lokasi B dengan metode RnD (Research and Development). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa silabus, satuan acara pembelajaran, pre-pos tes dan petunjuk eksperimen dalam mata kuliah eksperimen elektronika digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, antara lain tahap pembuatan desain, validasi desain, revisi desain, ujicoba produk, revisi produk, ujicoba pemakaian, revisi, analisis. Desain divalidasi oleh dua ahli dan layak digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap kreatif mengalami kenaikan sebesar 53% di lokasi A dan di lokasi B meningkat 40%. Peningkatan kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa lokasi A meningkat 64% pada perlakuan I dan 74% pada perlakuan 2. Kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa lokasi B meningkat 39% dan 58%. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan sikap kreatif mahasiswa calon guru. Digital Electronics Experiments is expected to be one of the tools to enhance creativity, but the lesson has not been supportive. This is an encouraging study. The observation is done in two places. They are location A and location B. The observation uses the RnD (Research and Development) method. This is the development observation in order to develop the learning tools as syllabus, learning program unit, pre-post test and experiment guidance in subject study of digital electronic experiment. This observation is done with some step, they are design making, design validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, usage trial, revision, analysis. The design is validated by two experts and properly used criteria. The observation result shows that the creativity is increasing 53% in location A and in location B is increasing 40%. The increasing 64% and 74%. The students’ cognition ability in location B is increasing 39% in trial I and 58% in trial II. The development of the learning tools are able to increase the cognition ability and the creativity of the students as teachers candidate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of family environment,school environment, teaching method and learning motivation towards the masterylearning of accounting students. The population taken in this research is students ofgrade XI MA YASPIA Grobogan as many as 116 students, that are divided into twoclasses; XI A and XI B. The sample taken is students of grade XI MA YASPIAGrobogan who are 100 students in total. The variable being addressed is variableexogen which covers family envoronment, school environment and teaching method.Meanwhile, learning motivation as the intervening variable and endogen variable aremastery learning of accounting. The method of data gathering is documentation andquesionaire. The method of data analysis is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).The result of the reserarch showed that family environment, school environment,teaching method and learning motivation influenced the students’ accounting mastery.Fisrt, the family environment influenced the students’ accounting mastery directly,(13%), with CR = 1.96 and a p value of 0.049 lower than 0.05. Second, the learningmotivation influenced the students’accounting mastery, (8.91%), with CR = 3.085 anda p value of 0.002 lower than 0.05. Third, the school environment influenced thestudents’ accounting mastery directly (27%), with CR = 0.028 and a p value 0.000lower than 0.05 and it had indirect influence base on motivation point of view(11.55%) with CR = 4.111 and a p value of 0.000 lower than 0.05. Finally, the methodused in teaching influenced the students’ accounting mastery (34%) with CR = 5.171and a p value of 0.000 lower than 0.05 and base on motivation point of view, it hadinderect influence (7.26%) with CR = 2.597 and a p value of 0.009 lower than 0.05.Kata Kunci: lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, metode pembelajaran, motivasibelajar, ketuntasan belajar.

Abstract

Dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 penyelenggaran pembelajaran daring telah berjalan pada semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memonitor efektifitas  pembelajaran daring di Universitas Jambi dan dampaknya terhadap pencapaian standar mutu Unja. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan melalui survey deskriptif dan evaluatif dimana populasinya adalah seluruh dosen dan mahasiswa yang terdaftar pada semester genap tahun akademik 2019/2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 403 dosen menganggap 72% telah berjalan dengan baik dari aspek teknologi(75%), pedagogi(67%), etika(79%), dukungan fasilitas(68%), evaluasi(67%) dan desain interface(68%) sedangkan dari sisi mahasiswa sebanyak 7806 orang memperlihatkan 70% pembelajaran daring  telah berjalan efektif bila ditinjau dari aspek praktikalitas(65%),interaktifitas (62%),sumber belajar lain (74%), berkolaborasi (68%), keotentikan (73%) dan kontrol belajar (80%). Kemudian dampaknya terhadap pencapaian standar mutu Unversitas Jambi pada kompetensi lulusan termasuk kategori kompeten dalam literasi data (67%), teknologi(80%) dan humanistik (69%). Selain itu efektifitas pemenuhan standar isi sudah sesuai CPL (79%), pencapaian standar proses kategori baik (40%)  dan ketercapaian CPL(70%) .Kata Kunci: daring, covid-19,efektifitas, dampak, standar

