Abstract

Social assistance is assistance funds provided by local governments. In the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 32 of 2011, it is explained that social assistance is the provision of assistance in the form of money/goods from local governments to individuals, families, groups, and communities which is not continuous and selective in nature. One of the villages in North Lampung still often experiences problems, including high poverty rates and low education levels. The Naive Bayes algorithm method was chosen to classify aid recipients based on employment, age, and income. The spreadsheet calculations show that the Family Hope Program Assistance (PKH) class is 135 people and the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) class is 39 people with a total of 176 people in the social assistance recipient data. From the results of Rapid Miner calculations, the accuracy value for the PKH and BLT classes is 100.00%.

Abstract

The El Nino phenomenon, which causes increased temperatures and prolonged drought, is predicted to continue to hit Indonesia until the end of 2023. The significant impacts of El Nino include reducing the productivity of agricultural products, including food crops such as rice. This condition will certainly greatly affect the stability of domestic food prices. A total of 420 people from Bernah Village, Kota Alam Subdistrict received it. In the selection process for BLT El Nino recipients in Bernah Village, problems often occur such as problems in identifying aid recipients. This creates a society where aid recipients are still relatively well-off. By applying the C4.5 Algorithm, the C4.5 Calculation can determine feasibility thereby increasing efficiency in determining El Nino Direct Cash Assistance receipts. Calculations using Microsoft Excel 2010 revealed that there were 252 eligible recipients while 168 were not eligible. And from the calculation results using Rapid Miner 10.1. It is known that the accuracy rate is 100.00% with a total of 420 people receiving aid data.

Abstract

A deep understanding of ship trajectory movements has essential implications for maritime applications, including navigation, monitoring, and marine traffic analysis. Efficient and accurate extraction techniques are necessary to extract valuable information from ship trajectory data. One commonly used approach is the interpolation method, which allows the reconstruction of smooth trajectories from recorded data points. This research is focused on analyzing the extraction of ship trajectories using the interpolation method provided by the Python Vessel Tracking (PyVT) library. This method allows interpolation of ship trajectory data based on various algorithms available in the library. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of interpolation methods from PyVT in reconstructing ship trajectories from incomplete or disturbed data. Within this research's framework, several test scenarios were implemented to examine different types of ship trajectory data, including data with missing points and speed variations. Evaluation metrics RMSE (root mean Squared Error), which includes reconstruction accuracy, will be utilized from the interpolation algorithm in PyVT.

Abstract

The Housing and Settlement Area Office aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of selecting beneficiaries for the Self-Help Housing Assistance (BSPS) program by using the Weighted Product (WP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. This study was conducted in Sungkai Tengah Subdistrict, North Lampung, involving six criteria: land ownership, employment, house condition, income, independence, and household size. The WP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion by calculating the product of the criteria values raised to the power of their respective weights, which helps in ranking the alternatives. TOPSIS is applied to identify the best alternative by comparing the geometric distance of each option to the ideal solution, which is either the maximum or minimum value of each criterion The results indicate that the WP and TOPSIS methods can provide more objective and transparent rankings. The application of these methods resulted in the highest ranking for ID V3 with a vector V score of 0.1317. The decision support system developed from this research is expected to assist the Housing and Settlement Area Office in distributing aid more accurately, fairly, and efficiently, thereby supporting the government's goals in improving housing quality and spatial planning

Abstract

This research utilizes the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, with the analysis stage involving a review of relevant literature and interviews with prospective system users. The next stage is the requirement planning, which entails defining the features or services within the software accessible to prospective system users. The design phase employs use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). Subsequently, it is translated into the Laravel framework and undergoes testing to produce a software system for assessing Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). This system offers facilities for academic programs to create outcome-based education (OBE) mappings and enables instructors to assess students based on the established mapping data. It also provides students with the ability to view their outcome results. CPL refer to the essential skills that students must acquire following their academic studies. These skills encompass the internalization of grades, attitudes, general knowledge, and specific skills, which students are required to fulfill throughout their academic journey. Outcome grades, as mapped, are attained by students through participation, written tests (quizzes), observations (practical exercises), performance (presentations), mid-term exams, final exams, and oral tests (group assignments). This Graduate Learning Outcomes assessment software is expected to assist program administrators and instructors in managing CPL and also enable students to access detailed records of their outcome grades.

Abstract

The use of information system-based applications has become commonplace in various sectors, including government agencies such as the Social Service and hundreds of villages in North Lampung. One of the applications used is SIKS-NG (Social Welfare Information System - Next Generation) which aims to facilitate the management of population data and community welfare programs. However, along with technological developments, data security is increasingly important to pay attention to. Cybercrime attacks, data leaks, and privacy violations are threats that must be taken seriously. The aim of this final assignment is to determine the extent of the security of the SIKS-NG application based on the results of COBIT 5 and ITIL V4 calculations and provide recommendations for improvements to increase information system security. The method used is the COBIT 5 and ITIL V4 method using the Align, Plan and Organize (APO13), Deliver, Support and Service (DSS05), Investment Management (IM14) domains. Data analysis uses the Capability Level, Maturity Level and Linkert Scale methods. The results of this research show that the Capability Level for the APO13 subdomain process obtained an average of 4.24 with a Gap of -0.24, DSS05 obtained an average value of 4.20 with a Gap of -0.20. From the overall results, the APO13 and DSS05 subdomain framework is at level 4 and has a Gap of -O.22, which means that at this level it shows that this subdomain has been achieved and fulfilled. Meanwhile, the Maturity Level for the IM13 subdomain process is on Scale 4 with an average value of 4.17 with a Gap of 0.83, which means it has not reached the target as expected. So this means that the security of the SIKS-NG application information system has the status of being well managed and must continue to be optimized, it's just that the program performance must be repaired and improved further.
