The critical philosophy of history or the scientific philosophy of history is deal with how historians reconstruct the pas event. This research is an observation about female authonomy as a human being in determining her role in society. The assumption that emphase on women emansipation effort in history is always in change and development. In those days when polygamy was publicly practice, the main probelm is directed to equality of right in the context of women's role as wife and or mother, among the other wives. Nowadays, the probelm around the intergration of women's full-role as human resource in development activities. In global context, being influenced by world development, the women is inclained to equalize right and duty in the whole field of life, scarcely diffrentianting the natural reality. The autonomy is thought to be a motivation which the human activities decision base on.The research is an actual probelmatic research. The methods of philosophical analysis in the research are formulated as follows: interpretation, internal coherency, historical coherency, holistic, heuristic, and description.This research finds that the women do not yet use optimally their autonomy for they still under pressure in their decision making and it is not an act-decision that based on the individual consciousness.

The discourse of women in Indonesia brings a wind of change for the empowerment of Indonesian women. The concept of women dual-roles which has been offered, gives inspirations to women movements for reaching equal rights between men and women. This concept, however, is not immune from critics. One of the weekness is: this concept couses the dichotomic mentality appears. The gool of this writing is to analyze critically the concept of women dual-roles. Analysis is done by explaining the strengthness and the weekness of this concept. So, it will be understood comperhensively. The goal of this writing is giving alternative concept that also accomodates the whole of humanity.The wowen discourses based on dichotomy bertween public and domestic area have many probelms. Diametral distinction bertween both tends to appear split personality of women when thet have to fulfill need of self-actualitation. So, it has to be formed new paradigm to solve this dichotomic probelm. Both area should be understood as two points that be related in continum line. So dichotomic probelm can be overcome.Men and women are not contrary, but partnership. The relation between both is partner relationship, not relation of oppressing or dominating each other. Both is a self, although they have different body. Both make complete and immanent each other, so that the responsible capacity, maturity of attitude, and happiness can be reached. It gives that women movements need to give attention of the whole humanity i their struggle for women dignity.

The study of the symbolism of religion in Islamic politic is necessary to conduct because it is vast opportunity avaliable in the reformation and democratization era for most of Indonesian representing Moslem to express thier insight and thought that various forms ranging from vulgar, the emotion and the rational one. There are among the expression using symbols, even many Moslem who are active in practical politics Islamic symbols.Considering the title of the study "the Symbolism of Religion Philosophy in Islamic Politic", the author will study the philosopher suggesting that human being is homo symbolicum and also the history of politics in Islam since the disciples of Muhammad to the present. It is expected that the method of study provide the finding that symbolism of religion in Islamic politic takes place not only at present, but also it evidences that human being is homo symbolicus.The study is literature study. The collected data is critically analyzed using interpretation and historical methods. The result of the study shows that the Moslem politicans in the history of Islamic politics used religious symbols in practice. The position of the symbolic action in religion representing the medium of human-cosmic commucation and the physical and spiritual religious communication, are also used in political practice

There are two opiniors that are extremely different about tasawuf function in actualization human exsistence.Material object of the research is tasawuf concepts. Philosophical hermeneutic method used in this research. There are some procedures of method, namely, interpretation, analysis-synthesis, coherency,conparation, and heuristics.The results of the research are, according to tasawuf, there are two means of human exsistence. The first, as an exsistence, in the God-human relation context, the human as khalifatullah fil ard, the human are peace keeper in the world. Their action are actualization of God norms. The second, self consciousness as khalifatullah, its not principle diffrences; usually the one completes the orther. Tasawuf general orientation is to come to God, and become khalifatullah. Tasawuf can be an alternative procedure to human exsistence.

Confucius philosophy loaded with concepts for cultural improvment. His point of view was focused on the effort to improve uncultured society to be a more cultured society. Confucious had philosophically thought about culture and always relied on its historicity, even though it was implicity. The aim for historicity is to strengthen the unity, intergrity, and cultural harmony.The historicity in Confucius philosophy is directed to his culture philosophy. Based on Confucius thinking about culture, we try to trace to view to the historicity. And then we look for its relevance for National Culture of Indonesia.The material of this research is Confucius philosophy, especially abaout culture and historicity. Philosophical hermeneutic method was used to analyze the data, with its element are: description, historical sustanbility, and reflection.This result of research shows that historicity can be a strong power in cultural. Historicity in Confucius philosophy has relevances for development steps of national culture of Indonesia, which includes: acculturation, education, language, and proggresiviness. Pancasila as essence of Indonesia national culture must become basic for culture system, social system, and physical system.