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan kualifikasi kinerja penilik PAUDNI dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi penilik untuk mengendalikan mutu dan mengevaluasi dampak program PNFI berdasarkan atas kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, supervisi manajerial, supervisi akademik, kompetensi evaluasi pendidikan, kompetensi penelitian dan pengembangan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survey. Populasinya Penilik PAUDNI se-Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik sampling menggunakan random, ditetapkan 20 kota/kabupaten di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan DIY secara acak, setiap kabupaten/kota ditetapkan 6 orang penilik PAUDNI. Jumlah keseluruhan sampel responden adalah 120 orang penilik PAUDNI. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kinerja Penilik PAUDNI berdasarkan 6 kompetensi penilik PAUDNI. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner berskala likert. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase atas frekuensi jenjang kinerja Penilik.Hasil penelitian disimpulkan kualifikasi kinerja penilik PAUDNI yang menuntut kompetensi kepribadian termasuk kategori sangat baik. Kinerja yang menuntut kompetensi sosial, kompetensi supervisi manajerial, kompetensi supervisi akademik, kompetensi evaluasi pendidikan termasuk pada kategori baik. Sedangkan kinerja pada kompetensi penelitian dan pengembangan termasuk kategori tidak baik. Keenam aspek kompetensi penilik PAUDNI dianalisis dari unsur jabatan dan pangkat tidak menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang signifikan pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Jabatan penilik PAUDNI bukan kematangan profesi dari jabatan yang bidangnya sama. Kendala kinerja adalah pendidikan tidak relevan dengan tugas, rendahnya kemampuan IT, kondisi geografis dan rendahnya kesejahteraan. Pendukung kinerja adalah tingginya kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial untuk menjalin mitrakerja, adanya alat komunikasi dan transportasi dinas.

Abstract

The research is about the students' family background in its relation to theirwillingness to join PPL. The respondents were twenty seven 5 semester students ofArts Education Department of Faculty of Languages and Arts of Semarang StateUniversity. There were 15 students who were from teacher family. Three of thestudents (20%) falls under high category, while 12 of them (80%) falls under moderatecategory. There were 12 students who came from non teacher family background.From the 12 students, 3 of them (25%) fell under high interest category, 6 of them(50%) fell under moderate interest category. One student (8.2%) fell under insufficientcategory. Two students (16.3%) fell under low category. In essence 22.22% studentsfell under high interest category, 66.66% moderate interest category, and 3.7%insufficient category, and 7.4% low category. Normative, empirical analysis, and evenpercentage description showed that the interset of the students, both from the teacherand non teacher family fall under moderate category. There was not significantdifference between students who were from teacher families and those who were fromnon teachers family. Psychologically, the students were natural. This means that theinternal factor of the students played a greater role compared to their external factors.thKata kunci : keluarga, mahasiswa, dan minat PPL

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan impulsif siswa pada konsep pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIA 3 di SMA Negeri 20 Bandung tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang terdiri dari 34 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain pra-eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Postest. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis dan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa n-gain mendapat skor 0,68 dalam penilaian aspek kognitif dengan kategori sedang, dalam penilaian aspek afektif mendapat skor rata-rata 83 dengan kategori baik, 85 skor rata-rata dalam penilaian aspek psikomotor dengan kategori baik, dan penilaian kuesioner siswa mendapatkan rata-rata keseluruhan 78% dengan hampir keseluruhan kategori. Sedangkan hasil uji korelasi aspek kognitif dengan aspek afektif mendapat nilai koefisien korelasi 0,747, aspek afektif dengan aspek psikomotor mendapat nilai koefisien korelasi 0,744, dan aspek psikomotorik dengan aspek kognitif mendapat nilai koefisien korelasi 0,717, dengan signifikansi 0,00. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan perilaku impulsivitas siswa pada konsep pencemaran yang pernah terjadi. ABSTRACT The main objective of this study is to find out the application problem based learning to improve managing impulsivity students on environmental pollution concept. This research is expected to improve students learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspeck on the managing impulsivity. This sample of research is class X MIA 3 in SMA Negeri 20 Bandung academic year 2017/2018 which consist of 34 student. This method of research use is pre-experimental design with using One-Group Pretest-Postest design. The research data is analyzed by using hypothesis test and correlation test. The result show that n-gain got score 0,68 in cognitive aspect assesment with medium category, in affective aspect assesment got average score 83 with good category, 85 average score in psychomotor aspect assesment with good category, and student questionnaire assessment get whole average 78% with almost entirety category. Whereas, the result correlation test cognitive aspect  with affective aspect got correlation coefficient value 0,747, affective aspect with psychomotor aspect got correlation coefficient value 0,744, and psychomotor aspect with cognitive aspect got correlation coefficient value 0,717, with 0,00 significance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kecemasan dalam menghadapi ujian skripsi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Unika Soegijapranata Semarang. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data secara statistik. Perhitungan validitas dan reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data empirik tergolong sedang dikarenakan kecemasan tersebut dirasakan dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Selain itu, berdasarkan pengamatan dan wawancara yang dilakukan pada subjek penelitian jawabannya mereka banyak mendapatkan dukungan dari orangtua dan teman–temannya  serta self efficacy pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Unika Soegijapranata Semarang diperoleh data secara empirik tergolong sedang dikarenakan subyek mempunyai cukup kepercayaan dalam diri bahwa ia memliki kemampuan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk membentuk perilaku yang tepat pada situasi khusus agar membuahkan hasil yang nyata sesuai dengan keinginan individu. The Purpose of study to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy in dealing with exam anxiety thesis at the Faculty of Psychology Unika Soegijapranata Semarang. This research method is a method of quantitative analysis of statistical data. Calculation of validity and reliability in this study using SPSS. The results showed the empirical data are classified as being due to the anxiety felt in a relatively short time. In addition, based on observations and interviews conducted in the subjects they answer a lot of support from parents and friends, and self-efficacy in students of the Faculty of Psychology Unika Semarang Soegijapranata obtained empirical data because the subjects were classified as having enough confidence in himself that he must have the ability in the decision to establish appropriate behavior in specific situations in order to produce real results in accordance with the wishes of the individual.
